We're looking for a heavy-hitting lead developer to build our new ERP project from scratch using a .NET back-end, an Angular front-end, and a SQL database. JJS & Associates is looking for a versatile, data-driven **Email Marketing Specialist** to manage end-to-end email campaigns for our clients. We need a "full-stack" email marketer—someone who can write compelling copy, design beautiful layouts, and handle the technical backend of list segmentation and automation. We work with a variety of clients to align their strategy, storytelling, and systems. Your goal will be to turn cold or quiet email lists into highly engaged, revenue-generating assets through targeted campaigns and automated flows. This is an ongoing, project-based freelance role. --- Key Responsibilities: Campaign & Flow Creation: Design and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including welcome series, nurture sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and weekly/monthly newsletters. Copywriting & Design: Write high-converting subject lines and body copy, and design visually striking, mobile-responsive email templates (using platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.). Audience Segmentation: Analyze client subscriber data to build hyper-targeted segments based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement levels. A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously test subject lines, send times, design layouts, and CTA buttons to optimize open rates, click-through rates ($CTR$), and conversions. Deliverability & List Hygiene: Monitor sender reputation, manage bounces, and perform regular list cleaning to ensure maximum inbox deliverability. Reporting: Provide monthly reports on key metrics (Open Rates, CTR, Unsubscribe Rates, and ROI) with actionable insights for future campaigns. What We Are Looking For: Proven Experience: 2–4 years of experience running successful email marketing campaigns (agency experience preferred). Platform Expertise: Deep familiarity with top Email Service Providers (ESPs) such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot. Dual Brain Capacity: A unique blend of creative skills (copywriting and visual design layout) and analytical skills (data tracking and list segmentation). Deliverability Savvy: A strong understanding of modern email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and privacy laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM). Please provide: 1. A brief summary of which Email Service Providers (ESPs) you are most expert in. 2. 2–3 samples or screenshots of email campaigns you have designed and written (or a link to your portfolio). 3. A quick example of a segmentation strategy you’ve used in the past to revive a cold email list. 4. Your standard hourly or per-campaign rate. *Proposals that skip the keyword or fail to provide design/copy samples will be automatically declined.*

Type: Hourly, ongoing (part-time to full-time, room to grow) Stack you'll work in: Notion, Slack, HubSpot, Google Workspace/Gmail, Claude + other LLM APIs, Zapier/Make/n8n About us We're a fast-moving sports and fan-engagement startup. We're small, we ship quickly, and we want AI woven into how the whole company operates, not as a side experiment, but as the default way we work. You'd be the person who makes that real. What you'll do Map our current workflows across sales, marketing, ops, and content, then find the highest-leverage places to automate. Build automations and agent workflows that connect our tools (Notion, Slack, HubSpot, Gmail/Google Workspace) using platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n plus LLM APIs. Design and ship AI agents for real jobs: lead routing and CRM enrichment, content drafting, customer/fan response triage, internal knowledge search, reporting digests. Stand up the connective tissue (prompts, integrations, guardrails, and monitoring) so automations are reliable, not brittle demos. Train and enable our team: build SOPs, run working sessions, and create lightweight docs so non-technical people actually adopt what you build. Help set our AI strategy and roadmap as we scale. You're a strong fit if you Have shipped real automations and AI agent workflows in production (not just prototypes). Are fluent with Zapier / Make / n8n and at least one major LLM API (Anthropic/Claude, OpenAI). Know your way around HubSpot, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace integrations and APIs. Can write clean prompts and think in systems: edge cases, error handling, human-in-the-loop checkpoints. Can explain technical work to non-technical people and get them to adopt it. Communicate proactively and move fast without breaking trust on things that touch customers or revenue. Nice to have Experience taking a small company "AI-native" end to end. Background in sports and/or blockchain. Comfort with light scripting (Python/JS) when no-code hits its limits. How to apply In your proposal, please: Describe one AI agent or automation you built, the tools involved, and the measurable result. Tell us how you'd approach training a non-technical team to actually use what you build. This part matters as much as the build. Share your hourly rate and weekly availability. Proposals that skip these will be passed over. We're looking to start with a small paid task and grow the engagement from there.

Core Architectural Workflow 1. Client Intake & Data Collection The customer visits the Porkbun-hosted website and completes a secure, multi-step intake form. The form dynamically captures customer details, the specified number of signers, and handles secure multi-file document uploads. 2. Asynchronous API Triggering Blue Notary API: The website backend instantly delivers an API payload to Blue Notary to establish the live signing session container, pushing the customer data and uploaded document streams directly into the digital meeting room. QuickBooks Online API: Simultaneously, the backend contacts QuickBooks to check for an existing client record or generate a new Customer Profile. 3. Credit Card Tokenization (Vaulting) To maintain absolute data security and avoid PCI-compliance liabilities, the developer will embed the QuickBooks Web Payments SDK directly into the booking page. When the client clicks "Book," the secure iframe captures and tokenizes the credit card information with QuickBooks Payments, returning a secure payment token (paymentMethodToken). The website backend securely maps this token to the customer profile for later use; no actual credit card numbers are ever stored on our servers. 4. Post-Session Admin Portal & Dynamic Billing Because RON platforms track identity verification but do not consistently pass live, rolling digital stamp/seal counts to external billing systems in real time, the developer will construct a secure, password-protected administrative interface on our domain (e.g., /admin/billing). Upon logging out of a completed Blue Notary session, the admin opens this dashboard, selects the client, and types in the Actual Signers and Actual Seals Placed. Automated Billing Logic Formula Upon submitting the administrative form, the server executes the programmatic pricing formula: Total Invoice = Base Session Fee + (Additional Signers × Signer Rate) + (Additional Seals × Seal Rate) The backend automatically executes these final steps via the QuickBooks API: Generates a professional line-item invoice reflecting the base fee and exact volume variables. Commands QuickBooks Payments to immediately process the charge using the vaulted credit card token. Locks in the clean processing rate (e.g., flat 2.99% invoiced rate) with zero added per-transaction service fees or third-party overhead. Triggers the automated delivery of the official QuickBooks paid receipt directly to the client's inbox. Developer Job Posting Copy Project Overview: Looking for a talented full-stack developer to redesign/update a website hosted on Porkbun, build a custom multi-signer intake form with secure document upload, and integrate direct, custom backend automations with Blue Notary and QuickBooks Online. No third-party automation tools (Zapier/Make) are permitted. Key Deliverables: Frontend Intake Form: Clean, mobile-responsive design allowing secure file uploads and dynamic forms based on input signer counts. Direct Blue Notary Integration: Connect to Blue Notary’s REST API to instantly initiate a session and pass files upon customer submission. QuickBooks Payments SDK Integration: Implement secure credit card vaulting/tokenization at intake using the official QuickBooks Web Payments SDK. Admin Post-Session Billing Tool: Create a lightweight, secure internal portal where the admin inputs final signer and seal counts. Automated Invoicing Engine: Calculate the final pricing via code on admin submission, generate a line-item invoice in QuickBooks, charge the vaulted card token automatically, and trigger the receipt. Technical Requirements: Proven experience with backend languages (Node.js, Python, PHP, or Go). Deep familiarity with QuickBooks Online Accounting & Payments APIs (specifically tokenized card charges and invoice generation). Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, and secure file handling over HTTPS. Ability to deliver clean, documented, standalone code without external platform dependencies.

The flagged item is the Apple reviewer email address in the submission section. Here's the corrected version with that removed: Job Posting — iOS React Native Engineer Needed (Critical Launch Crash) Title: React Native / iOS Engineer — Fix Launch-Blocking Crash Before App Store Submission Project: DuelDeck — real-money skill-based tournament card game, iOS app (React Native 0.84, New Architecture/Fabric enabled) Urgency: High — this is the single blocker preventing App Store submission. The problem The app crashes on every launch, within ~2 seconds, before any screen renders — including on a completely fresh install with no stored data. The crash signature is consistent and has been narrowed down through extensive isolation testing: An Objective-C exception is being thrown inside a TurboModule's synchronous/void method invocation (ObjCTurboModule::performVoidMethodInvocation), on the com.meta.react.turbomodulemanager.queue. Because this exception crosses a layer the New Architecture bridge cannot safely propagate, the entire process terminates (SIGABRT/abort()), regardless of any JavaScript-level error handling. What's already been ruled out (do not re-test these) Through direct binary-search isolation (disable component → clean rebuild → fresh install → measure time-to-crash), the following have been conclusively excluded as the cause: @react-native-community/geolocation PayPalCheckout SDK and our custom card payment native module A legacy unused Apple Pay native module Build architecture (tested both x86_64/Rosetta and native arm64 — same crash on both) react-native-mmkv (tested with MMKV fully bypassed, forced to AsyncStorage) What needs to happen Isolate the exact native module causing the crash. Strongest remaining candidates, in priority order: lottie-react-native, react-native-svg, react-native-screens, react-native-gesture-handler, a date/time picker library, an image picker library, a webview library. Use the same method: temporarily disable/remove one at a time, clean rebuild, fresh install (uninstall + reinstall to wipe all stored data), and confirm whether the crash persists. Fix the compatibility issue once found — typically a library version bump to one with confirmed New Architecture/Bridgeless support, or a patch to how the module is invoked. Verify a fully clean launch path: app must reach the splash screen, onboarding, and login screen reliably on a fresh install, every time, with no crash. How the app needs to function for this soft launch This is a soft launch, not the full feature set — the app needs to work cleanly within a deliberately narrowed scope. Once the crash is fixed, the build needs to behave exactly as follows before it's ready to submit: Onboarding and account creation. A new user goes through onboarding, then signs up with email and password only. No Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-in, and no phone/SMS login anywhere in the app — email is the only path in. After signup, the OTP email verification step has to actually work end to end: the code gets sent, the user enters it, and the account gets confirmed. No KYC gate. Users should be able to get into the main app and browse around without being forced through identity verification first. KYC stays in the backend for later, but it must not block access during this phase. Real location check. Geolocation needs to use actual Apple Core Location (device GPS with a proper permission prompt), not a workaround. This is what determines whether a user's state is eligible for real-money tournaments, and it needs to be a genuine native location check, not something hardcoded or guessed from the user's profile. Card deposits, no Apple Pay. Users fund their wallet with a debit or credit card through the PayPal card payment flow. Apple Pay should not appear as an option anywhere in this flow — card only. Tournament join has to work, fully. A user with money in their wallet needs to be able to open a tournament, pay the entry fee out of their balance, and get confirmed as entered — the whole payment-to-confirmed-entry path needs to be solid, not just the deposit step in isolation. VS / free play is off. The Invite tab and any 1-on-1 free-play matchmaking should not be live for this launch — show a "coming soon" placeholder instead of the real flow. Withdraw stays disabled. The withdraw button should be visibly present but greyed out / non-functional for now. Deposited funds are playable only and not withdrawable during this phase. Audio is off, and that's fine for now. Background music and sound effects are intentionally disabled for this launch and are not part of what's required to ship — don't spend time trying to bring them back unless explicitly asked. Everything else stays as is. Rankings, profile, avatar upload, live countdown timers on tournament cards, and the rest of the existing feature set should continue working exactly as they do now — the engineer's job is the crash fix and the items above, not a feature audit of the whole app. Admin dashboard. Tournament creation, editing, and cancellation from the admin dashboard need to be reliable, since tournaments will be set up and managed from there around the time of launch. Re-validate the full soft-launch feature set above after the crash fix — confirming each item works on a real build, not just in theory. Prepare and submit the TestFlight build for internal testing, then prepare the App Store Connect submission (screenshots, privacy details, review notes). A pre-configured Apple reviewer test account will be provided once hired. Requirements Strong hands-on experience with React Native's New Architecture (Fabric, TurboModules, Bridgeless mode) specifically — this is not a general React Native bug, it requires someone comfortable reading Objective-C++/Swift native module bridging code and Xcode crash reports (.ips files). Comfortable working directly with .ips crash logs, symbolicating stack traces, and reasoning about ObjC exception propagation across the JSI/TurboModule boundary. Experience shipping React Native apps through TestFlight and App Store review. Familiarity with CocoaPods, Xcode build configurations, and debugging native module linkage issues. Codebase context React Native 0.84.1, iOS min target 15.1, New Architecture enabled. Backend already live and stable (Node.js/PostgreSQL on AWS ECS) — this is an iOS-app-only fix. Full crash investigation notes (stack traces, what's been tested, environment details) will be provided to the selected candidate at project start so no time is wasted repeating already-completed diagnostic work. Communication and file sharing will happen entirely through the platform's built-in tools. 

I have built out an MVP using lovable for the wedding content creator community. It is a gallery platform where they upload their iphone videos and it displays in a gallery (Like pic-time, pixieset, etc). Our users primarily record 4k short form iphone videos and the upload pipeline is the most important piece. I dont have background in any of this and have only build with lovable, but the business is growing quickly and I would love some help to fix bugs and harden the pipelines/overall architecture. We use Cloudflare, Backblaze, Mux, Fly, and Lovable. We haave also built out an app that is on Testflight (Primarily what our users are using to upload).
