Hi, I am working on publishing a short poetry collection and need an editor to finish out the publishing process. I had an editor who did major edits already. 2 beta readers have read already. I need someone who can do a look over on the poems, provide feedback based on what the beta readers have said, back cover description, about the author, and any other editing tasks that are needed. This book will have to be Amazon KDP ready. I am working with a graphic designer currently. I am on a budget, so it will have to be a fixed price. Thank you in advance. Ashley

We are a romance book promotion platform looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Social Media Specialist with experience in the book publishing industry. We currently manage two distinct brands: Author Brand: An individual romance author brand. Book Promotion Brand: A consolidated brand that speaks to a dual audience: readers looking for their next great romance, and authors looking to buy book promotion spots. Please note: We already have our high-level strategy and monthly goals established. We do not need a strategist. We need an expert executor; a "doer" who can take our strategic direction and bring it to life through consistent posting, graphic design, and tactical ad management. This is an ongoing, fixed-price monthly contract. Monthly Deliverables: Content Creation: Design graphics (using Canva, Photoshop, etc.) and write copy to schedule 12 to 20 total organic posts per month across both brands (averaging 3–5 posts per week total). Content will include cover reveals, new releases, and 1-day paid book promos where we promote other authors' books to our followers. Meta Ads Execution: Actively manage and optimize up to 3 ongoing backend Meta ad campaigns to drive newsletter subscriptions and direct book sales. Policy Compliance & Romance Copywriting (Crucial): Keep all ad creatives and organic copy clean to bypass Meta’s strict adult-content filters. You must know how to sell to a romance reader audience using genre-specific hooks without triggering policy violations. Community Engagement: Provide light community management by reviewing notifications a few times a week and replying to comments across our active Facebook and Instagram pages. Requirements: Proven, hands-on experience executing social media calendars and designing graphics for authors, book publishers, or media industry (romance genre experience is preferred). High-level knowledge and understanding of Meta's adult content policy to ensure our accounts are never accidentally flagged for policy violations. Ability to sell and communicate to a romance reader audience using engaging, compliant copywriting and graphic design. Tactical experience building, monitoring, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns within Ads Manager. Ability to take clear strategic direction and run with it independently. Strong organizational skills and reliability, excellent communication skills, fluent English speaker. To Apply: Please provide examples of graphics or social media posts you have designed for past clients, share a brief overview of your tactical experience running Meta ads for authors (specifically how you navigate adult content filters), and provide your proposed fixed monthly rate for this specific scope of work.

Graphic Designer Needed for Creative University Marketing Campaign (Winter Session 2027) We’re looking for a talented graphic designer to help concept and design a creative marketing campaign for our Winter Session 2027 enrollment campaign. Winter Session is a short academic term between semesters that gives university students the opportunity to earn additional credits by taking an extra class. We have a general campaign concept in mind, but we’re looking for a designer who can help develop the creative direction and bring the idea to life. Scope of Work The selected designer will: * Collaborate with our marketing team to refine and expand our initial campaign concept. * Develop a cohesive visual identity for the campaign. * Create artwork that can be adapted across multiple channels, including: * Social media * Digital advertising * Email marketing * Web * Print materials * T-shirts and promotional merchandise Because the campaign will include apparel, the final design (or an alternate version of it) should be suitable for screen printing. All concepts and artwork must be human-generated - not AI. Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who: * Has strong branding and campaign design experience * Can take a rough concept and elevate it into a compelling creative direction * Has experience designing for both digital and print * Understands screen-print production requirements * Is comfortable collaborating and iterating based on feedback To Apply Please include: * A portfolio showcasing campaign, branding, or promotional design work * Examples of apparel or screen-print designs (if available) * A brief description of your creative process when developing campaign concepts We’re excited to find a designer who can help us create a memorable, engaging campaign that resonates with university students.
