We are an early-stage AI startup looking for a creative partner to design custom artwork for our company swag and VIP customer gifts. We want to move away from generic "logo on a cheap t-shirt" merch and instead create unique, modern, and memorable designs (think clever developer humor, minimalist tech aesthetics, or bold illustrations) that people actually want to wear and keep. You will collaborate with us to develop 2–3 creative concepts and translate them into production-ready files for premium apparel, tech accessories, and high-end drinkware. If you have a strong portfolio in modern graphic design, illustration, or merchandise design, we’d love to see your work. Please apply with a link to your portfolio highlighting any apparel or product design projects you’ve done!

I’m looking for a graphic designer to help create apparel designs for my fishing brand, Clean Kill Co. The goal is to create bold, wearable shirt graphics with a vintage offshore/fishing style. Designs may include tuna, striped bass, fluke, deck tools, long runs, nautical badges, distressed textures, and strong typography. I do not want generic clipart or basic Canva-style designs — I’m looking for artwork that feels like real fishing apparel people would actually wear. **First project deliverables:** * 1 large back shirt graphic * 1 matching simple front chest logo * Transparent PNG files * Print-ready files * Shirt mockup preview * Vector/source files if possible * 1–2 rounds of revisions **Style direction:** Most designs will go on black or dark shirts, so I like cream, beige, off-white, faded navy, muted red, and vintage-style colors. The designs should feel clean, rugged, nautical, and consistent with the Clean Kill Co. brand. **Skills needed:** * Apparel graphic design * Vintage / nautical / outdoor design * Strong typography * Fish or fishing-related illustration * Print-ready file setup I communicate clearly and will provide design ideas, references, colors, and feedback. I’m looking for someone who can take my rough concepts and turn them into polished, professional shirt graphics. If the first design goes well, this can turn into ongoing design work for future Clean Kill Co. drops.

Experienced Graphic Designer Needed – Ongoing Work Across Two Brands (Figma, Adobe Suite) About the Opportunity We're looking for a talented, highly organized graphic designer to support two distinct brands on an ongoing basis. This is not a one-and-done project — it's a long-term collaborative relationship with consistent, evolving work across web design, product launches, and visual content creation. If you're someone who takes ownership of your work, communicates proactively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where timelines can shift quickly — we want to hear from you. The Two Brands X-Naut designs and manufactures ruggedized iPad cooling kneeboard kits used by first responders, fleet operators, and field professionals. Our products are built for high-heat, high-stakes environments — and our brand reflects that. The immediate need is supporting an active website redesign: inserting imagery into already-built Figma frames and, as the project evolves, building out additional pages before handoff to our web developer. As we launch new products regularly, this will be an ongoing, expanding scope of work. Beyond the website, you'll also be called on to design marketing materials as needed — including social media graphics, brochures, event banners, print ads, and web ad assets. Turnaround on these can sometimes be time-sensitive, so being able to move quickly without sacrificing quality is important. Nectar is a product development and electromechanical assembly firm serving medical device, aerospace, and defense programs. The visual bar is credibility, not flash. Buyers are technical and senior. Assets include website sections, LinkedIn graphics, and outreach collateral, with new work briefed as needed as the campaign develops. Nectar has an experienced web developer in place — your role is entirely on the visual and design side, producing assets that are clean, credible, and ready to deploy fast. What You'll Be Doing Completing Figma page buildouts and inserting imagery across existing web design frames (X-Naut) Building new Figma pages for upcoming product launches (X-Naut) Designing marketing materials including social posts, brochures, event banners, print ads, and web ad assets (X-Naut) Creating website assets, LinkedIn graphics, and outreach collateral supporting Nectar's aerospace and defense BD campaign (Nectar) Producing new assets as needed as outreach and messaging evolve (Nectar) Turning around revisions and small changes quickly when timelines are tight Collaborating closely with our internal teams and developers throughout Required Skills and Tools Figma — proficient; comfortable with layout, components, and developer handoff Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator — must be proficient across all three Strong layout sensibility and attention to detail Excellent file organization and asset management habits Who You Are Based in CST or PST time zone — this is a firm requirement Extremely responsive; you communicate clearly and don't go dark Highly organized with clean, consistent file naming and folder structure A self-starter who asks the right questions and runs with direction Collaborative by nature — you work with a team, not just for one Genuinely curious; you'll take the time to learn X-Naut's products and invest in understanding what Nectar is building and why it matters Comfortable working against real deadlines — this is not a slow-burn engagement Engagement Details Ongoing / long-term contract Hourly or project-based (open to discussion) Immediate start available To Apply Please include 2–3 portfolio samples relevant to web layout (Figma preferred) and brand graphics. Briefly tell us about a project where you had to turn around changes quickly and how you managed it. Applicants who are unable to provide portfolio samples will not be considered. Applicants outside of CST/PST will not be considered.

The Role In One Line You are the solo product designer who will bridge the gap between creative vision and shipping real code. You will design, build, and implement highly polished consumer-facing mobile experiences that connect our app directly to the Simply Bread brand. We need a "team of one" who takes our B2C app from generic screens to a beautiful, intuitive marketplace that bakers and buyers love. Who You Are You are a relentlessly curious designer who hates waiting on engineers to push updates. You have a deep understanding of B2C and marketplace products, knowing how to weave brand identity into every button, flow, and typography choice. You thrive as an individual contributor in a fast-paced startup trench, operating with minimal direction to solve complex user problems. You do not need to be spoon-fed ideas; you bring strong independent judgment and full-stack capabilities to the table. You value execution speed, using AI tools to iterate fast before locking in pixel-perfect layouts. Most importantly, you care obsessively about the total user experience, from the first onboarding click to the final checkout. What You’ll Actually Do - Architect and implement a beautiful, highly functional B2C mobile experience. You will push updates directly into the product, elevating our app from generic SaaS layouts to a cohesive, brand-aware consumer story. - Execute fast design iterations and ship improvements quickly. You win daily by using AI workflows (like v0 and Lovable) to speed up discovery, finalizing pixel-perfect screens in Figma, and pushing UI updates without bottlenecking the engineering team. - Optimize our design-to-development pipeline. You will build comprehensive, modern design systems that enforce visual consistency, typography standards, and flawless onboarding flows across the entire platform. - Take 100% ownership of the app's UX as a solo designer. You will operate with high autonomy, bringing independent ideas to the founders and engineering team without needing detailed direction or hand-holding. - Solve complex marketplace puzzles with rapid turnarounds. You will redesign and ship critical user flows—like multi-variable checkout and local delivery routing—within a week-scale timeframe. What We're Looking For - 3+ years of UX/UI design experience building consumer (B2C) or marketplace apps, specifically operating as a solo designer or "team of one." - Mastery of Figma and AI-assisted design workflows (v0, Lovable), plus the technical capability to implement designs and push UI updates directly. - A non-negotiable obsession with brand identity, typography, readability, and complete user flows—you do not just make screens; you build cohesive product stories. - Startup Mindset: You move fast, thrive on limited inputs, and favor independent execution in the trenches over perfectionism and constant direction. - Familiarity with user behavior analytics (like Hotjar) to make data-driven decisions. Bonus Points: - Direct experience with marketplace, creator, or commerce-focused lifestyle apps. Why Simply Bread We make a smart bread oven and the ecosystem around it: a marketplace app, POS, pickup lockers, and the hardware that lets bakers go from hobbyist to business. We're growing across the US, Canada, Australia, and Europe!
