Project Type: One-time project Experience Level: Intermediate to Expert Industry: Industrial / Manufacturing / B2B Deliverable: Professional looping trade show display video Timeline: Immediate / Time-sensitive About the Project AeroGo is an industrial equipment manufacturer specializing in air caster technology and innovative load-moving solutions. We are preparing for IMTS 2026 and are looking for an experienced video editor / motion graphics designer to create a polished video loop that will run continuously on two large TV displays in our trade show booth. This will not be a traditional narrated corporate video. The displays need to capture attention from the trade show aisle, quickly communicate who AeroGo is and what our products can do, and reinforce our brand throughout the visitor's experience in the booth. We will provide existing assets including customer/application videos, product renderings, logos, brand guidelines, graphics, and product information. We are looking for someone who can bring those elements together into a compelling visual experience. What We Want the Video to Accomplish The finished loop should: -Show our products in action using customer and application footage that demonstrates the scale and capability of AeroGo equipment. -Create strong AeroGo brand recognition by displaying the AeroGo name/logo frequently and naturally throughout the loop. -Showcase our product portfolio using professional product renderings, product names, and supporting graphics. -Communicate key benefits of air caster technology through concise, visually driven messaging rather than lengthy explanations. -Capture attention from the trade show aisle. The video needs to work without relying on audio and should be understandable within seconds. -Complement our booth design and brand. Graphics, typography, colors, and overall visual treatment should feel like an extension of the physical exhibit. -Use professional motion graphics and transitions to create movement, visual interest, and a premium industrial/technology feel. -Loop seamlessly so the content can run continuously throughout the show without an obvious beginning or ending. Creative Direction We're looking for something that feels: Modern • Industrial • Innovative • Powerful • Clean • Professional We do not want the finished piece to feel like a PowerPoint slideshow or a series of unrelated video clips. The strongest candidate will be able to create a consistent visual system that ties together footage, product renderings, typography, logos, messaging, and animated transitions. Because this will be viewed in a busy trade show environment, we prefer bold visuals and concise messaging over text-heavy slides. Scope / Deliverables The selected freelancer will: -Review and organize the supplied video and graphic assets -Develop the visual direction and flow of the video loop -Edit customer/application footage -Incorporate AeroGo product renderings and product names -Create animated typography and motion graphics -Incorporate AeroGo branding throughout the piece -Develop professional animated transitions -Add short benefit-oriented messaging where appropriate -Optimize the video for viewing on large trade show displays -Create a seamless continuous loop -Provide a high-resolution final video file ready for playback at IMTS -Provide the editable/source project files upon completion We anticipate a final loop of approximately 3–5 minutes, although we are open to recommendations from the selected specialist based on trade show best practices. The project should include at least two rounds of revisions. Ideal Freelancer We're especially interested in candidates with experience in: -Adobe After Effects -Adobe Premiere Pro -Motion graphics -Corporate / B2B video production -Product or industrial video -Trade show / event display content -Working with 3D product renderings -Creating videos designed to communicate effectively without sound Experience working with manufacturing, industrial equipment, engineering, automation, or other technical B2B companies is a plus. When Applying Please include: -2–3 examples of your strongest motion graphics/video editing work. Trade show, product, industrial, or technology examples are especially helpful. -A brief description of how you would approach creating a video that needs to attract attention in a busy trade show environment. -Your estimated turnaround time. -Your proposed fixed project fee. -Confirmation that source/editable project files will be included in the final delivery. Please begin your proposal with the words "IMTS VIDEO" so we know you've read the complete project description. We have the core content and brand assets ready. We're looking for someone with the creative and technical expertise to turn those assets into a professional, visually striking experience for our booth.

Commitment: 30-40 hours/week to start (with opportunity to grow come on full time) Type: Contract with strong potential to convert to full-time Location: Fully remote About Mudflap Mudflap is changing the way truckers fuel across the country, and we're building a content engine that's just as bold as the people we serve. We're investing heavily in social content—from creator partnerships and authentic UGC to product education and brand storytelling. Our goal isn't to make polished corporate videos. We want content that feels real, entertaining, useful, and worth sharing. We're a small, collaborative marketing team that loves experimenting, moving quickly, and trying new ideas. If you've ever wanted to help define what a brand looks and feels like in motion—not just execute someone else's vision—this is that opportunity. The Opportunity We're looking for a talented Video Editor & Motion Designer who loves both fast-paced social editing and bringing products to life through animation. We are starting as a trial contract with hopes to turn it into full time. One day you might be turning raw creator footage into a TikTok that racks up views. The next, you'll be animating a new product feature, creating an onboarding tutorial, or helping establish the motion language that customers will associate with Mudflap. You'll have real creative ownership, work directly with our content and design teams, and help shape how one of the fastest-growing brands in trucking tells its story. What You'll Do - Edit approximately 5 short-form videos each week for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms. - Transform raw creator footage into engaging, scroll-stopping content with strong pacing, captions, sound design, and trend-aware editing. - Create product explainers, feature launches, onboarding videos, tutorials, and educational content. - Animate Figma designs, UI mockups, brand assets, icons, and illustrations using your preferred motion design tools (After Effects, Figma, Rive, Lottie, or similar). - Help establish how the Mudflap brand comes to life through motion—from transitions and UI animation to storytelling and visual style. - Collaborate closely with marketing, product marketing, and design to brainstorm ideas, iterate quickly, and continuously improve what's working. - Contribute creative ideas—we're looking for someone who wants to make the work better, not just check boxes. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience editing social-first, short-form video. Experience creating motion graphics, product explainers, tutorials, or animated marketing content. A portfolio that demonstrates both engaging social edits and thoughtful motion design. Excellent instincts for pacing, storytelling, hooks, captions, and visual communication. Comfortable working with both authentic UGC footage and polished product assets. Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, welcomes feedback, and enjoys moving fast. Reliable, organized, and excited by a steady stream of creative work. Bonus Points Experience with SaaS or product marketing. Familiarity with trucking, logistics, or blue-collar audiences. Illustration, character animation, or branding experience. Curiosity about AI-assisted creative workflows and new editing tools. Why You'll Love Working With Us Help define the motion identity of a growing brand—not just execute existing templates. Join a fun, collaborative team that values creativity, experimentation, and great ideas over hierarchy. Work on a wide variety of content, from viral social videos to polished product storytelling. Flexible, fully remote work with consistent weekly projects. Strong opportunity for this contract role to grow into a full-time position as our creative team expands. How to Apply Please include a link to your portfolio or reel showcasing relevant social/UGC edits. To confirm you've read this listing, please start your proposal with the word "FREIGHT CLUB."

We’re looking for a highly creative presentation designer who specializes in cinematic, motion-driven pitch decks. This is not a traditional PowerPoint or PDF presentation. We want an experience that feels like an elevated visual story—something that blends the professionalism of a pitch deck with the pacing, transitions, and emotional impact of a film trailer or documentary. What We’re Looking For * Experience creating cinematic presentations, motion decks, or animated pitch decks. * Strong storytelling and visual design skills. * Ability to use movement, transitions, typography, imagery, and sound (if applicable) to create an immersive presentation. * Someone who understands branding and can ensure the presentation remains consistent with an established visual identity. * Experience with tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Keynote, PowerPoint (advanced animation), Figma, Canva, or other motion design software is a plus. Project Goal We’re collaborating with a team of filmmakers, and naturally they’re approaching this like a movie. We need someone who can bridge the gap—creating something that still functions as a professional pitch presentation while delivering the visual energy and storytelling of cinema. Think: * Premium keynote presentation * Motion graphics * Cinematic pacing * Dynamic transitions * Brand-first design * Investor-ready storytelling To Apply Please include: * Examples of cinematic presentations or motion-based pitch decks you’ve created. * Your preferred software and workflow. * A brief explanation of how you would approach transforming a standard pitch deck into a cinematic presentation. We’re looking for someone who thinks beyond slides and can create a presentation that feels like an experience.

What we're building We're launching a long-form educational video series on YouTube and our own channels. Think 10 to 20 minutes per episode, host-led, built around real questions our customers ask that nobody in our industry answers straight. Example: what an unfilled hygiene shift actually costs a dental practice, worked through with real numbers. The reference point is a smart, well-produced explainer video, not a podcast and not a corporate talking head. A host walks you through a problem. Numbers, calculations, diagrams and data visualizations carry the pacing. Real footage from dental offices grounds it. What we need from you We have the camera equipment and we handle the shoot. What we need is the person who takes the raw footage and turns it into something genuinely premium: Editing a 10 to 20 minute narrative video with strong pacing and story structure Motion graphics and a reusable graphic toolkit: full-screen numbers, animated calculations, simple diagrams, chapter cards, lower thirds, stat and quote overlays, branded transitions Data visualization that makes a financial calculation clear and satisfying to watch Sound design, audio cleanup, color Thumbnail concepts 4 to 6 short vertical cutdowns for social and paid from the same footage If you're in the Twin Cities, there's also an option to shoot with us on site at our office and at dental practices. Not required. What we provide Raw footage, audio, and B-roll Script and story outline Brand assets, fonts, and color A named point of contact and fast feedback You're a strong fit if you Have shipped long-form branded or educational video that people actually watched, not just highlight reels or wedding films Are strong in both edit and motion graphics, or bring a tight team that covers both Can point to work where data or numbers were the star and you made them clear Work in Adobe Premiere / After Effects or an equivalent, and can hand off project files Communicate proactively and hit dates The engagement This is a paid pilot for one flagship episode. We're establishing the visual language, motion toolkit, and production process here. If it goes well, we plan to produce at least two more this year plus ongoing customer story films, and we'd want the same partner. To apply, include Two or three links to long-form work you personally edited, and tell us exactly what you did on each One example of motion graphics or data visualization you created A short note on how you'd make a financial calculation visually interesting Your fixed price and timeline for one 10 to 20 minute episode plus cutdowns Whether you're Twin Cities local

have some clients and I'm getting a bit overwhelmed. I'm looking for someone who can help me with lower thirds/subtitles on the videos that I do complete. I'm currently onboarding other clients as well so as I expand I'll be handing off some work to the right person. I want to start with this simple project to test workflows/see if it's a good fit. And by the time I onboard this other client there'll be more work at least on a part time basis. But for this project I really just need someone to take the videos that I already edited and add subs/lower thirds to them. The videos are around 8 minutes for this client but honestly the amount of lower thirds range from 8-10 MAYBE. Once you've created them, it's really just copy and paste. It'll save me about an hour of my time but for me that's worth it since I have other jobs I need to get through. If this sounds like something you'd be interested in doing, feel free to connect! The price is low because honestly it's just an hour of work, if that. Any changes the clients ask for I can make myself so long as I get an AE file from you. If you'd like to do sub titles I can raise it to $75 as well.

Project overview I'm a financial advisor in Southern California producing a video series called The Wealth in Transition Report — educational content for high-net-worth business owners and executives on business exits, tax planning, and estate strategy. I edit in Final Cut Pro and have TV production background myself, so I know what good looks like — I just don't have the time to keep up with editing and building graphics on top of recording, writing, and running my practice. I'm hiring for 1–2 videos to start. A big part of this job is teaching me how to build and use the graphics myself going forward (see below) — so this may be a self-contained project. If your pricing is reasonable and the work is strong, there's a chance I bring you back for more, but please apply expecting this to be a one-time engagement. What you'll do Edit 1–2 videos (talking-head, desk setup, 7–10 minutes each) in Final Cut Pro — trim pacing, clean audio, color correction, and integrate graphics elements (below). Build a reusable graphics package in Apple Motion, designed to drop into Final Cut as templates I can reuse across future videos without needing a designer every time. This includes: Lower third (name/title, on-brand, slide in/out) Stat callout template (big number + supporting line, appears when I cite a statistic on screen) Series branding strip (small identifier in the corner — series name / episode number) Term definition box (brief on-screen definition treatment for financial terms) End card / outro template (subscribe prompt, resource download CTA, "watch next" panel) Brand palette: deep navy background, gold accent, clean sans-serif type (I'll provide logo and exact hex codes) Teach me how to build and use the graphics myself. This is a core part of the job, not an afterthought — I want a screen-share or recorded walkthrough (Loom is fine) showing how the templates were built in Motion and how to drop them into a new Final Cut project, swap text, and adjust timing. My goal is to be able to produce future graphics on my own without needing to hire this out again. What I'll provide Raw footage for 1–2 videos Full scripts (so you understand pacing and where each graphic element should land) Logo file and brand hex codes Reference examples of tone/style I'm going for Ideal freelancer Strong, recent portfolio in Final Cut Pro editing (not just Premiere/DaVinci — needs to be FCP-native since that's my workflow) Comfortable building templates in Apple Motion that integrate cleanly with FCP (not just static graphics) Experience with talking-head / educational / corporate content — bonus if you've worked with financial, legal, or other professional-services clients Good communicator — I want someone who can explain what they built, not just deliver a file Based in a compatible time zone or willing to overlap for a short handoff call Budget & timeline Open to your proposal based on scope above — happy to discuss fixed price per video vs. hourly. Please price this as a one-time 1–2 video project, not a recurring engagement. To apply Please include: A link to 1–2 examples of FCP-edited talking-head content (ideally with lower thirds/motion graphics you built) A brief note on your experience building reusable Motion templates for Final Cut Your estimated turnaround time for a first video once you have footage in hand
