Our goal is simple: make people laugh. We have already developed our marketing strategy and content direction. We're looking for someone who can help us bring that vision to life through engaging short-form content and day-to-day social media execution. What You'll Do Working closely with our founders, you will help execute our marketing plan across TikTok and Instagram. Typical weekly work may include: Create 2-4 TikTok videos and Instagram Reels Repurpose content across platforms Schedule and publish content Monitor comments and audience engagement Review analytics and identify what's performing well Suggest one or two ideas to improve next week's content Participate in a weekly team meeting (typically 30-60 minutes) We're looking for someone who enjoys experimenting, learning from the data, and continuously improving content.
