The Boston Foundation, one of the nation's oldest and largest community foundations, is looking for a senior, independent Salesforce / Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) Architect for a focused, fractional engagement. We're at an inflection point on our marketing operations and communications strategy. The work here will inform our Pardot configuration but also our 2-3 year roadmap, including an honest recommendation on whether Pardot remains the right long-term tool for us. THE ROLE We're looking for an architect and mentor, not a hands-on configurator. Our internal team will own the build and the environment after you exit. Your role is to architect, produce documented blueprints, and coach the team through implementation. SCOPE Three phases over 8-12 weeks, roughly 50-70 total hours. Phase 1, Discovery & Audit (15-20 hours): Salesforce/Pardot connector audit, automation rule mapping, data discrepancies, and a written platform fit recommendation. Phase 2, Architecture & Blueprinting (15-20 hours): A simplified attribute data model and a documented endpoint specification for subscription and preference management that an external website front end will consume. Phase 3, Implementation Oversight (20-30 hours): Weekly working sessions coaching the internal team through configuration changes. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant (the legacy Pardot Consultant credential is fine). - Strong written deliverables: blueprints, API specs, data models. Not just verbal guidance. - A mentor disposition. The team you're coaching will own the system long after you're gone. - Enough breadth across the marketing automation landscape to give us an honest comparative read on platform fit, not just a Pardot defense. - Comfortable using AI tools in your own workflow and transparent about how you use them. We assume good practitioners are using AI to work faster and better, and we'd rather hear how you're doing it (and coach us on it where relevant). - Nonprofit Salesforce experience preferred. DETAILS Target start: June 2026. Working sessions: Remote, US business hours. Rate is open to discussion within the posted range based on experience. This is an invite-only posting. We are evaluating final few candidates.

Job Title: Freelance California Paralegal - Tribal Personal Injury Intake & Case Management Job Description: We are a fast-growing personal injury practice handling a high volume of slip-and-fall/premises liability prospects, specifically occurring within California tribal lands and casino properties. Responsibilities: Conduct initial screening interviews with injured prospects to gather facts (date, location, land status). Identify critical Tribal Tort Claims Ordinance deadlines and calendar them immediately. Draft and submit formal "Notice of Claim" packages to tribal officials and risk management departments. Issue preservation of evidence letters (specifically for casino surveillance footage) and request tribal police/security reports. Order, track, and organize medical records and billing. Draft comprehensive demand packages for submission to tribal insurers. Qualifications: Must meet California Business & Professions Code § 6450 requirements. Minimum 3+ years of California personal injury experience (premises liability/slip-and-fall preferred). Demonstrated experience dealing with tribal entities, sovereign immunity issues, or casino insurance adjusters is a major plus. Excellent phone manners and empathetic client-screening skills. Project Type: Ongoing / Part-time (10–20 hours/week to start) Hourly Range: $25 - $45/hour (depending on tribal law experience) Screening Questions (Required for applicants to answer): Please describe your experience, if any, handling personal injury claims against California tribal casinos or entities. How do you track and ensure compliance with varying tribal notice-of-claim deadlines? Confirm that you meet the qualifications under California B&P Code § 6450.Join our team as a paralegal specializing in California tribal personal injury cases. Your role will involve managing client intake, screening potential cases, and preparing demand packages. You'll work closely with attorneys to ensure smooth case progression and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have experience in personal injury law and a strong understanding of tribal law nuances.

*NO AGENCIES, Single Engineers Only* SeatWaves is a live ticket resale platform with a fully operational web version, complete Broker API, and TicketMaster API integration already in production. We are looking for a skilled mobile developer to finish the final leg of our iOS and Android app — not start from scratch. The previous development team completed approximately 88% of the mobile frontend UI. The Figma designs are finalized. The backend APIs are live. What we need now is someone to come in, understand the existing codebase quickly, wire everything together, and deliver a production-ready app. What's Already Done → Live web platform (full-featured, production-ready) → Broker API — fully built and operational → TicketMaster API — fully integrated → Figma UI/UX designs for iOS and Android — finalized and approved → iOS & Android frontend — ~88% complete (UI built, needs backend wiring) What Needs to Be Completed → Wire existing mobile frontend to live backend APIs (authentication, listings, checkout flows, broker inventory) → Integrate TicketNetwork API — inventory feed and seat availability → Implement interactive seat map API integration → Bot protection and rate limiting hardened for high-traffic onsale events → Queue integrity and load-resilience architecture for peak traffic → End-to-end QA testing on iOS and Android → Store-ready builds (App Store + Google Play submission prep) Why $1,500? We want to be transparent about the budget and why we feel it's fair for the right developer. The heavy lifting has already been done. The UI is built. The APIs exist. The designs are approved. This engagement is scoped specifically around integration, security hardening, and QA — not ground-up development. We estimate 3–5 weeks of focused work for an experienced React Native or Flutter developer who can hit the ground running. We are not paying for a full build — we are paying for a sharp finisher who can take 88% to 100% efficiently and cleanly. We're offering $1,500 fixed price for a clearly scoped, well-documented completion sprint. Applicants who try to reprice this into a full rebuild will not be considered. Who We're Looking For → Strong experience with React Native or Flutter (please specify) → Proven ability to inherit and work within existing codebases → Experience integrating third-party APIs (ticketing, payments, or marketplace preferred) → Familiarity with security best practices for high-traffic consumer apps → Clear communicator — we need daily async updates and weekly check-ins → Portfolio or GitHub showing mobile apps you've shipped, not just started To be considered, please include the following in your proposal: 1. A brief overview of a similar project you've completed (inherited codebase or API integration work preferred) 2. Your estimated timeline to complete the remaining scope 3. Your preferred framework (React Native or Flutter) and why 4. Any questions you have about the existing stack Generic proposals will be declined. We're looking for someone who has read this carefully and can speak specifically to the work at hand. READY TO FINISH SOMETHING REAL? The foundation is built. The designs are done. The APIs are live. We need a finisher — someone who delivers, not someone who starts over.

About the role You research the right prospects, write pitches that earn replies, and book qualified calls. I run every call and close. You bring them to the door. I lead a third-party workplace investigation firm. We step in when an organization has more cases than capacity. A team loses an investigator. A hiring freeze leaves matters uncovered. A leadership transition puts caseloads at risk. That is when we come in and keep their investigations moving. Your job is the front end: find organizations showing signs of strain, study their situation, and pitch them well. This is not a volume role. Quality wins here. One well-researched pitch beats fifty templated ones. What you'll do *This is a starting point, not a ceiling. Prove the pipeline and the hours, pay, and scope grow with it. Send at least 25 personalized pitches per week across email and LinkedIn. Research each prospect before you write. Look for capacity signals: open investigator roles, recent departures, hiring freezes, leadership transitions, small teams carrying heavy caseloads Tie every pitch to that prospect's specific situation, and the gap we can fill Follow up on every lead Track prospects and stages in the CRM with clean notes Confirm bookings and reduce no-shows Join a weekly check-in call with me Report your numbers each week Who you are You research before you write, and it shows You spot signs that an organization is stretched thin You write outreach that speaks to a specific person and their problem You follow up without being chased You stay organized and keep your pipeline clean You work independently and hit weekly targets Your written English is clear and professional Bonus if you have Background or interest in HR, compliance, legal, higher education, or professional services Experience selling consultative, high-trust services Tools you should know CRM (HubSpot or similar) LinkedIn outreach (manual or Sales Navigator) Pay Base hourly rate $15 to $25 bonus for every qualified call that books and shows up $250 to $500 bonus when your pitch leads to a signed contract We set the final rate and bonuses based on your experience This role is NOT Cold email at scale. Overview: I am a Project Manager and UX Designer looking for a talented No-Code Automation Engineer / Integration Specialist to architect the backend data pipeline for a SaaS-style platform launch. The front-end website (WordPress) and the custom scoring backend (built by a third-party developer) are already handling their respective duties. Your job is to act as the "connective tissue"—wiring the data flows, handling webhooks, mapping API payloads, and setting up an internal Airtable CRM. We are using OttoKit (or Zapier) as our middleware. This project has an immediate start, with a phased rollout through mid-October. Scope of Work & Deliverables: Phase 1 (Immediate - Target Sept 15): * Catch webhook triggers from SureCart on WordPress upon product purchase. Map data and authentication tokens to pass to a third-party legacy REST API (Endpoints: addCompany, addUser). WordPress will generate the master Company_ID and pass it along. Capture response payloads (including custom test URLs) and route them into a master Airtable Base (acting as our internal operational CRM). Pass customer data and custom tags into Flodesk to trigger automated email nurture/upsell sequences. Handle inbound webhooks from the third-party server (checkupCompleted) when an assessment is finished, saving generated PDF URLs back into the correct Airtable customer record. Phase 2 (Target Oct 1): Configure a secure, filtered view or dashboard layout (using Airtable Interfaces or a simple WP portal embed) so authenticated WordPress users can see only their specific company's report history. Required Skills: Expert-level knowledge of webhooks, JSON payloads, and REST API integration. Deep experience with automation middleware (OttoKit experience is a massive plus; Zapier/Make experts who can adapt quickly are welcome). Advanced Airtable architecture skills (relational databases, formulas, filtered views, interfaces). Familiarity with WordPress e-commerce metadata (specifically SureCart webhooks and user creation). Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills when handling multi-platform data loops. Project Type: Part-time / Short-term project (Estimated 10–20 hours total across a staggered 6-week timeline). How to Apply: Please respond with a brief summary of a similar multi-platform integration project you have successfully built. To prove you have read this entire description, please begin your proposal with the word "AUTOMATE" in all caps.

DO NOT SEND AN AI GENERATED PROPOSAL. READ THROUGH THIS POST AND GIVE US YOUR HUMAN RESPONSE. Location: Remote Team size: Small (you’ll know everyone’s name) Stack: Java 21 / Guice / Gradle backend + React 19 / TanStack / MUI frontend **To apply** 1. Give us a few sentences for why you're a fit for the description below. 2. Include a Github/Gitlab/Gitea link to a recent PR you’re proud of (any language) 3. 5–10 minute Loom of you using Claude Code on a real task. **About the role** QAction is a large-scale Java enterprise document, records, and workflow platform — multi-project Gradle build, ~15 modules, customer-specific deployments (USDA, Ditco, Ascension, Mayo). The backend is being modernized behind an OpenAPI v2 surface (oasv2); the frontend is being rebuilt off GWT onto React 19 + TanStack Router/Query/Start with MUI v7. We need a developer who’s equally comfortable extending a v2 endpoint in a Guice-wired Java service as they are wiring up a TanStack Query call behind a Lexical editor or a virtualized data table — and who treats Claude Code as a peer on the keyboard, not a novelty. You’ll work directly with the product lead. No layers, no JIRA theater. Ship, review, iterate. **What you’ll do** Own vertical slices end-to-end: OpenAPI spec → Manager/ManagerImpl + EndpointImpl in QAction Java → React 19 / TanStack Query UI → JUnit + Playwright coverage. Extend the QAction Java backend: Guice (constructor injection only), Hazelcast-aware code paths, customer-deployment-aware module wiring, JUnit under oasv2. Build Modern UI features in the React 19 stack: TanStack Router/Query/Start, MUI v7 + Emotion, React Hook Form + Zod, Lexical, dnd-kit, OIDC auth (oidc-client-ts), TypeScript with the wrapper-component discipline already in place (Button, Icon, LabeledObject, ScrollShadows, etc. — never raw MUI in features). Move features off GWT onto the React 19 stack one slice at a time, without breaking the legacy app. Pair with Claude Code daily — write prompts that ship code, review agent diffs critically, and improve our skills/agents library when the workflow has friction. Keep integration tests honest: real DB + Solr + Keycloak at the seam, not mocks. Tech direction you’ll be living in **Backend** Java 21, Gradle multi-project (build single modules — ./gradlew QAction:build — never clean build) Guice DI, constructor injection, Manager/ManagerImpl naming (we don’t use “Service”) OpenAPI-first v2 endpoints in oasv2, canonical error model, paginated response classes as standalone beans in oasv2.beans Hazelcast clustering, Solr search, Postgres/MSSQL, Keycloak/OIDC FileNet integration, document import/migration tooling, RMT/remote services **Frontend** React 19 + TypeScript, Vite 7, TanStack Router + Query + Start + Table MUI v7 + Emotion, MUI X Date Pickers + Tree View Lexical (rich text), @dnd-kit + Atlaskit pragmatic-drag-and-drop, react-virtualized, react-pdf React Hook Form + Zod, oidc-client-ts + react-oidc-context, notistack, pino File naming kebab-case, @/ path imports, theme-first styling, wrapper components over raw MUI Adjacent surfaces in scopes over time **What we’re looking for** 8+ years shipping production app code across backend and frontend. You’ve owned services and UIs, not just one or the other. Java fluency — Guice or Spring DI, REST/OpenAPI design, JUnit. Bonus if you’ve worked in a 1M+ LOC enterprise Java codebase with customer-specific module deployments and didn’t flinch. Modern React fluency — React 18/19, TypeScript, TanStack Query (or React Query), a real opinion about effect dependency graphs, comfort with virtualized tables and rich-text editors. OpenAPI-first thinking. Specs are the source of truth, not documentation written after the fact. Claude Code power user. You write prompts that delegate well, you know when to use a subagent vs. inline, you’ve built or extended skills/hooks/MCP integrations. You can show us a recent session where Claude shipped something non-trivial under your direction. Small-team temperament. You’re allergic to ceremony. You read code before asking. You raise a small PR when it’s ready. **Nice to have** GWT (you won’t write new GWT, but you’ll need to read and migrate it). Workflow / BPMN, records management, e-signature, or ECM domain experience. Hazelcast, Solr, Keycloak operational familiarity. Lexical or another modern rich-text editor. Playwright (you’ll inherit a calibrated suite — we want you to improve it, not rewrite it). Docker compose stack bring-up across Postgres, MSSQL, Solr, Keycloak. Python services or Helm/Kubernetes deployment experience. **How we work** Small PRs. Every change ships through review. If it’s getting big, split it. Test-driven design. Tests come with the code, not after. JUnit on the Java side, Vitest + Playwright on the React side. Daily standups. 15 minutes, async-friendly, but we show up. Memory-backed Claude Code sessions — agents learn the codebase with you, not against you.
