We are seeking an experienced Blazor/.NET developer to extend an existing internal web application used by employees to interact with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The application is already in production and includes Microsoft Entra ID SSO authentication, Dynamics 365 Business Central integration, inventory management functionality, barcode scanning capabilities, BarTender label printing integration, and an established database and application architecture. The application is built using Blazor and C#/.NET. We are looking for a developer to build a new manufacturing and shop-floor module within the existing application. This project involves adding new functionality to an established codebase rather than creating a new application. The new module will be used by woodworking and metalworking employees to manage and track shop operations. Functionality will include viewing and managing assigned work, tracking labor time spent on jobs, tracking material consumption, scanning and printing barcodes, recording production progress and completion, assigning warehouse or bin locations to finished items, and updating inventory and operational data through existing integrations. The ideal candidate has strong experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Blazor, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and is comfortable learning an existing codebase and implementing new functionality using established architecture and development patterns. Experience with inventory management systems, warehouse management systems, manufacturing applications, shop-floor operations, barcode scanning workflows, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments is preferred. When applying, please include your years of C#/.NET experience, your years of Blazor experience, an example of an existing application you extended rather than built from scratch, examples of any inventory, warehouse, manufacturing, or operations-related projects you have worked on, and your hourly rate and availability. The initial engagement will include reviewing the existing codebase and requirements, followed by implementation planning and development.

Required Experience Please apply only if you have experience designing complete Microsoft 365 business applications using: * SharePoint Online * Microsoft Lists * Power Apps * Power Automate Please include examples of similar solutions you have designed. Before Development Begins The selected freelancer will first produce: * A proposed solution architecture * A data model showing relationships between requests, tasks, assignments, and supporting lists * An implementation roadmap Development will begin after the architecture is reviewed and approved. Definition of Success The final deliverable should be a production-ready Microsoft 365 framework that can be deployed into another Microsoft 365 tenant with minimal modification. The architecture should be modular, scalable, and easy to maintain. I expect well-documented list relationships, reusable Power Automate flows, configurable Power Apps forms, and a solution that can support additional request types, departments, and workflows without major redesign. When you apply, please start your proposal with the words “Workflow Architect” so I know you’ve read the entire project description. 1. What the automation must do The automation must watch the shared Outlook inbox from 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST and look for emails that contain specific instruction keywords. If any keyword is found in the subject OR body, the automation must immediately send a message to a Microsoft Teams channel. That’s the entire purpose. 2. What emails look like Emails come from ~75 clients Subject lines vary Body text contains instructions Each email includes one Excel attachment (not used for automation) 3. Keywords that must trigger an alert These words below are the exact phrases must trigger the workflow: Change CU Size Update Create Redeem Update CU Size Add Create Redeem Delete CU Size Suspense Effective immediately Effective today If ANY of these appear in the subject OR body → send Teams alert 4. What the Teams alert must include The Teams message must show: Sender Subject Timestamp Keyword(s) detected Link to the email 5. Deadline The goal is to detect all critical instructions before 11:45 AM EST. SIMPLE FLOWCHART Code Email arrives in shared Outlook inbox │ ▼ Extract subject + body text │ ▼ Does subject OR body contain ANY keyword? │ ┌───────┴────────┐ │ │ YES NO │ │ ▼ ▼ Identify which keyword Ignore email │ ▼ Send Teams alert with: - Sender - Subject - Timestamp - Keyword found - Link to email Step 1 — Trigger Use: When a new email arrives (V3) Select the shared inbox. Step 2 — Get email details Use: Get email (V3) Extract: Subject Body Step 3 — Check for keywords Add a Condition block: Check if subject OR body contains ANY of these phrases: “Change CU Size” “Update Create Redeem” “Update CU Size” “Add Create Redeem” “Delete CU Size” “Suspense” “Effective immediately” “Effective today” (Make this case‑insensitive.) Step 4 — If YES → Send Teams alert Use: Post message in a chat or channel Message must include: Sender Subject Timestamp Keyword detected Link to email Step 5 — If NO → Do nothing Notes for Developers do not need to open or read the Excel attachment. You do not filter by sender — scan all emails. You do not use AI or machine learning — this is simple keyword matching. You must scan both subject and body. Alerts must be immediate, not scheduled. Keywords must be exact matches, except urgency words like “change” or “update,” which can be partial matches. The workflow must run only between 12:00 AM and 12:00 PM EST. I need the map so I can recreate it at work using automate. Please advice if this clear, how long does it take to build this and the exact cost

We are a growing technology consulting firm seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Solutions Architect and Developer to deliver client-facing solutions that drive real business results. The right candidate has a portfolio of shipped applications they are proud of, a consulting mindset, and the ability to work directly with clients to turn business requirements into working software. If you have spent your career as a back-office developer waiting for tickets, this is not the role for you. If you have built things that made a measurable difference for real clients and can prove it, we want to talk. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING • Design and build Power Platform solutions - Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, and Dataverse implementations • Work directly with clients to gather requirements, clarify scope, and translate business needs into a clear technical solution without requiring heavy oversight. • Own your projects end-to-end: from the first client conversation through design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. • Build SPFx components and SharePoint Online solutions as part of broader Microsoft 365 engagements. • Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems and APIs, including SQL Server, Dataverse, SharePoint, and third-party platforms. • Deliver on time and communicate proactively • Produce clean technical documentation that supports handoff, training, and future enhancements. • Contribute to solution estimates and help scope new client engagements accurately. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years of hands-on Power Platform development: Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. • Demonstrated consulting or contract delivery experience, you have worked across multiple clients, not just one employer. • A portfolio of shipped applications you can speak to: what the problem was, how you solved it, and what the outcome was for the client. • Strong SharePoint Online experience, including SPFx component development and Microsoft 365 integrations. • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, HTML, and CSS for custom UI and integration work. • Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and deliver without daily supervision. • Strong communication skills, you can run a client meeting, explain a technical decision in plain language, and push back professionally when scope creeps. • U.S. Citizenship required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience leading client engagements as the primary architect and point of contact. • Azure fundamentals - Entra ID, App Services, Azure DevOps, and basic cloud infrastructure knowledge. • Copilot Studio or Azure OpenAI integration experience - AI-assisted app development is increasingly part of what clients expect. • Experience with Agile or sprint-based delivery in a consulting context. • Version control discipline - GitHub or Azure Repos. Deployments should be repeatable, not manual. • Federal government or regulated industry client experience is a plus, but not required.
