We are looking for a Google Ads specialist to help improve lead generation for a mobile detailing business in Southern California. This is for a local service business, not ecommerce. We already have an active Google Ads campaign running and want to start with a paid audit of the existing account first before deciding on ongoing management. Our business offers services such as interior deep cleans, wash clay and seal packages, ceramic coatings, paint correction, and maintenance details. Our goal is not vanity metrics. We care about qualified leads, booked jobs, lead quality, cost per booked job, reducing wasted spend, and improving overall account performance. For the initial audit, we want help with: Reviewing current campaign structure Reviewing keywords and search terms Reviewing negative keywords Checking location targeting and service area setup Reviewing ad copy Checking conversion tracking Identifying wasted spend Identifying lead quality issues Highlighting top problems and opportunities Providing a 30 day action plan You should have experience with U.S. local service businesses such as auto detailing, tint, car wash, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, junk removal, landscaping, or similar service based businesses. What success looks like: Better quality leads More booked jobs Lower wasted ad spend Clear communication Strong understanding of local intent and service area targeting A clear action plan instead of vague recommendations To apply, please answer these questions: 1. What U.S. local service businesses have you run Google Ads for? 2. Have you worked with auto detailing, tint, car wash, PPF, ceramic coating, or similar automotive service businesses before? 3. What would you check first in the first 7 days of reviewing an account like ours? 4. How do you improve lead quality, not just lead volume? 5. How do you handle search term review and negative keywords? 6. What metrics do you track weekly for a local service business? 7. Do you recommend starting with a paid audit first, or jumping straight into ongoing management, and why? 8. Please share a short example of a local lead generation account you improved and what changed. We are open to ongoing part/full time management after the audit if it is a strong fit. Please do not apply if your experience is mostly ecommerce, SaaS, or brand awareness campaigns with no local service lead generation experience. If you understand local service lead generation and know how to turn Google Ads into booked jobs, we would like to speak with you

Google Ads Specialist — Local Lead Gen for Personal Training Studio (South Bay LA) About us: We're an established personal training business serving the South Bay area of Los Angeles. We work with clients at our gym and in their homes, and we have a strong local reputation (solid Google reviews). We want to add a Google Ads channel to generate a steady, predictable flow of qualified local leads. The work: - Full account setup: keyword research, campaign + ad group structure, geo-targeting for our service area, ad copy - Conversion tracking done properly (form submissions AND phone calls — GA4 / Google Tag Manager / call tracking) - Ongoing management: bid/keyword/negative-keyword optimization, ad testing, landing page recommendations - Monthly reporting that shows cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and which campaigns are actually producing clients Must-haves: - Demonstrated experience with LOCAL SERVICE and lead-generation accounts. Please do not apply if your portfolio is primarily e-commerce/Shopify. - Active Google Ads certification (Google Partner a plus) - The account is built in and owned by US — all history and data stay with our account - Direct communication with the person managing the account (no handing us off to a junior) To be considered, please answer briefly: 1. Share 1–2 local lead-gen accounts you've run, with real numbers (starting vs. improved cost per lead, timeframe). 2. How do you structure conversion tracking for a business that gets leads by both form and phone call? 3. What's your pricing — flat monthly fee vs. percentage of spend — and your one-time setup fee? 4. Roughly how many accounts do you manage at once? Budget: Management fee to be agreed based on scope; ad spend discussed separately. We're ready to move quickly with the right person.

MBI is seeking an entrepreneurial, self-directed contractor to serve as Growth & Revenue Lead — responsible for building and launching revenue-generating systems that can be sustained by staff and volunteers over time. This role takes a project-based approach: developing one revenue stream at a time, establishing a repeatable process, and transitioning ownership before moving to the next opportunity. This is intentionally a hands-on role that requires comfort working in a startup-like environment with limited structure, evolving priorities, and a high degree of independence. Revenue growth in this context is focused on activities such as equipment sales, merchandise, sponsorships and earned income. This role is not responsible for grants or individual giving. Scope of Work 1. Revenue system development (primary responsibility) Lead the design, launch, and initial execution of revenue-generating initiatives including equipment sales, merchandise sales, earned income opportunities, and corporate sponsorships. For each initiative: assess the opportunity, build a simple and effective process, support early outreach and relationship development, achieve initial traction, document the process, and transition ongoing responsibility to staff or volunteers. 2. Prioritization and sequencing Work with the CEO and leadership team to identify and prioritize revenue opportunities. Focus efforts on one initiative at a time and adjust priorities based on organizational needs, capacity, and results. 3. Coordination and follow-through Support consistent execution by communicating clearly with staff and volunteers, following up to maintain momentum and accountability, and ensuring next steps are defined and completed. 4. Leadership team participation Serve as a member of the leadership team. Participate in monthly one-on-one meetings with the CEO, monthly leadership team meetings, and board meetings as appropriate. Please see attached job description for more details and application process.

First and foremost, I have a GoHighLevel account for both my businesses. I own a CrossFit gym and a medical spa. The gym is 6 years old and I have a ton of former clients and leads I would like to nurture through email and SMS and try to get them back into the gym. For the medspa, its only about 2 years old. less of a database, but still plenty of folks to to nurture and try to get back in for aesthetic services and HRT.
