Summary About us We're MNS, a Tokyo-based app incubator building a portfolio of consumer subscription apps (beauty, health, wellness). Our founder has scaled and sold two businesses and is Forbes 30 Under 30. We move fast, kill losers quickly, and scale winners hard. Our paid acquisition machine already works — we're now building the organic engine, and you'll run it. This is a stable, full-time, long-term role with guaranteed monthly pay, not a gig, and not an agency contract. We're hiring one person to own this, not a studio or outsourced team. You'll work directly with the founder every day. What you'll do Produce and post short-form videos daily (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) for our apps using our content stack — we provide access to all AI tools (HeyGen, ElevenLabs, CapCut Pro, and more) Warm up, grow, and post on our brand TikTok accounts Find, brief, and manage a stable of small creators who post about our products consistently; seed our hashtags and handles across TikTok Recruit and manage clippers (pay-per-view content programs) and verify/pay out results Moderate comments and DMs across our accounts — reply fast, repost wins, keep the community alive Track every video and creator in a simple sheet; each week we keep what works, kill what doesn't, and turn winning posts into paid ads Once these systems are running, you own them day to day Who you are Chronically online. You live inside TikTok/Reels, you understand hooks, memes, and why one video gets 200 views and another gets 2M. You can explain a trend the day it starts. Native-level internet English (writing captions, comments, creator DMs) Highly organized and self-driven — you can run a daily posting machine without being chased Extremely responsive on Slack during working hours, and comfortable with a short daily call with the founder Available full-time (40+ hrs/week) on Asian hours or close (GMT+7 to GMT+9 ideal — SEA perfect, Eastern Europe workable if you shift your day) Bonus: you've grown a TikTok account (any niche, even personal), done UGC/influencer outreach, edited in CapCut, or worked with consumer apps No degree required.
