Another developer stated a website for us and then disappeared. We need help recovering where she left off and in making substantial revisions to what has already been produced

I currently have a baseball instructor website in squarespace. www.coachpetec.com I am looking for someone who knows how to work in this environment and has the ability to raise the level of the site to the level of my instruction. The site MUST stay in Squarespace. I do not want it moved out. I do know how to do some things in Squarespace. But getting creative in it, is not in my wheelhouse. There are a few MUSTS that come with this project. 1. I do not want a big website developing company. It is overkill. Just one person who I can work with directly. I will not be handed off to someone else in the process. 2. You must be familiar with baseball or softball. coaching, instruction & teaching. And you must have experience in building websites for this industry. Websites that are successful and that I can take a look at. 3. As stated I will not move this site off of Squarespace for any reason. Not only can I go in and make small changes it is connected to another part of my business. So, if you do not know how to work in Squarespace, please do not reply. 4. I have plenty of content. That is not the issue. I even have more updated stuff that is not on the site now. More powerful videos, pics quotes, my personal sayings etc. The content is not the issue. It is how to use it in the most effective ways possible throughout the site, especially the home page. It needs to pop right out at the potential client. 5. Need to be creative and thinks outside the box. Dare to be different. 6. The site needs to ooze my personality. It needs to be ME! That comes out in the verbiage, pics, videos, sayings etc. Hit a grand slam on the homepage. Improve the flow and we have it. This project should not take a long time. 7. You must be willing to conduct business via video calls on google meet. I only do business face to face. And you must be in the United States. I am on CST.
