Overview Intrigue Studios is a New York-based video production company working with mid-size and national brands. Our work spans TV and social commercials, documentary-style brand films, testimonial videos, and ongoing content systems for brands running high-volume social and digital programs. This is a part-time freelance position with guaranteed recurring hours — not project-to-project work. The right person grows into a full-time role as our client base expands. We're at that stage now. The Role This position has two layers. Some of the work is foundational — rough cut assembly, footage organization, sync work, and preparing timelines for finishing. That's part of the job, especially early on. The rest is primary editing — taking a brief and producing a polished, client-ready cut. Pacing decisions, story structure, B-roll integration, music, titles, and delivery. How much time you spend at each level depends on your capability. An editor who can produce clean, confident work independently moves into the primary editing role faster and takes on more of it. Someone who needs more direction stays closer to the foundational work until they've earned the trust. We drive the creative direction. You execute it — and eventually, you anticipate it. What You'll Be Editing Monthly Content Systems — Recurring editing work under a monthly production retainer. Structured, repeatable workflows producing batches of social and website video assets for the same brand on an ongoing basis. This is the core of the current workload. Social Media Promos — Short-form cuts for Instagram, Facebook, and digital placements. Aspect ratio flexibility (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9) is standard. Testimonial Videos — Interview-style cuts with B-roll integration, built for websites, social, and sales use. Explainer and Product Promo Videos — Longer-form, conversion-focused content with clear structure and messaging hierarchy. TV and Social Commercials — Broadcast-ready and digital cuts, sometimes requiring multiple spec deliverables. Brand Film Edits — Documentary-style brand stories, typically 2–5 minutes, blending interviews, B-roll, and music. Required Skills - Adobe Premiere Pro — proficient and fast. Slow editors don't work on deadline-driven client projects. - Strong editorial instincts — pacing, rhythm, knowing what to cut and why - Experience with interview and testimonial footage - Ability to work from a brief with minimal back-and-forth - Consistent communication and reliable turnaround Desired Skills (Move You to the Top) - Motion Graphics — Lower thirds, title cards, text animation. Clean and intentional. - Adobe After Effects — Compositing, motion work, Dynamic Link workflows - Color Grading — Lumetri competency at minimum. DaVinci Resolve is a plus. - Sound / Audio — Dialogue cleanup, music mixing, broadcast-level leveling. Not looking for a dedicated mixer — just someone who finishes the job properly. What to Include in Your Proposal Generic proposals won't get a response. Tell me: - What types of content you've edited most and where you're strongest - Which bonus skills you have and at what level — be specific - Links to 2–3 samples. Testimonial cuts, social promos, or commercial work preferred. Range matters. - Your typical turnaround on a short social cut (under 60 seconds) - Your desired hourly rate and weekly availability Who This Is For - Editors who are fast, confident, and don't need their hand held on execution - Someone who wants stable, recurring work — not gig-to-gig uncertainty - A collaborator who takes direction well, asks smart questions, and holds themselves to a high standard - Someone looking to grow — this position has a real path to full-time for the right person

We are looking for a fast, reliable, and confident sales dialer / appointment setter to call warm leads immediately after they opt in for our e-commerce training offer. This is not cold calling. These are people who have just requested access to our free e-commerce program and are interested in learning how to start an online business, build a Shopify store, use AI to find products, and launch their first online brand. Your role is simple: call new leads as soon as they come in, qualify them, explain the offer clearly, answer basic questions, and help move serious prospects to the next step. We have a strong offer, warm inbound leads, and high conversion potential. For the right person, this can become a long-term role with strong commission upside. About The Offer Create Your Brands helps beginners and aspiring entrepreneurs learn how to start an online business through e-commerce. Our offer gives qualified leads free access to a partner-sponsored e-commerce training program, AI product research system, and store-build process. Most people believe they need to spend thousands on a course to learn e-commerce. Our message is different: because we have partnered with the platforms founders need to build online, we are able to teach qualified beginners for free. Responsibilities Call new leads immediately after they opt in. Qualify prospects based on interest, seriousness, goals, and ability to take action. Explain the free e-commerce training offer in a simple and professional way. Book qualified prospects for the next step when needed. Follow up with leads who do not answer on the first call. Track call outcomes and notes inside our CRM or lead sheet. Communicate daily with the team about lead quality, objections, and booked calls. Requirements You must be comfortable making fast outbound calls to warm leads. You must have strong English communication skills. You must be confident, friendly, and professional on the phone. You must be available to call leads quickly after they opt in. You must be organized and able to track your calls properly. Previous experience in appointment setting, inbound sales, high-ticket sales, online education, coaching, e-commerce, or digital marketing is preferred. Compensation This role offers high commission potential for the right caller. We are open to discussing either commission-only or a base plus commission structure depending on your experience and performance. Because these are warm inbound leads, conversion rates can be strong if you respond quickly and follow the process. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who understands speed-to-lead, can build trust quickly, and knows how to speak with beginners who want to start an online business but may feel confused, doubtful, or overwhelmed. You do not need to be overly aggressive. We want someone who can guide people clearly, qualify them properly, and create a good first impression for the brand. How To Apply Please apply with a short message answering the following: What experience do you have calling inbound or warm leads? How quickly can you call a lead after they opt in? Have you sold or set appointments for coaching, online education, e-commerce, or digital marketing offers before? Are you comfortable with commission-based compensation? Please include a short voice recording or Loom introducing yourself if available. We are looking to hire quickly and start immediately.

I am seeking a talented, collaborative, and experienced plush toy designer/pattern maker to help design a custom, multi-sensory infant plush toy from the ground up. The ideal candidate will not only possess the technical skills to create a production-ready Tech Pack and sewing pattern, but will also be willing to act as an educator and consultant. I am completely new to the world of toy design and manufacturing, so I am looking for a professional who is happy to explain the milestones and guide me through the process from concept to a factory-ready blueprint. The Design Concept The toy is a multi-sensory baby plush inspired by a cute creature hatching from a geometric eggshell (similar to the visual aesthetic of the Pokémon Togepi). Because it is intended for newborns and infants, it must rely entirely on safe, embroidered features and distinct, tactile fabrics rather than plastic parts. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables - Collaborative Concepting: Work with me to turn my rough ideas into a cohesive character concept, prioritizing high-contrast visual zones and diverse textures. - Material Selection & Consulting: Guide me on choosing infant-safe, durable, and compliant materials (e.g., advising on organic cotton, textures, and internal sensory components). - Production-Ready Tech Pack: Deliver a comprehensive technical specification sheet detailing final dimensions, exact fabric callouts, Pantone color codes, and placement of internal modules. - Sewing Pattern: Provide a digital 2D pattern with precise seam allowances suitable for a plush manufacturing facility. Sensory Features to Integrate - Auditory: Securely placed internal rattle and high-crinkle paper zones inside the limbs or shell. - Tactile: A mix of infant-safe, contrasting textures (such as ultra-soft minky, ribbed knit, or embroidered geometry). - Oral/Teething: Exploration of a safe attachment point for a food-grade silicone teething element. Qualifications - Proven portfolio of custom plush toy design or infant product development. - Strong understanding of children's product safety constraints (ASTM F963 / CPSC guidelines). - Excellent communication skills and patience/enthusiasm for educating a first-time creator. Please include examples of past Tech Packs or plush designs in your proposal, along with a brief note on your typical consulting workflow. Looking forward to collaborating!

I run Honey Bee Outdoor, a direct-to-consumer Shopify brand selling outdoor products with an AOV of $400+. I've been managing our Meta and Google Ads myself for about 7 months through self-research and trial and error, and I'm looking for an expert to either audit our current setup or take over ongoing management. We're currently spending around $100/day per platform and averaging ~$10k/month in revenue. We're ready to scale with the right person. Looking for someone with D2C ecommerce experience, ideally with high-AOV products. Month-to-month preferred.
