Overview We're a small-to-mid-sized publicly traded technology company standing up a company-wide generative AI program. We've already done the heavy lifting internally — what we need now is an experienced practitioner to pressure-test our work, close gaps against current best practice, and help us run a clean, secure rollout. The internal framework is built and moving through executive review: AI acceptable use policy (multi-section, drafted conservatively on purpose so leadership can calibrate) A lightweight, IT-owned governance model Rollout and deployment plan ROI model and a department-level use-case catalog Executive-facing materials and an operational playbook This is an advisory engagement, not a build-from-scratch project. You'll be reacting to and improving real artifacts, not generating them from a blank page. The strongest applicants will be people who've personally written and deployed an enterprise AI program before and can tell us, quickly and specifically, where ours is too restrictive, too loose, or missing something. Who this is (and isn't) for We're looking for an individual practitioner, not an agency. If your proposal is a generic capabilities pitch, we'll pass. We want someone who has been hands-on with the actual decisions: which tools get approved, how data is protected, how policy translates into something employees will actually follow, and how a rollout lands without breaking trust across the org. What you'll do 1. Data security and risk (our highest priority) Advise on how we keep confidential and proprietary information out of public/consumer AI tools Help us evaluate vendor data-handling, retention, and model-training practices, and the difference between consumer and enterprise tool tiers Recommend the right access controls, data-loss-prevention posture, and guardrails for the tools we're approving Identify where our current policy and controls leave exposure we haven't accounted for 2. Policy and governance review Stress-test our drafted acceptable use policy section by section Tell us where it's overly conservative and where it's too permissive Evaluate whether our governance model (lightweight, IT-owned, with Legal/HR/Finance as consulted parties) is right-sized for a company of our scale Flag anything a company our size typically gets wrong 3. Rollout, change management, and enablement Advise on rollout sequencing — which functions go first, how to phase it, how to avoid stranding early adopters Help design the employee enablement and training approach Guidance on communicating the program so it lands as support, not surveillance 4. Tooling and licensing strategy Provide guidance on our approved stack: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, and general-purpose GenAI tools Help us think through licensing tiers, exception handling, and cost vs. value Sanity-check our build-vs-buy thinking for custom agents 5. Role-specific use cases (plus) Help shape practical, function-specific use cases — for example, distinguishing analytical roles from operational ones in finance/accounting Deliverables We're flexible on format, but expect outputs like: A written gap analysis / red-team of our current policy and controls Prioritized recommendations (what to fix before launch vs. what can wait) A short benchmarking summary against comparable mid-market deployments Working-session input on rollout sequencing and enablement Ad hoc advisory as questions come up through our review and launch cycle Ideal background Must-haves Strong grounding in data security and vendor risk for AI tools — DLP, data residency and retention, and keeping sensitive information out of model training Has led at least one enterprise GenAI governance + rollout, ideally at a company under ~250 employees Has actually written and deployed an AI acceptable use policy, not just studied them Can translate technical controls into plain business language for a non-technical executive audience Familiar with the Microsoft Copilot / Azure AI ecosystem Nice-to-haves Experience advising lean IT organizations where one or two people carry the load Comfort working inside a Microsoft 365 / Azure tenant A track record of rollouts that stuck — adoption, not just policy on paper How we'll work together Asynchronous by default, with scheduled working sessions for the higher-stakes reviews We move quickly and decisively — clear directives, fast turnarounds, candid feedback in both directions You'll work directly with our internal program lead; some sessions will include executive stakeholders We value plain language over jargon and consultant-speak Engagement details Fractional / part-time advisory, roughly 5 hours/week to start (flexible) Estimated 6–8 weeks with potential for an ongoing relationship (flexible) Hourly — please include your rate Our environment: Microsoft 365 / Azure tenant; lean IT org; governance intentionally lightweight Confidentiality Specific company and program details will be shared under NDA. Please be comfortable signing one before we get into specifics. We'll keep early conversations high-level until that's in place. To be considered, please include How you keep confidential and proprietary data protected when rolling out GenAI tools across an organization A brief summary of a comparable GenAI program you advised on or led — company size and your specific role Your overall approach to AI governance and acceptable-use policy Your experience with Microsoft Copilot and/or Azure AI Foundry Your availability and hourly rate Generic proposals will not be reviewed. We're reading for specifics.

**SEO & AEO Strategist** **The role** As Lead SEO & AEO Strategist, you bring a strong SEO background with a deep understanding of AEO and you're the person who raises the analytical bar for the whole team. You are the analytical expert of the team and the voice everyone lean on to make sense of how they show up in AI prompts. You deeply understand our data, reading what's moving and why, and create an actionable plan of recommendations we can act on. You also set the standard for how the rest of the team reads the data and advises clients: mentoring analysts, building the playbooks others run on, and turning your judgment into something we can scale. This is a hands-on, data-first, client-facing role with a clear enablement mandate: you supply the analytical judgment, you deliver it as strategy, and you teach others to do the same. What you'll do Get our brand and clients up and running. Onboarding and get us and clients to value fast, so their accounts are working hard for them from week one. Read the data, find the signal. Analyze how client brands surface across AI answer engines. Identify citation gaps, ranking shifts, and the content patterns that move Share-of-Prompt and our other visibility metrics. Lead working sessions where you take a client's growth and brand goals and map them to a concrete AEO plan, then push on the parts that will move the needle most. Deliver insights and recommendations. Produce the briefs, performance reviews, and optimization plans clients rely on. Translate complex visibility data into clear narratives for both technical and executive audiences. Set the standard and level up the team. Mentor and train others on how to read the data, run a client session, and turn a messy dataset into a recommendation that lands. Define the analytical methods and quality bar others work to, and bring newer team members up to speed on AEO fast. Build the playbooks. Turn your judgment into reusable assets, including analytical frameworks, content playbooks, session templates, and ways of measuring what's working, so the pod's best thinking scales beyond any one person. Support Fix Pack work. Help diagnose what needs fixing and validate that deployed Fix Packs are moving the metrics they should. Flag the exceptions and opportunities that need the team's attention. Work shoulder to shoulder with the pod. Give the Partners and the wider pod the analytical inputs they need: the right numbers, the right context, the right recommended next move. Track the category. Stay current on AEO / SEO developments and how AI answer engines are evolving, so our recommendations stay ahead of a landscape that is constantly shifting. What you need to know (SEO / AEO) This is the foundation of the role. You should already think in terms of how brands earn visibility in AI answers, not just traditional search rankings, and be able to explain that thinking to others. SEO foundations. Solid, hands-on fundamentals: keyword and content strategy, structured data, site architecture, and organic performance analysis, with growing expertise in AI search. Metrics literacy. Comfort reasoning about visibility and performance metrics: reading a shift and understanding what it implies. Category awareness. Familiarity with the AI-visibility tooling landscape, or genuine eagerness to get up to speed fast. What you bring Advisory instinct. You're at ease guiding clients, walking them through a recommendation, and making a technical idea land for a marketing or brand team in plain language. A teaching mindset. You like making other people better at their craft. You can break down how you reached a conclusion, give useful feedback, and turn your own instincts into repeatable methods. Data fluency. Comfortable working with data to find signals. You don't just report numbers, you interpret them. Prompt literacy. Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM behavior, enough to work effectively inside agent workflows and reason about their outputs. Storytelling. Strong written and verbal communication. You can turn a messy dataset into a clear recommendation for a stakeholder who has thirty seconds. Organized under load. Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines without dropping quality. Detail obsessed. Every lift, every point of impact piques your curiosity. Resourceful and proactive. A self-starter who finds creative solutions, adapts quickly, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity and learning new tools. Who you likely are * 4+ years of hands-on SEO or organic-growth work behind you. Agency pedigree is a plus or a comparable data-heavy, client-facing role at a SaaS or AI company. * Someone with an SEO or digital-marketing background who is leaning hard into AI search, or a sharp analyst who's genuinely excited about the AEO category. * Confident on a client call, in a working session, or in a written recommendation, and used to high-touch accounts. * Someone others naturally come to for answers. You've informally or formally mentored, trained, or set the bar for teammates before. * A craftsperson who takes pride in the details while keeping the big picture in mind. * Looking for a role with a clear growth path toward deeper technical and team leadership.
Bonus points * You've built reusable things for clients or teams before: playbooks, content frameworks, onboarding material, or ways to measure what's working. * You've worked with enterprise or other high-touch accounts. * You've operated inside a fast-moving, startup.

The Opportunity We are looking for a social media strategist to help grow the personal brand of our CEO across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. We already produce newsletter content on his behalf that is performing well, and we want to build a content engine that takes that material as the starting point and reshapes it for each platform. This is a hands-on role for someone who can both set the strategy and execute it, working alongside a small team. It is an ongoing need with consistent volume, so we are hoping to build a lasting relationship with the right person rather than fill a one-off project. About Us We are Princeton Mortgage. The focus of this work is the personal brand of our CEO, Rich Weidel. His voice and perspective are the heart of everything we publish, and the content is most effective when it sounds like him talking directly to his audience. The bigger picture: a strong personal brand for Rich is central to attracting talented loan officers who want to grow their careers with us. Everything we publish is meant to show people why this is a place worth building a career, through our culture, how our team works together, and what sets us apart. The single most important thing to understand about the brand: we want to feel authentic and human, not corporate or overly polished. The newsletter works because it sounds like a real person with a real point of view. Your writing should protect that warmth rather than smooth it away. The Role: Strategy and Execution This is a hands-on role. We need someone who can own the strategy and also do the work. You will set the direction across platforms and then execute it day to day: writing the posts, shaping the content calendar, scheduling, and keeping everything consistent and on voice. We are not looking to hire a strategist who only advises and hands off. You will work with a small team, and have access to a video editor if needed. You will spot the moments and ideas worth turning into clips, write the hooks and captions, and direct what gets produced, while the editor handles the actual editing. The strongest candidate is comfortable both planning the engine and running it. Source Content Our newsletter is the foundation. It is already getting great traction, and it carries the ideas, stories, and point of view we want to extend across every other platform. Rather than starting from a blank page, your job is to take that newsletter content and reshape it into formats that fit each channel while keeping Rich's voice intact. We will share recent and upcoming newsletter issues, along with brand assets such as logos, fonts, and color guidelines, once we are working together. We can also point you to the posts and threads that have performed best so far. We also produce a steady stream of video content, including interview and podcast-style conversations with Rich and our team, edited into short clips. This footage is a major input for the strategy, especially on Instagram and Facebook, and you will help decide which moments become posts. What Matters Most: The Writing This role lives or dies on the quality of the writing. We need someone who can capture a specific person's voice and produce posts that feel like they came straight from Rich, not from a template or a content mill. You are welcome and encouraged to use AI tools as part of your process. We use them too. But AI is a tool here, not the foundation. We are hiring you for your judgment, your instinct for a strong line, and your ability to shape raw ideas into writing that sounds genuinely human. If the work reads like unedited AI output, it is not what we are looking for. The strongest candidates will have a real writing background and a portfolio that shows it. What We Need The newsletter is the source for the written ideas, and video is the other half of the engine. For each platform below, the goal is to adapt our material into the right format and register while keeping it unmistakably in Rich's voice. Video is a core pillar of the strategy, and it carries the most weight on Instagram and Facebook. 1. 1. LinkedIn (Primary Platform) • Our main channel for thought leadership and for reaching loan officers directly • Written posts in Rich's voice, built from newsletter themes and stories • A mix of formats: short text posts, document or carousel posts, and the occasional longer-form article • A strong first line to earn the click, a clear point of view, and a human close Estimated cadence: 3 to 5 posts per week 2. 2. Instagram (Video-Led) • Video is the priority here: short-form video and Reels built around Rich's voice and the newsletter's ideas • Direct our video editor on which moments become clips, and write the hooks and captions that frame them • Captions that carry the newsletter's ideas in a warmer, more casual register • Coordinate closely with our video editing so the clips and the copy work as one piece • Story ideas and prompts welcome to round out the feed Estimated cadence: video-led, with several Reels per week plus stories and supporting feed posts 3. 3. Facebook (Video-Forward) • Lead with video: repurpose our Reels and clips for the Facebook audience • Adapt newsletter and LinkedIn content into short written posts to support the video • Slightly more conversational and community-oriented in tone 4. 4. YouTube • Titles, descriptions, and community posts that support our video content • Help turn written ideas into video hooks and talking points where useful • Light copy support for thumbnails and chapter notes Style and Tone • Warm, conversational, and genuine • Written in Rich's voice, as if he is speaking directly to his audience • A clear point of view over safe, generic takes • Each piece should make sense on its own, without needing the original newsletter for context • When in doubt, less is more: clean and human beats slick and corporate We are happy to share a few examples of posts and issues that capture the voice we are going for once we connect. Process and Tools • Comfortable both setting the strategy and executing it yourself, day to day • A clear, collaborative way of working with our video editor to brief clips and review cuts • Comfortable working from newsletter source material and adapting it across platforms • A simple, reliable workflow for drafts, review, and scheduling • Open to building a light content calendar so the team can see what is coming • Preferred scheduling platform and where drafts will live (open to your preference) Timeline and Turnaround • New newsletter content is published weekly • We would want platform content to follow within a few days of each issue • Please flag your current availability and typical turnaround in your proposal What to Include in Your Proposal • A short intro about you and your writing and social media background • Writing samples, ideally including social content written in someone else's voice • 2 or 3 examples of social accounts or personal brands you have helped grow • An example of an account or campaign you ran end to end, from strategy through execution, ideally working with an editor or small team • Your rate structure (per post, per platform, monthly retainer, whichever you prefer) • Your typical turnaround time and current availability • The tools you work in, including any AI tools and how you use them in your process Nice to Have • Experience building personal brands for executives or founders • Familiarity with the mortgage, real estate, or financial services space • A feel for what performs on each platform and how they differ from one another • A strong instinct for short-form video: spotting clip-worthy moments, hooks, and trends for Reels • Ability to pitch fresh angles and hooks from source material, not just reformat it In Closing We are excited to find someone who understands what we are going for and wants to grow with us. If you love finding the human story inside a good idea and turning it into writing that sounds like a real person, we would love to see your work. Thanks for taking a look.
