Senior E-Commerce Growth Auditor for Shopify Site Audit We are looking for a senior-level e-commerce growth consultant to conduct a comprehensive audit of our Shopify-based e-commerce website and marketing ecosystem. This is an audit-only engagement. We are not looking for someone to implement the recommendations during this project. The goal is to get independent, evidence-based analysis of what is working, what is not working, and what we should prioritize next. U.S. Elite is an established e-commerce retailer in the tactical gear, law enforcement, military, and professional outdoor equipment space. We have strong brand recognition, a loyal customer base, a broad product catalog, and a functioning marketing stack. We believe there is meaningful room to improve conversion, site performance, product discovery, and marketing efficiency. The main focus of this project is our e-commerce site and customer journey. Other systems and marketing channels may be reviewed where they directly affect site performance and conversion. A more detailed project brief is attached for qualified candidates to review. What We Need Reviewed We are looking for a practical, evidence-based audit across areas such as: Full conversion funnel from landing page to product page, cart, checkout, and purchase Mobile vs. desktop experience Collection structure, product discovery, onsite search, filters, and merchandising Product detail page structure, messaging, trust signals, and conversion blockers Shopify / Shopify Plus capabilities and constraints GA4 and tracking credibility Google Search Console and SEO fundamentals Google Merchant Center and product feed health Klaviyo lifecycle flows and segmentation where they impact conversion and retention Paid media efficiency where landing pages, tracking, feeds, or merchandising may be limiting performance Competitive positioning and specific site-level opportunities Value proposition clarity: whether the site clearly communicates why customers should buy from us Heatmap/session replay review using Microsoft Clarity or a similar tool For Microsoft Clarity/session replay, we are looking for guidance on setup and analysis. We are not expecting the freelancer to take full ownership of implementation without coordination. Deliverables We want clear, decision-ready outputs, not a long generic report. Expected deliverables include: Executive summary with top wins, blockers, and priorities Red / Yellow / Green health dashboard across key audit areas Prioritized backlog of opportunities by impact vs. effort Site friction / speed-bump map 30/60/90-day action plan with recommended experiments and success metrics Channel investment guidance with practical Good / Better / Best options Final readout presentation with our leadership team Follow-up Q&A after internal review What We Are Looking For Required: Strong experience auditing e-commerce websites Shopify experience required; Shopify Plus experience preferred Strong CRO and funnel analysis background Ability to work across GA4, Google Search Console, Shopify data, and marketing platform data Experience evaluating site structure, merchandising, product discovery, PDPs, and checkout flow Ability to distinguish between symptoms and root causes Clear, direct communication style Comfortable presenting findings to business leadership Independent thinker who will tell us what the evidence shows, not just what sounds good Preferred: Experience with Klaviyo Experience with Google Merchant Center / product feeds Experience with Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar session replay tools Experience with tactical, outdoor, law enforcement, military, or other technical product categories Experience auditing stores with large product catalogs Engagement Details Type: Freelance / contract Location: Remote, U.S. preferred Time Zone: Some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time preferred for stakeholder interviews and presentation Timeline: Approximately 5–6 weeks Budget: Fixed-price, milestone-based Start: As soon as we find the right candidate We expect this project to be structured in phases: Discovery, stakeholder interviews, and access planning Site and data audit Findings, recommendations, and deliverables Leadership readout and follow-up Q&A Access to systems will be coordinated after hire and, if needed, NDA. We prefer read-only access where possible. To Apply Please include: A brief summary of your relevant e-commerce audit experience One or two examples of similar audit or diagnostic work Your proposed approach, timeline, and milestone structure Your proposed fixed fee Any key questions you would want answered before starting Please do not send a generic agency pitch. We are specifically looking for someone who can perform an independent audit and produce a prioritized, practical roadmap. This is not a contract-to-hire role and it is not intended as an implementation retainer. We are looking for an unbiased audit that helps us make better decisions.

Scrub it a bit so competitors don't know - "professional continuing education"We're hiring a web designer/developer to build a high-converting paid-search landing page for an online professional continuing education catalog. This is a standalone test page (no SEO/indexing requirements) and the destination for a new paid-search campaign targeting topic-level course searches, aimed at converting first-time, non-brand-aware visitors into customers. You'll build it as a reusable, template-driven layout that can extend across multiple subject areas — with tight ad-to-page message match (keyword-aligned hero), a topic-led hero with an inline course/location selector, a filterable course-card collection, a subtopic grid, topic-specific testimonials, and FAQ content. Fast load / strong Core Web Vitals, mobile-first execution, sharp CRO instincts, and properly wired Google Ads conversion tracking (clean dataLayer/GTM events) are essential, along with experience building scalable templates rather than one-off pages. Detailed creative brief ready to share.

Upwork Job Description I am looking for a web designer/developer to build a clean, premium website for my hunting media brand and podcast, Vulnerable Podcast. This is a whitetail deer hunting podcast and outdoor brand. The site needs to feel professional, bold, clean, premium, and outdoors-focused. I like the clean style of brands like Forloh, Sitka, and KUIU, but this needs to be built around our own brand identity. I want this project quoted in 3 separate stages so I can approve each phase before moving forward. All project communication will stay through Upwork. Stage 1 — Basic Brand Website The first stage is a clean, professional website that establishes the Vulnerable Podcast brand. Pages Needed: Homepage About page Podcast/Episodes page Brand Partnership page Coming Soon Shop page Features Needed: Strong homepage hero section Vulnerable Podcast branding/logo integration Podcast episode display section Brand story section Future shop preview section Mobile-friendly design Easy backend editing Basic SEO setup Clean navigation menu Domain setup and launch support The goal of Stage 1 is to get a professional website live that makes the brand look serious, credible, and ready to grow. Stage 2 — E-Commerce / Merch Store The second stage is adding a full online store for merch and selected hunting products. Product Types May Include: Richardson hats Premium shirts Hoodies Stickers Tumblers Hunting gear Sponsor/vendor products Store Features Needed: Shop page Product categories Product detail pages Product photos Size/color options Inventory or sold-out status Cart and checkout Credit card payments Apple Pay / Google Pay if available Shipping and tax setup Discount codes Order confirmation setup I need to be able to easily add products, change prices, update photos, mark items sold out, and manage orders myself without needing a developer every time. Stage 3 — Dropshipping / Automation / Growth Tools The third stage is for future growth and automation. Features May Include: Dropship/vendor integrations Automated or semi-automated inventory updates Automated order routing to vendors/suppliers Tracking number updates if available Customer list building tools Product drop campaigns Abandoned cart setup Google Analytics Meta Pixel TikTok Pixel if possible Product bundles Cross-sells “Gear mentioned in this episode” sections Episode-related product pages The goal of Stage 3 is to reduce manual work and allow the site to grow into a real e-commerce platform tied to the podcast and hunting brand. Preferred Platform I am open to recommendations, but I am leaning toward Shopify because I want something reliable, easy to manage, good for e-commerce, and able to support dropshipping later. If you recommend WordPress/WooCommerce, Webflow, or another platform, please explain why it would be better for this specific project. Design Style The website should feel: Premium Clean Bold Hunting/outdoor focused Simple to navigate Mobile-first Fast-loading Professional Easy to update Not cheesy Not cluttered Not like a cheap template This needs to look like a serious hunting media brand, not just a basic podcast page. How I Want This Quoted Please quote each stage separately. Use this format in your proposal: Stage 1 Price: Stage 1 Timeline: Stage 2 Price: Stage 2 Timeline: Stage 3 Price: Stage 3 Timeline: I do not want one vague lump-sum quote. I want clear pricing, clear milestones, and clear deliverables for each stage. Please Include In Your Proposal Please include: Examples of similar websites you have built Your recommended platform and why Your estimated price for Stage 1 Your estimated price for Stage 2 Your estimated price for Stage 3 Timeline for each stage What you need from me to get started Whether you can help with design, layout, and e-commerce setup Whether you can support dropshipping/vendor integrations later Important I am looking for someone who can help build this in a smart way from the beginning, even if we only launch Stage 1 first. I do not want a messy site that has to be rebuilt later. I want the foundation built correctly so we can grow into merch, hunting products, vendors, sponsors, and dropshipping over time.

Already have a domain and a WP website but the new would probably replace the existing site. I want things similar to what I would get if I went with Shopify, Square, Wix services. I just don't want to be locked in to their template and credit card fees. I want a simple front page with About, contact Us, Our Story, Store (or order here). Shipping cost calculator and print label. I have only a handful of products to sell but want the ability to expand the store with other offerings.
