Legal departments are under more pressure than they've ever been — more contracts, more compliance surface area, more regulatory complexity — with headcount that hasn't kept pace. AI is changing what's possible. The question is who shapes how it gets applied. That's the opening we're building toward. I'm the founder of DataStudios, a boutique AI consultancy that builds AI systems that actually work inside real organizations. After 20+ years leading data and AI initiatives at PwC, Publicis Sapient, and boutique firms — working with clients including Capital One, Wells Fargo, AT&T, the CDC, and AARP — I've built a curated collective of senior domain experts who partner with us on engagements where deep industry knowledge makes the difference between a system that gets adopted and one that doesn't. We've already built and delivered an AI-powered legal platform — three specialized agents handling contract review, compliance advisory, and document drafting, unified in a single dashboard — for a client whose legal team was drowning in fragmented workflows and manual document review. That engagement is live. We're looking to do more of this work, and to do it with someone who can bring the legal depth we bring to the engineering. **What we're looking for** A senior legal operations or legal advisory professional with direct experience inside complex legal environments. Specifically, someone who has: - Led or managed legal operations, contract management, compliance programs, or legal technology initiatives at a Fortune 500, major law firm, or top-tier consulting firm - Worked inside BigLaw, Big 4 legal advisory (Deloitte Legal, PwC Legal, KPMG Law, EY Law), or in-house at a significant legal department — not just practiced law, but understood how legal departments actually run - Been responsible for outcomes: reducing cycle times, improving compliance posture, implementing CLM systems, managing outside counsel spend, or transforming workflows — not just providing recommendations - Enough firsthand exposure to where legal work breaks down that you can walk into a client conversation and immediately identify where AI can move the needle This is not a role for someone whose experience is purely theoretical. We're looking for someone who's been embedded in the work. **The model** This is a fractional, non-exclusive collaboration. We bring the AI engineering and build capability. You bring the domain expertise and business context — the ability to translate what a legal department actually needs into a solution that gets adopted. In practice that means: strategy and diagnostic workshops, process mapping, requirements definition, client advisory, and working alongside our AI engineers to shape what gets built. You don't need to know how to build AI systems. You need to know where the problems are and what a good solution looks like from the client's perspective. We structure engagements around the work, not a fixed timeline. Some start with a focused 4–6 week sprint; others grow into long-term advisory relationships from the first client conversation. Scope expands with mutual fit. Remote, flexible. **Compensation** This is a fractional, project-based collaboration. Engagements are compensated at a competitive hourly or project rate based on the scope and your level of involvement — whether that's advisory hours, client-facing work, or both. The full structure of how we work together — including how we handle client relationships you bring to the table and how ongoing accounts are managed — is something we cover in an initial conversation. The model is designed to reward people who are invested in the outcomes, not just the hours. **Why this is worth your attention** AI is going to reshape legal operations significantly over the next few years. The organizations that navigate it well will be the ones with advisors who can bridge domain credibility and technical execution — who can sit in front of a GC or COO and translate what AI can actually do into decisions worth making. That's the position we're building toward, and we're doing it with a small, curated group of people who have the standing to do it credibly. If you've spent your career building expertise inside legal environments and you want to apply it to where the industry is going, this is a conversation worth having. **To apply** Share a brief note with: - Your specific legal operations background and where you've worked - Two or three examples of initiatives you've led — what the problem was, what you built or changed, what it produced - Your current availability and what kind of engagement would work for you If there's alignment, we'll set up a short call.

Hello! I am looking for someone to help my agency scale by helping with social media creatives and with general admin assisting. My idea is to bring someone on who knows social media, marketing, and can handle administrative tasks. My ideal candidate would know social media well enough to understand strategy is just as important as creatives. I would also like someone who knows general marketing and can send out PR pitches, however this is not a deal breaker. Additionally, this person will help with a few administrative tasks, such as keeping Notion clean and organized, sending out invoices to clients monthly, helping onboarding with new clients, ensuring emails are responded to, etc. This will start with two social media accounts and light administrative work and grow from there. I imagine the first month being about 5 hours/week and growing more in month 2 if it is a good fit. Although I rely heavily on AI and use many different AI tools, when responding to this job post please do not use an AI response, I would prefer to hear directly from you as that will help me weed out matches that might not be a good fit.

We're Endpoint Automation Solutions, a 35-year-old warehouse management software company serving mid-market manufacturers and distributors. We have a powerful brand guide, strong social templates, and a CEO with a backlog of great podcast and video interviews sitting on the shelf. What we don't have yet is someone showing up every day to bring it all to life on LinkedIn. This is that role. It's ongoing, fully remote, and roughly 1–2 hours a day, but the hours matter less than the rhythm. We need someone who treats LinkedIn as a place to stay active and engaged, not somewhere you post once and log off. What you'll do every day: - Engage live on LinkedIn — comment on competitor content, monitor what they're putting out, and join the conversations our audience is already having - Repost and add smart commentary to supply chain and manufacturing operations thought leaders - Turn our CEO's existing video and podcast interviews into fresh, original posts — clipping, repurposing, and reframing footage we've already captured - Amplify and elevate the content our own employees are creating - Ghostwrite for our CEO as needed - Announce press releases and company news as it happens What we're looking for: Writing is the heart of this role. You need to sound like a real person who gets warehouse and manufacturing operators and you need to be able to write convincingly in someone else's voice when you're ghostwriting for our CEO. A creative eye still matters, but with our brand guide and templates doing a lot of the heavy lifting, we're weighting writing over design here. We also want someone fluent and curious with AI tools. We work heavily in AI-assisted workflows, and we want a teammate who's already thinking about how to use these tools to produce more and better content across both social and, eventually, our blog. The blog is just getting started, so blog experience is a bonus, not a requirement. Strong candidates have: - 3+ years in B2B social or content marketing - Real LinkedIn expertise - algorithm, engagement, and employee advocacy - Comfort and creativity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and similar; experience with tools like Jasper, Copy.ai, or StoryChief is a plus) - A creative eye and Canva skills (!!) - Manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial SaaS experience is a plus, not required - most applicants won't have it, and that's fine. We're looking for someone who can immerse in an unfamiliar industry fast. Logistics: Fully remote, worldwide. Ongoing engagement, ideally 2 hours per day, at $XX/hr. You'll work directly with senior marketing leadership. To apply: Send a brief note about your B2B social experience and a link to your portfolio or LinkedIn content examples. If we can't see visual or written examples of your work, we won't be able to move forward. Thanks for taking a look!

You'll manage your own volume and report on weekly KPIs. How to Apply Send a short note telling us: A recent outbound campaign you ran and the result. The tools you're fastest in. I am looking for digital marketing expert who has experience promoting content online both organically and via paid ads. I understand the majority of you will use AI to apply, but those who do not will be given heavy preference, as we are looking for someone who is passionate about this, not the best at selling themselves. I am working with 2 christian ministries looking to spread the gospel via their content, along with promoting their books and various other paid content. we have a relatively fixed budget and need to ensure every dollar is being spent wisely. We are also looking for someone who shares our christian values. The owner has worked with the past agency for 7 years, even after being incredibly disappointed in results, because he is incredibly loyal to his people, so whoever we choose will likely be with us for many years, and you will be given plenty of time to execute your strategy. this is not a month 1 start up role with the need for quick execution and results, but a established non-profit with the time to propoerly execute and iterate on a strategy. Our ideal situation is 1 person who heads up strategy and works directly with the business owner (essentially a fractional CMO), and then has contacts to experts who they can sub-contract for any of the roles where you are not an expert Their current agency has provided them with very poor service in the following areas. reporting: this has been an AI generated nightmare of long convoluted emails with a bunch of number and "analysis" of the number without any actionable steps or insight beyond the obvious web design: wrong links on products to spammy indian sites likely left over from the template they built from. design from the 2000s, un-optimized page speed insights SEO: no insight into what is being done here, what is working Youtube SEO: no insight into what is being done here, what is working, no A/B testing Meta Ads: no current insight into issues here, but unsure if it worth the money. Esty/Pinterest SEO: is this even necessary outside of just posting content? We are totally open to other digital marketing strategies, and will allow you to fully direct strategy and budget as needed to get the best results for the 2 businesses. Given a budget of $6000 a month ($3000 for each brand), where would you allocate your resources, how much would you dedicate to paid ads vs your own fee vs sub-contracting, and what platforms would focus on in the first month of the engagement vs months 2-6, and 6+? Finally, out of our requirements, what platforms are you an expert on and what would you need help with?
