This role is not an SEO specialization seat. Marketing operations and inbound support Keep marketing lists, campaign tags, forms, and basic CRM campaign hygiene clean in Salesforce once access is available Triage inbound marketing inquiries, tag them correctly, and route them to the right owner Support warm-intro and referral packaging when leadership needs clean materials or follow-up sequences prepared Track simple weekly status: what shipped, what is blocked, and what needs a decision How you will work Receive weekly priorities and briefs from Fundingo leadership and our fractional demand partner Execute independently, ask clarifying questions early, and surface blockers before deadlines slip Post concise midweek status updates in Slack Join a short weekly review to confirm priorities and quality What success looks like First 30 days Event and webinar operating checklists are documented and in use One webinar or lunch-and-learn motion is fully staged or live Founder LinkedIn and blog drafts are shipping from approved briefs Marketing asset library is organized and usable by the team First 90 days Events and webinars run without last-minute scrambles Sales receives clean follow-up packs within two business days of each event or webinar Content cadence is steady and on-brief CRM and list hygiene for marketing-sourced activity is reliable Role is clearly multiplying leadership capacity rather than creating more management overhead General Requirements Required 2-4 years of hands-on marketing execution experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, professional services, or a similar environment Proven ownership of events, webinars, or conference logistics from planning through follow-up Strong written communication.
