About the Role We are looking for an experienced cold caller to sell our digital marketing services directly to small business owners. You will be responsible for sourcing your own leads, making the calls, and closing the deals yourself. There is no separate closer — you own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed client. Deals typically close within 24 to 48 hours of first contact. How It Works — Paid Trial First We start every new rep with a short paid trial period of a few days at $5/hour. This gives both sides a chance to see if it's a real fit — you get to see if the product is closeable and if working with us feels right, and we get to see how you operate before making a longer commitment. Reps who perform well during the trial will be offered a full-time ongoing contract with an escalating commission structure and strong OTE (on-target earnings) potential. Commission Structure (Post-Trial) The commission rate increases the more you sell: • Closes 1–10: $200 per deal • Closes 11–30: $400 per deal • Closes 31+: $600 per deal (permanent rate) For a rep closing consistently at Tier 2 or Tier 3, monthly earnings of $6,000–$12,000+ are realistic. What We Need From You • Proven cold calling experience — this is not an entry-level role • Ability to source your own leads independently • Strong conversational English and the ability to build rapport quickly on a call • Self-motivated and consistent — you manage your own schedule and pipeline • Reliable availability with a clear time zone What You Will Be Selling Website design, CRM setup, and social media management packages to small business owners.
