I am a Ph.D. and digital product business owner who uses AI (Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools) every day to build, market, and scale my business. My 12-year-old son and I are looking for an experienced AI tutor who can teach us how to work with AI effectively—not just how to ask questions, but how to think, build, create, and solve problems with AI. This is an ongoing coaching relationship, not a one-time class. I already use AI daily and want to become significantly more advanced in prompt engineering, AI workflows, automation, and business applications. My son is curious, creative, and highly motivated. We want someone who can grow with him over the coming years as AI continues to evolve. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Weekly one-on-one coaching sessions (one for me, one for my son) • Hands-on learning using real projects—not lectures or slide presentations • Practical skills that can be used immediately • A structured curriculum that builds over time • Someone who enjoys teaching and can explain complex ideas clearly • Experience with Claude, ChatGPT, and current AI tools MY LEARNING GOALS I use AI every day and want to continue improving how I work with it. Topics include: • Advanced prompt engineering • AI workflow design • Prompt refinement and iteration • Research and fact-checking • Marketing copy • Product descriptions • Sales pages • Email sequences • Business automation • AI-assisted content creation • Website content • Productivity systems • Emerging AI tools and best practices JORDAN'S LEARNING GOALS Jordan is 12 years old. While we'll certainly use AI for school projects and writing, our larger goal is to help him develop future-ready skills that will grow with him through middle school, high school, college, and beyond. We are looking for someone who can progressively teach him how to use AI to create, build, and solve problems. Topics may include: • Learning how to communicate effectively with AI and using AI to support academic success • Critical thinking and verifying AI responses • Research and creative writing • Brainstorming and problem solving • Website design and development with AI • Creating simple games with AI • Building apps and digital tools as his skills grow • Learning basic programming concepts using AI as a coach • Entrepreneurship and business ideas • Using AI to help businesses become more efficient • Marketing and content creation • Responsible and ethical use of AI • Developing confidence as a creator—not just a consumer—of AI technology The ideal tutor enjoys helping young people build real-world skills and can gradually increase the difficulty as Jordan grows. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU • Demonstrated experience teaching AI—not simply using it • Strong prompt engineering knowledge • Comfortable teaching both an adult professional and a motivated 12-year-old • Patient, engaging, and adaptable • Able to build a long-term curriculum instead of isolated lessons • Reliable, organized, and an excellent communicator Bonus experience: • Programming or software development • Website development • AI-assisted coding • Game development • Digital marketing • Entrepreneurship • Small business consulting LOGISTICS • Two weekly sessions (one for Jordan and one for me--45–60 minutes each) • Zoom • Weekly to start • Start date: ASAP • Budget: Please include your hourly rate. TO APPLY Please include: Your hourly rate. Your experience teaching AI and prompt engineering. An example of how you would structure Jordan's first month of lessons. An example of how you would structure my first month of lessons. What you think will be the most valuable AI skills for a motivated 12-year-old to develop over the next five years. Applications that do not answer these questions will not be considered. We are looking for someone who enjoys teaching, stays current with AI, and is excited about helping both a business owner and a young learner become confident, capable AI users and creators.

Overview Intrigue Studios is a New York-based video production company working with mid-size and national brands. Our work spans TV and social commercials, documentary-style brand films, testimonial videos, and ongoing content systems for brands running high-volume social and digital programs. This is a part-time freelance position with guaranteed recurring hours — not project-to-project work. The right person grows into a full-time role as our client base expands. We're at that stage now. The Role This position has two layers. Some of the work is foundational — rough cut assembly, footage organization, sync work, and preparing timelines for finishing. That's part of the job, especially early on. The rest is primary editing — taking a brief and producing a polished, client-ready cut. Pacing decisions, story structure, B-roll integration, music, titles, and delivery. How much time you spend at each level depends on your capability. An editor who can produce clean, confident work independently moves into the primary editing role faster and takes on more of it. Someone who needs more direction stays closer to the foundational work until they've earned the trust. We drive the creative direction. You execute it — and eventually, you anticipate it. What You'll Be Editing Monthly Content Systems — Recurring editing work under a monthly production retainer. Structured, repeatable workflows producing batches of social and website video assets for the same brand on an ongoing basis. This is the core of the current workload. Social Media Promos — Short-form cuts for Instagram, Facebook, and digital placements. Aspect ratio flexibility (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9) is standard. Testimonial Videos — Interview-style cuts with B-roll integration, built for websites, social, and sales use. Explainer and Product Promo Videos — Longer-form, conversion-focused content with clear structure and messaging hierarchy. TV and Social Commercials — Broadcast-ready and digital cuts, sometimes requiring multiple spec deliverables. Brand Film Edits — Documentary-style brand stories, typically 2–5 minutes, blending interviews, B-roll, and music. Required Skills - Adobe Premiere Pro — proficient and fast. Slow editors don't work on deadline-driven client projects. - Strong editorial instincts — pacing, rhythm, knowing what to cut and why - Experience with interview and testimonial footage - Ability to work from a brief with minimal back-and-forth - Consistent communication and reliable turnaround Desired Skills (Move You to the Top) - Motion Graphics — Lower thirds, title cards, text animation. Clean and intentional. - Adobe After Effects — Compositing, motion work, Dynamic Link workflows - Color Grading — Lumetri competency at minimum. DaVinci Resolve is a plus. - Sound / Audio — Dialogue cleanup, music mixing, broadcast-level leveling. Not looking for a dedicated mixer — just someone who finishes the job properly. What to Include in Your Proposal Generic proposals won't get a response. Tell me: - What types of content you've edited most and where you're strongest - Which bonus skills you have and at what level — be specific - Links to 2–3 samples. Testimonial cuts, social promos, or commercial work preferred. Range matters. - Your typical turnaround on a short social cut (under 60 seconds) - Your desired hourly rate and weekly availability Who This Is For - Editors who are fast, confident, and don't need their hand held on execution - Someone who wants stable, recurring work — not gig-to-gig uncertainty - A collaborator who takes direction well, asks smart questions, and holds themselves to a high standard - Someone looking to grow — this position has a real path to full-time for the right person

We’re looking for someone who knows how to build and nurture communities, develop meaningful relationships with influencers, clinicians, wellness organizations, creators, various women's groups, podcast hosts, and strategic partners, and help establish REVIRA as a trusted destination for women’s neuro-wellness before our wearable launches. Help Build the Future of Women’s Neuro-Wellness REVIRA is a women’s neuro-wellness company developing an innovative wearable neuromodulation platform that combines a wearable device with digital tools, education, expert-led content, and a supportive community. While our wearable device progresses through engineering and manufacturing, we’re actively building REVIRA’s digital ecosystem through educational content, expert conversations, online community experiences, social media, strategic partnerships, and digital resources. We’re looking for a creative, proactive, highly organized person to help establish REVIRA as a recognized and trusted leader in women’s neuro-wellness by expanding our digital presence, growing an engaged community, and developing meaningful relationships that increase awareness of the company. This is a long-term, part-time opportunity (approximately 15–20 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a larger role as the company grows. Responsibilities Develop, manage, and grow REVIRA’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms through engaging content, community engagement, and strategic growth initiatives. Create, edit, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube using Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools. Coordinate outreach, follow-up, scheduling, and ongoing relationship management. Help identify and recruit experts and contributors for educational content, webinars, online discussions, and other community initiatives. Track outreach efforts, engagement, partnership opportunities, and key performance metrics while continually recommending new ideas to increase awareness, engagement, community growth, and waitlist sign-ups. Qualifications We’re looking for someone who thrives on introducing innovative brands to the world and has a proven ability to build awareness, grow engaged communities, develop strategic relationships, and create opportunities that generate meaningful visibility and long-term growth. Ideal experience includes: Demonstrated experience growing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and/or YouTube communities. Social media content creation. Experience creating platform-specific content, including Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Stories, posts, and other engaging digital content. Influencer marketing. Community management and community building. Partnership development. Podcast, YouTube, or media outreach. Canva. CapCut (or similar video editing software). Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills. Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience with consumer wellness, healthcare, women’s health, lifestyle brands, digital communities, or membership-based communities is highly desirable but not required. The Ideal Candidate You’re creative, entrepreneurial, proactive, organized, persistent, and exceptionally resourceful. You enjoy opening doors, building relationships, creating engaging content, and finding opportunities that others might miss. You understand that every platform is different and know how to create content and engagement strategies tailored to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube rather than simply posting the same content everywhere. You’re comfortable reaching out to people you’ve never met, developing partnerships, coordinating collaborations, and creating opportunities that help establish REVIRA as a recognized leader in women’s neuro-wellness. You’re someone who brings ideas to the table, enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of your work, and enjoys working directly with the founder to help grow a company with long-term potential. We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter, enjoys taking initiative, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. You should be excited by the opportunity to help introduce an innovative company to the world, contribute your own ideas, make a visible impact, and play a meaningful role in building something from the ground up. To Apply Please include: Examples of social media accounts you’ve personally managed and helped grow. Examples of content you’ve personally created (posts, Reels, Shorts, videos, campaigns, etc.). Examples of influencer outreach, partnership development, podcast or YouTube outreach, media outreach, or community-building initiatives you’ve personally led. Links to your portfolio, website, social media accounts, or other relevant work (if available). A brief note explaining why you’re interested in REVIRA and why you believe you’d be a great fit. If you’re excited by the opportunity to help introduce an innovative women’s neuro-wellness company to the world, build an engaged digital community, create meaningful partnerships, and make a lasting impact on a growing company, we’d love to hear from you.
