3D Animator Needed for Holographic Fan Conference Video We are looking for an experienced 3D animator/designer to create a professional video specifically for a 3D holographic fan display that will be used at trade shows and conferences. Please do not apply unless you have strong 3D animation experience. Experience creating content specifically for hologram fans/holographic displays is highly preferred. We are looking for someone who can take our concept and turn it into a polished, high-impact presentation. What We Need The video should: • Be designed specifically for a 3D holographic fan, not simply a traditional promotional video converted to the required dimensions. • Create a strong 3D/holographic illusion, with objects appearing to float, rotate, move forward/backward, and have depth. • Be visually impressive enough to grab attention from people walking by our booth at a busy conference. • Have smooth, professional animation and transitions. • Follow our company's branding, colors, logo, and messaging. • Feature electronic components and semiconductor-related imagery in a creative 3D environment. • Include a real-life woman speaking and presenting our services on the fan display. • Show the woman speaking about our company and explaining our services in a clear, professional, and engaging way. • Have minimal text that is large, clean, and easy to read. • Loop smoothly for continuous playback at our booth. • Be optimized for viewing on a black background/holographic fan environment. Display Specifications Our holographic fan display is approximately 25.5 inches per fan. 3 total fans in a vertical set up that over lap and use a video resolution of 1600 × 960 px. We can provide additional manufacturer specifications and examples of the display. What We Will Provide We will provide: • Company logo and branding • Brand colors • Messaging/text • Examples of electronic components we purchase • Previous video/content for reference • General storyboard and direction • Hologram fan specifications We are looking for someone who can also provide creative input rather than simply assembling the assets we provide. Deliverables We expect: • Initial concept/storyboard before full animation begins • 3D animation specifically optimized for the holographic fan • Integration of a real-life female presenter speaking about our services • Preview/proof for approval • Reasonable revisions based on feedback • Final high-resolution video in the format required by our hologram fan • Final editable/source files upon completion IMPORTANT – Please Include With Your Proposal Please provide 2–3 examples of your best relevant 3D animation work. If you have previously created videos for hologram fans, holographic displays, LED fan displays, trade show displays, or similar technology, please send those examples first. Also answer the following: 1. Have you created content specifically for a holographic fan before? 2. If yes, please provide a link or example. 3. What software do you use for 3D animation? 4. How would you approach creating depth and a strong holographic effect for this type of display? 5. Have you created content that includes a real person or presenter speaking within a holographic-style video? 6. Are you comfortable creating a storyboard/concept for approval before completing the full animation? 7. Are editable/source files included in your price? Generic proposals that do not include examples of relevant 3D animation work will not be considered. Our goal is to find a talented freelancer who understands the difference between a normal promotional animation and content that is specifically designed to look impressive on a holographic fan.

I’m looking for an experienced video editor to create a polished, high-energy 2–3 minute introduction video that will play immediately before I take the stage for keynote speeches. The goal is to create a compelling highlight reel that quickly introduces me, my work, and some of the media and projects I’ve been involved with. The finished video should build excitement and credibility and leave the audience energized for the keynote. Scope of Work The editor will: Review past interviews, television appearances, talk show segments, commercials, news features, and other video content featuring me. Source footage primarily from YouTube and other publicly available platforms. I can also provide links or files for specific clips when needed. Select the strongest, most engaging moments from these appearances. Edit the footage into a cohesive 2–3 minute keynote intro video with a strong opening, engaging pacing, and memorable ending. Incorporate clips from a variety of projects and appearances rather than focusing too heavily on one interview or source. Add music, transitions, titles, graphics, sound design, and other elements as appropriate to give the video a professional, cinematic feel. Ensure that dialogue from interviews and appearances is clear and that the overall audio levels are balanced. Deliver a high-resolution final video suitable for playback on large screens at conferences and speaking events. Creative Direction I want the video to feel inspiring, exciting, polished, and energetic. It should not feel like a traditional biography or documentary. Think of it more as a keynote speaker hype video or media highlight reel that gives the audience a quick sense of who I am, what I’ve accomplished, and why they should be excited for the presentation that is about to begin. The editor should be comfortable creatively weaving together short sound bites, visual moments, media appearances, commercials, and other footage so the finished piece tells a story rather than simply being a compilation of clips. Ideal Candidate I’m looking for someone who: Has strong video editing and storytelling skills. Has experience creating speaker reels, trailers, highlight videos, sizzle reels, or similar short-form content. Knows how to identify the strongest moments within longer interviews and videos. Can create an engaging edit that builds momentum throughout the 2–3 minutes. Has a strong sense of music, pacing, sound design, and visual storytelling. Can take creative initiative while also incorporating feedback and revisions. Final Deliverable: One professionally edited, approximately 2–3 minute keynote introduction video, delivered in a high-resolution format appropriate for conference and event playback. When applying, please include examples of similar sizzle reels, speaker introductions, trailers, or highlight videos you have edited.

Haro Remodeling is a Houston-based remodeling company looking for a reliable short-form video editor to create conversion-focused video advertisements for Facebook and Instagram. This is not primarily an organic social media position. We need someone who understands how to edit direct-response Meta ads designed to generate homeowner inquiries, appointments, and remodeling projects. We are preparing to launch a Meta Ads campaign focused initially on energy-efficient replacement windows. Initial Project For the first launch, we need: 2 short-form video ads Approximately 15–30 seconds each Multiple opening-hook options when possible Vertical 9:16 format for Reels and Stories 4:5 format for Facebook and Instagram feeds Captions and branded text Music and sound effects where appropriate Clear offer and call to action Fast-paced editing designed to hold attention These videos will be tested alongside three existing promotional flyer ads. If the initial project goes well, we are interested in an ongoing arrangement for approximately: 4 completed videos per month — roughly one video per week There may be an opportunity to increase the volume later based on ad performance. What We Will Provide Raw project footage Window installation footage Before-and-after photos and videos Company logo Brand colors and guidelines Promotional offer details Existing flyer creatives General messaging and campaign direction What We Need From the Editor The editor should be able to: Create attention-grabbing hooks within the first 1–3 seconds Turn raw construction footage into polished advertisements Clearly communicate the homeowner problem, offer, and benefit Add readable captions and branded on-screen text Use appropriate pacing for Facebook and Instagram ads Create multiple variations from the same footage Finish each video with a strong call to action Make revisions based on advertising performance and feedback Possible video concepts may include: Window replacement before-and-after videos Energy-efficiency and comfort benefits Summer savings promotions Signs that a homeowner needs new windows Installation process videos Customer testimonials Limited-time offers Remodeling project transformations Campaign Objective The purpose of these videos is to help generate: Homeowner inquiries Qualified leads Appointments Signed remodeling contracts We will be tracking the performance of each creative, including inquiries, qualified leads, appointments, contracts, and revenue generated. Because the videos will be used for paid advertising, we value lead generation and conversion-focused editing more than views, likes, or trendy effects. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has experience editing Facebook and Instagram video ads Understands direct-response advertising Has experience creating strong hooks and calls to action Can work with remodeling, construction, real estate, or home-service footage Communicates clearly Meets deadlines consistently Can maintain a professional visual style Is interested in an ongoing monthly partnership Experience working with contractors, remodeling companies, window companies, real estate businesses, or other high-ticket local service companies is strongly preferred. To Apply Please include: Examples of short-form ads you have edited Examples of Facebook or Instagram paid ads, if available Any work completed for contractors, home services, or local businesses Your price for the initial 2-video project Your price for 4 videos per month Your typical turnaround time The editing software you use Whether you can create multiple hook variations from the same footage Whether revisions are included Please begin your proposal with the word “WINDOWS” so we know you read the complete description. We plan to begin with a paid test project of two videos. The selected editor may then continue with approximately four videos per month.

We are a small consulting firm running paid media for a grassroots congressional campaign in western Kentucky. The creative work is done — we have a 15-page approved storyboard, an editor's pull sheet with every clip and in/out point, a folder of selected footage, and a 6-minute speech master. We need an editor to take those materials and deliver a polished, broadcast-ready :75 vertical (9:16) spot, a 16:9 conform, and a :30 cutdown. A rough cut already exists as a timing reference; your job is to make it great. WHAT YOU GET FROM US Storyboard v4 (PDF): 12 scenes with verbatim VO pulls, on-screen text, footage cast, audio notes, and 16:9 reframe notes. Editor's pull sheet (XLSX): 36 pulls with file, in/out, orientation, mute/sound flag, event/date, and notes; plus a Rules & Excludes tab. Selects folder (Drive): 24 renamed clips/stills, the speech master (1080p, 5:53), and word-level timecodes for every VO line. Rough cut v1 (67s, 9:16) as a pacing reference — rebuild from the sources; do not just polish it. Brand: navy #1B2A4A, red #C8102E, white; Montserrat ExtraBold for captions; text-only end card. DELIVERABLES :75 vertical master — 1080x1920, H.264, 30fps, -16 LUFS, burned-in captions on every VO line; high-bitrate MP4 plus a social-ready MP4. 16:9 conform — 1920x1080, same cut; vertical B-roll handled with blur-fill or split-screen (your call, show us). :30 cutdown — 9:16 and 16:9, per the cutdown map on the storyboard's last page. Project file (Premiere or Resolve) and an SRT for each version. Two revision rounds after the first cut. NON-NEGOTIABLE RULES (they are in the storyboard — read it) VO is verbatim from the speech master. No rewrites, paraphrase, AI voice, or re-ordering words inside a pull. No donate ask. End card is "WILLIAMSFORKY.COM — JOIN US." plus the paid-for line. Zero opponent content: no names, no report-card/F-score props. The Excludes list names every file and frame to avoid. Every candid clip runs muted under the speech unless the pull sheet says SOUND ON (only the crowd chant). Opens and closes on "I am here for you." TIMELINE & BUDGET First full cut within 72 hours of receiving files; final within 7 days. Fixed price $500–$1,000 depending on experience, paid in milestones (test → first cut → final). Strong chance of ongoing work through November 3 (4–6 spots/month) for the right editor. ABOUT YOU US-based; portfolio with political, advocacy, nonprofit, or documentary-style social video; you have cut vertical ads with burned-in captions. You can read a storyboard and a pull sheet and execute without hand-holding — and you tell us when something in the plan does not work. Fast, responsive, comfortable with campaign pace and confidentiality (NDA required; all footage is client property). TO APPLY Send (1) links to your two most relevant spots, (2) your turnaround for the first cut, (3) your fixed price for the three deliverables, and (4) one sentence on how you would handle a 16:9 conform of phone-vertical B-roll. Shortlisted editors get a $150 paid test: Scenes 3 and 9 from the storyboard as a 15-second sample within 24 hours.
