Job Overview I run four companies. A marketing agency, a SaaS platform, a professional community, and a fractional operating practice. I also wrote a book called Build Your Comeback, about getting unstuck, built from twenty years of rebuilding companies and one very real experience of rebuilding myself after overcoming addiction. Around that book there's supposed to be a whole ecosystem: a quiz funnel, workbooks, a newsletter, a course, coaching. The products are mostly written. The strategy is done. The project plan exists down to the task level. What's missing is the person who owns getting it built. Every time I sit down to execute it myself, one of the four companies eats my day. I've written this plan three times. I don't need a fourth plan. I need an operator. What you'd own The entire execution layer of this build. Specifically: The funnel itself: product pages in Stan Store, email automations in Kit, the quiz in ScoreApp, the integrations between all of them, and the testing that proves every path works before anything launches. Formatting the workbooks into polished, sellable PDFs. The publishing calendar and content production pipeline, from scheduling social media posts to managing video edits. The analytics tracker. The project plan in ClickUp, which you'll run like it's yours, because it will be. When something's supposed to ship Tuesday, you're the reason it ships Tuesday. When a tag isn't firing in Kit, you notice before a customer does. When I'm the bottleneck on an approval, you chase me until I'm not. (That last one matters a lot.) Responsibilities - Build and manage product pages, checkout, and digital product delivery in Stan Store - Build and maintain email automations, sequences, tagging, and a weekly newsletter in Kit (ConvertKit) - Set up and manage a lead-generation quiz in ScoreApp, integrated with the email platform - Format and design workbooks and lead magnets into polished, sellable PDFs in Canva - Run the social content pipeline: scheduling, publishing, and managing video edits across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts - Plan and run in-person content shoot days: shot lists, filming, getting the founder on camera and keeping the footage organized - QA every funnel path end to end before launch, and keep watching after launch so problems get caught before customers find them - Maintain a simple performance tracker (quiz completions, opt-ins, sales, email metrics) and flag what the numbers are saying - Run the project plan in ClickUp: priorities, deadlines, and chasing approvals, including mine Skills - Hands-on experience with creator-economy tools: Stan Store (or Gumroad, Podia, Kajabi), Kit/ConvertKit (or a comparable email platform), and quiz/form tools like ScoreApp or Typeform - Strong Canva and/or Photoshop skills for product and social design - Basic short-form video editing (CapCut, Descript, or similar) - Social media management across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts - Comfortable reading marketing metrics (conversion rates, open rates, funnel drop-off) and adjusting based on what they say - A sharp editing eye: you'll catch the typos, broken links, and anything off-voice before it ships - Organized enough to run multiple workstreams at once without anything slipping; experience with ClickUp or a similar project tool - Comfortable directing someone on camera and running a low-fuss shoot You're probably right for this if You've worked inside the creator economy and have the receipts. You've built funnels, run email platforms, operated someone's digital product business, or produced content for a founder or creator. You're organized to a degree that mildly annoys your friends. You like having real ownership instead of a task list. And you live close enough to come to my office once or twice a week without hating your life. You're not right for this if You need every task spelled out twice, you're looking for a creative outlet for your own voice, or you want a job where someone else notices when things slip. In this role, you're the person who notices. How to apply Send me a short intro, and three links to things you've actually built or run: funnels, product pages, content operations, a creator's account you operated. Tell me what part of LA you're in. That's it. If your links are good, you'll hear from me fast.

We're hiring one creative partner to run two connected feeds: a fast-growing wellness brand and one of its co-founders. The brands WellCart — a meal-planning app turning "food as medicine" into a one-tap weekly grocery order through our Instacart partnership. Beta is live, integration is locked, brand is built. Primary scope: ~60% of your time. The co-founder feed — one of WellCart's co-founders is returning to social after a quiet stretch. Former PGA Tour player turned multi-venture founder, with projects spanning sustainable agriculture, photography, and apparel/design. Based in Costa Rica. The angle isn't "ex-athlete pivots to wellness" — that lane is crowded. It's "founder building a quiet, considered, sustainable life — and here's how that life actually works." We'll share the handles and project context after the first conversation. Secondary scope: ~40% of your time. One specific thing we want this hire's help on: timing and choreographing the co-founder's public announcement of WellCart. He hasn't tied his name to it publicly yet. We want a sharp point of view on when, how, and across which platforms that reveal should happen for maximum signal — not a generic "post a launch reel." The two feeds reinforce each other. WellCart is the brand engine. The co-founder feed is the multiplier. What you'd actually do WellCart (60%): Plan and ship a weekly content calendar on Instagram and TikTok. Make the work — graphics and short-form video, not just briefs for someone else. Run our creator/ambassador program: source, brief, and manage 20–50 partners on profit-share. Write in our voice. Send a weekly note on what worked. Co-founder feed (40%): Long-game audience build. Founder-in-public storytelling. Project highlights across his other ventures. Mine his daily input — voice notes, camera roll, project moments — into a consistent posting rhythm. Own the WellCart announcement plan — when he ties his name to it, on which platforms, in what order, with what creative. Both feeds, every week: Tell us what's working, what to kill, what to try next. What we need to see in you You've grown a brand or public figure's social from "okay" to "people actually wait for the post" Taste in short-form video — you can name three creators in food/wellness/founder-content whose frameworks you'd steal, and why You self-direct. We hate hand-holding. We love being told we're wrong. You're comfortable being trusted with a founder's voice — camera roll, voice notes, sitting in on strategy, posting as Morgan when he says go Bonus, not required: paid media chops, UGC scripting, TikTok Shop affiliate experience How we hire We borrowed Clipboard Health's approach — we care how you think, not how your résumé reads. No traditional interview. One work sample. If it lands, we talk. The assignment: Visit wellcart.io. Pretend you're three weeks into the role, running both WellCart and a co-founder personal brand in the wellness/sustainable-living space. Show us: The positioning bet for the co-founder feed — one sentence. What lane should a Costa-Rica-based, multi-venture founder own that no one else can? A 4-week content plan covering both feeds — pillars, cadence, and the rationale for how WellCart and the co-founder feed reinforce each other. The co-founder → WellCart reveal — a one-page plan for when and how he should publicly announce his role at WellCart. Which platform first, what the hero piece looks like, what the 72-hour rollout sequence is across his channels and ours. This is the highest-leverage moment of the next 6 months and we want to see how you'd treat it. The first hero piece for each feed, made — one post for WellCart, one for the co-founder feed. Mock them however you want: Figma, Canva, your phone, a Loom of the concept. We're looking for taste, not production budget. What you'd measure in the first 90 days — and what signal would tell you to pivot. What we're scoring Reasoning — does the positioning bet make sense? Taste — does the work look like something we'd actually post? Communication — can you walk us through the bet in 90 seconds? Comp Part-time to start, ~15 hrs/week. WellCart side: Open structure — flat retainer, low base + profit-share on attributable revenue, or equity-heavy for the right person. Co-founder feed side: Flat retainer. Tell us what you'd want in your application. To apply Send the work sample. That's the application. One link. A Loom over a deck. A deck over a doc. A doc over silence. Wellcart.io
