Role Overview You are the Executive AI Enablement Lead at AIVC, the person whose job is to make the executives at AIVC’s client businesses true power users of Claude, Cowork, and code- and agent-driven workflows. AIVC partners with operator businesses to drive AI-led EBITDA growth, and part of that work is bringing each company’s most senior leaders up the AI curve. You’re the person who personally designs and runs that path on every engagement: assessing where a given client executive is today; curating the right materials, videos, and course content; running 1:1 coaching; building executive playbooks; and acting as their daily operator-in-the-loop until the new workflows stick. The first concrete instance is already lined up, a named client managing partner has explicitly asked for the fastest path to becoming a power user of Claude, Cowork, and Claude Code / Skills. From there you scale: same treatment to additional client executives across the portfolio, then a documented set of executive-grade playbooks and patterns that compound across every future engagement. You are bias-toward-results – a win is the client executive’s calendar-week looking different, not a beautifully written rubric nobody uses. What You’ll Own (Outcomes) • Within 30 days of pairing with the first client managing partner, they have a working daily routine in Claude, Cowork, and Code/Skills that’s already replacing or improving how they handle at least three recurring tasks • Within the first quarter of the engagement, the client executive is a true power user — running multi-step workflows, custom Skills/Projects, and agent-assisted tasks without needing coaching scaffolding for the basics • A documented set of executive playbooks (research, writing, analysis, synthesis, workflow automation, agent-assisted tasks) that compound across every client engagement, not one-offs • A curated, current library of learning materials, videos, example workflows, and Claude-native patterns — including a clear point of view on which external courses, tutors, or expert resources are worth plugging in • Observable change in how client executive cohorts use AI: from reactive chat to repeatable, structured, outcome-oriented workflows • A foundation of training assets and patterns that scales beyond executive coaching into broader client teams in year two • A reputation among AIVC’s clients as the trusted go-to for “how do I do this better in Claude” — measured by inbound demand and engagement expansion What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) • In the first weeks: build the first client managing partner’s tailored upskilling plan — assess current usage, identify the highest-leverage workflows for their day-to-day, curate the right mix of materials / videos / course content, and recommend any tutor or expert-guided support to fold in • Provide 1:1 coaching for client executives — managing partners, founders, C-suite leaders — on Claude, Cowork, and code- and agent-based workflows • Design tailored training plans per executive that go beyond basic onboarding into advanced usage, with explicit progression from chat → workflows → agents • Curate the best external materials (videos, courses, blog posts, example projects) and rewrap them into client-ready, AIVC-flavored learning paths • Teach practical, high-leverage use cases live: research, writing, analysis, synthesis, workflow automation, and agent-assisted tasks • Help client executives move from general chat usage into repeatable workflows — Claude Projects, Skills, scheduled Cowork tasks, MCP integrations, custom agents • Serve as a real-time tutor and expert resource for client executives — over Slack, in meetings, on-site, and in async written feedback • Run office hours, workshops, and informal Q&A sessions inside client teams to keep adoption sticky between coaching sessions What We’re Looking For (Required) • Deep hands-on expertise with Claude across every surface (Claude.ai, Claude Projects, Claude Code, Claude Skills, Claude API) — and an active habit of pushing the edges of each • Strong working fluency with Claude Cowork specifically, including scheduled tasks, connected apps / MCPs, and the broader workflow surface • Strong capability with code-enabled AI workflows: you can write Python and/or TypeScript, build agents, configure MCP integrations, and ship a working internal automation end-to-end without needing an engineer • Demonstrated ability to teach non-technical but highly demanding users — you’ve made executives, founders, or senior operators meaningfully better at something complicated, not just trained engineers • Strong workflow design instinct — you can translate messy business questions into clean prompts, workflows, and systems • Polished, discreet, and effective in high-touch client executive settings — high EQ, low ego, comfortable representing AIVC inside senior client environments and around senior decision-makers • Strong bias toward practical results over theoretical AI knowledge — the metric is the client executive’s behavior change, not the elegance of the explanation • Excellent written and verbal communication; you can write a playbook a client executive will actually read and use • Comfort with significant travel to client sites and embedded, on-site engagement work • 5+ years of professional experience across some mix of: applied AI / ML, technical training and enablement, developer relations, solutions engineering, executive coaching, management consulting, or chief of staff / senior operator roles to executives Helpful If You Have (Preferred) • Prior experience coaching or supporting C-level executives, founders, or managing partners as a client-facing professional — executive coach, principal solutions engineer to executive customers, chief of staff to a CXO, or partner-level consultant • Background that combines technical depth with people skills — developer relations, solutions engineering, technical training, or learning & development at a frontier AI or developer-tools company • Direct experience building executive-facing training programs or curricula that demonstrably moved adoption inside other organizations • Hands-on familiarity with the Anthropic product surface specifically: Claude Projects, Claude Skills, Claude Code, MCP server development, Claude API • Track record of getting non-technical users to genuinely adopt a technical tool — i.e., users who chose to keep using it after the training ended • Background in management consulting, professional services, executive coaching, or learning & development — especially in environments where the customer was a senior external client • An active personal portfolio of AI work (workflows, automations, blog posts, talks, open-source contributions) you can point to • Comfort building light tooling (a Notion playbook system, a Claude Skills catalog, a small dashboard) without needing engineering support • Familiarity with AIVC’s model — operator business engagements, EBITDA-led measurement, and the broader compounding intelligence layer — or eagerness to come up the curve quickly

Project Overview: We are a fast-paced law firm looking to optimize our entire case pipeline from client intake to matter closure. We use Bridge Legal for marketing intake, Clio for our Core Case Management System (CMS), Jubilee for our bankruptcy practice section, Google Calendar for scheduling court events, and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint/OneDrive) for document storage. Instead of building an expensive custom platform from scratch, we want to leverage a low-code automation system (n8n preferred, or Zapier) coupled with advanced AI APIs (such as Anthropic Claude or OpenAI) to handle data mapping, automated drafting, calendar triggers, and text alerts. Airtable will serve as the primary human control panel for our 17 staff members. Mandatory Legal Compliance & Insurance Prerequisites: Due to strict State Bar legal ethics regulations regarding the absolute confidentiality of client proprietary records, data safety is our highest priority. Do not apply if you cannot meet these criteria: 1. NDA: The selected contractor must sign a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to receiving system access. 2. Liability Insurance: You must provide verifiable proof of active Professional Liability Insurance (Errors & Omissions) and Cyber Liability Insurance before contract execution. 3. Data Silo Constraints: All workflows must utilize commercial API tiers providing Zero Data Retention (ZDR). Client documents and pleadings must never be used to train public AI models. Key Scope of Automation Tasks: 1. Airtable Control Center: Build out the primary user interface directly inside Airtable, which is already utilized by our 17 staff members. All automated steps (Intake, Pleading Drafting, SMS triggers, and Case Closures) must be launched via Airtable button triggers, attachment fields, and status fields. The automation must capture the Airtable user metadata to maintain an internal audit trail before passing data to Clio. 2. Lead to Retainer: Catch webhook data from Bridge Legal, prompt an LLM to parse raw intake notes for names and deadlines inside Airtable, and automatically trigger a dynamic e-sign contract template (DocuSign/Gavel/HelloSign). 3. Payment to Clio/Jubilee Creation: Listen for payment webhooks (Stripe/LawPay) and use the Clio API to programmatically open the Account, Contact, and Matter. Our bankruptcy section uses Jubilee which is natively connected to Clio via a live sync. The candidate must ensure cases routed through our bankruptcy pipeline are cleanly initiated in Clio so that the native Clio-to-Jubilee data bridge operates smoothly without synchronization lag. 4. AI Answer Generation via SharePoint: Set up an automated folder monitor in Microsoft SharePoint. When a Plaintiff's Complaint PDF is uploaded, the automation must extract the text, run it through Claude 3.5 Sonnet to draft paragraph-by-paragraph denials, append a baseline library of Affirmative Defenses, and save a formatted .docx back to SharePoint and Airtable. 5. Google Calendar to Twilio Reminders: Check our synced Google Calendar daily for court appearances, look up the corresponding client phone numbers using Clio's API, and schedule automated text reminders via Twilio at 30, 7, and 1-day intervals. Implement protective logic (idempotency) to ensure a client is never double-texted. 6. Accounting & Case Closure: Read settlement figures from Airtable fields, query the Clio Expenses API to subtract advanced costs, calculate our firm split using formulas, and automatically execute a Clio API update to switch the matter status to "Closed." Airtable Schema Requirements: The candidate will design a relational, multi-view database structure in Airtable. This database will serve as the primary operational hub, containing tables for: • Table 1: Matters & Intake (Master ledger for lead parsing, case categorization, and user audit stamps). • Table 2: Automation Control Center (Action buttons for contract deployment, e-sign status webhooks, and the AI file drop zones). • Table 3: Settlement Ledger (Calculated currency tracking fields for Gross Settlement, Firm Fee %, Advanced Clio Costs, Medical Liens, and Net Client Payout). The backend code must interact directly with Airtable fields to manage state progression, receive user tracking data, deposit AI-generated documents, and pull transaction balances. Required Experience & Technical Proficiencies: • Proven track record building multi-step automations inside n8n or Zapier. • Experience authenticating and mapping data variables natively via the Clio API (v4), Google Calendar API, and Microsoft Graph / SharePoint API. • Demonstrated experience handling structured JSON payloads and dealing with API rate limits. • Strong understanding of AI prompt design for accurate textual parsing and document structural layout.

We’re looking for a creative anchor for our paid media clients. You own ad creative from concept through final asset: design strategy, first drafts, revision cycles, and the production pipeline that gets variants out the door. This role requires using an AI-assisted production stack. You’ll spend your hours on the work that requires judgment — concepting, client-facing creative strategy, and revision decisions — not hand-resizing 40 banner variants. You'll work directly with our Head of Paid Media and ads managers. What you'll own - Creative strategy per client. You run the design strategy process for each account - competitor and market research, testing plans, and campaign concepts tied to performance data. - Static ad design. First drafts and full campaign suites for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Data-driven creative that's built to convert, not win awards. - Revision cycles. Internal and client feedback rounds, managed to a standard: tight turnarounds, limited rounds, clear rationale when you push back. - The AI production pipeline. You operate and improve our versioning/resizing workflow. When a new tool cuts production time without cutting quality, you test it and systematize it. - Video creative direction. Scripting, storyboards, and creative briefs for video ads. Editing execution is a plus. - Quality control. If it's not client-ready, it doesn't go out. - Asset hygiene. Working files, final files, and folder structure stay organized and findable. The next person can pick up any account cold. This role is paid ads production at scale — resizing, iterating, systematizing, and executing within clear brand guidelines. If you enjoy: - Clean systems - Clear feedback - Repeating what works (and improving it incrementally) - Using AI tools to move faster …this role will be a great fit. If you’re looking for expressive, experimental, or open-ended creative work, this is probably not the right seat. _________ Primary Responsibilities - Create and resize high volumes of paid ad creative across platforms: - Meta (Facebook / Instagram) - Google Display - LinkedIn (occasional) - Produce ad variations for: - Event stages (early bird → last chance) - A/B tests (copy, imagery, CTA emphasis) - Execute cleanly within existing brand systems - Incorporate feedback quickly with minimal revision cycles Occasionally support: - Simple motion graphics - Light video editing (short-form ads) - GIF creation Workflow Note A large portion of this role is production work. You’ll often be working from: - Existing templates - Prior winning creatives - Clear creative direction from our lead designer + media team - Speed, consistency, and accuracy matter more than originality Tools & Skills Required Must-Haves -Strong experience designing paid digital ads -Advanced proficiency in: -Adobe Photoshop -Adobe Premier Pro is a plus -Google Business Suite -Comfortable exporting for multiple platforms + specs -Strong attention to detail (typos, alignment, brand compliance) -Ability to follow systems and checklists -Great time tracking AI & Automation We strongly prefer designers who already use (or are eager to use): - AI-assisted image generation or enhancement - Background removal, upscaling, smart resizing - Template-based workflows - Any AI tools that reduce repetitive effort without sacrificing quality (You don’t need to use the same tools we do — just show us how you work faster.) Bonus - Scriptwriting & video editing skills - Experience inside an EOS, Traction, or ScalingUp company - Familiarity with Looker Studio, Google Analytics, or other reporting tools _________ You’re likely a strong fit if you: - Are detail-oriented and precise - Prefer clear direction over ambiguity - Enjoy executing and refining more than reinventing - Take pride in clean, error-free delivery - Can shift up or down in hours without friction - Are comfortable working with clients to talk creative strategy Tools you'll use daily - ClickUp, Basecamp, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Claude, Zapier, Swydo, Vidyard
