Hello, I am seeking a photographer to capture promotional images for an upcoming theatrical production scheduled for August. The shoot would involve approximately 7–10 individuals, with each person photographed in a single look. We anticipate the session lasting no more than two hours and plan to secure a neutral location that provides a clean, versatile backdrop for the images. Our goal is to create compelling marketing materials while keeping the experience relaxed, collaborative, and enjoyable for everyone involved. Depending on the quality and style of the initial images, post-production needs would likely be minimal. We would love the opportunity to discuss your availability and see if this project might be a good fit. Thank you for your consideration, and I hope you'll consider partnering with us on this exciting production. Best regards, Lorenzo Rush Jr.

Hi!! I'm launching a new minimalist skincare brand and looking for a photographer who can bring a very specific aesthetic to life. Think Ilia, Rhode or Summer Fridays as a starting point, but pulled back even further - warmer, quieter, more intentional and friendly. Clean backgrounds, soft natural light, a lot of skin and texture. I need two types of content & all for my website!First, simple product shots of skincare bottles (solid backgrounds, etc) Second, lifestyle and skin-close shots featuring one or a few models -- the focus is glowy, healthy skin rather than editorial fashion. Think dewy, effortless, real. These are products to all moisturize body + face :) Both vertical and horizontal shots are helpful. This is a launch project for a six-product line, so the scope is focused for now with potential for ongoing work as the brand grows. If you have a portfolio that leans warm, minimal, and skin-forward, I'd love to see it. My audience is girls 18-30 who love clean beauty, shop at Sephora, and are into trends but are not overly trendy Please share examples of both product and model work if you have them. Thank you! :)

About the role We run a second-hand women's clothing brand that sells online, and we need a local Scottsdale photographer to handle product photography for a large batch of items (think 50-100 pieces in the first round, with more to come). We'll hand off the clothing and a short style guide. From there, you own the shoot: setup, lighting, shooting, and delivering clean, web-ready images. This starts as a defined project, but if it's a good fit on both sides, it can turn into steady, recurring work as new inventory comes in. What you'd handle Photographing each clothing item for e-commerce listings (consistent framing, lighting, and color accuracy across the full batch) Your own studio space, camera, lighting, and any mannequin or flat-lay setup needed Light retouching and background cleanup so images are listing-ready Delivering final files. What we provide - All clothing items, delivered to you (or arrange local pickup/drop-off in the Scottsdale area) - A style guide with our preferred look (background, framing, angles, number of shots per item) - A point of contact for questions along the way You're a good fit if you - Are based in or near Scottsdale and can work in person (this is a local, hands-on role, not remote) - Have apparel or product photography in your portfolio, ideally clothing on [flat lay / mannequin / model, your call below] - Can keep a consistent look across a high volume of items - Are reliable on turnaround and communication To apply, please include - A portfolio or samples of clothing/product work Your rate (per item, per hour, or per batch, whatever you prefer to quote) - Your typical turnaround for a batch of this size - Whether you have your own studio and equipment

Photographer + Videographer — Hands & Hearts (Indianapolis) About the brand: Hands & Hearts is a warm, boutique keepsake brand. Our Handprint Hat Kit lets a child press their painted handprint onto a cotton baseball cap — a wearable keepsake of their hand at this age. Our promise: "handcrafting small moments to make big memories." The handprint is the whole point. The hero moment is the handprint: a small hand, paint, the careful press onto the cap, and the proud wear. That tenderness is the shot — everything else supports it. Look & feel: Warm, boutique, heartfelt. Soft natural light, cozy in-home or simple craft-table setting, creamy/neutral backdrops. A keepsake, not a toy. On color — complement the box (purple #7745A8 + gold #D0B740), don't match it uniformly; the photos should feel like the box's warm cousin, not its clone. The shoot — phased (we only need one child to get the core): Session 1 — the handprint moment (PRIORITY, ~3–4 hrs, one child): stills + vertical video of the sequence — a small hand being painted, the careful press onto the cap, the finished handprint, the child wearing it. Tender parent/grandparent-and-child frames too. ~15–20 retouched hero stills, plus ~20–30 short vertical clips (3–10s, 9:16) of warm close-ups (little fingers, the brush, the press, the cap going on). We edit the clips ourselves — no finished edit needed. Flat-lays + box beauty (~1–2 hrs, no family needed, anytime): a styled "what's inside" layout (cap, paint pots, brushes, trays, insert, box) on a warm surface, all 3 cap colorways (White/Pink/Tan); plus a few hero shots of the box. Can be tacked onto Session 1. Later mini-sessions (as families coordinate, no rush): more kids/families for variety. Evergreen. Specs: Stills — high-res RAW + edited, both 1:1 (Etsy) and 4:5 crops. Video — 4K, 9:16 vertical primary, soft handheld. Delivery — all RAW + edited via shared Dropbox/Drive within ~5–7 business days of each session. Usage: Full commercial buyout in perpetuity (ads, listings, social, web, print) — included in the rate. We boost some content as paid ads, so unrestricted ad usage is required. Talent/releases: Child model(s) ages ~3–8; signed model/likeness releases required for any identifiable child. Confirm whether you're sourcing talent or we are. Compensation: $125/hour. Estimated ~16–20 hours across 1–2 sessions including editing/retouching (~$2,000–2,500) — treat as a not-to-exceed; check in before going over. Please confirm editing/retouching is billed at the same $125/hr and included in that estimate. Deposit for Session 1 to book, balance on delivery (or invoice per session). Timeline: Session 1 within ~7 days of samples being ready; flat-lays the same week; selects + edits 5–7 business days after each session; later family sessions ongoing. To confirm you've read this: reply with the word HANDPRINT so we know you've reviewed the full scope and rate.
