We’re looking for a sharp Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator to help take ownership of our product development process. This is not a basic admin role. We need someone who can stay on top of moving parts, follow up without being chased, coordinate with internal team members and suppliers, and make sure projects keep moving forward. The right person has experience supporting or managing product development, sourcing, manufacturing, packaging, and coordinating between our team, vendors, and overseas manufacturers Responsibilities: Own the follow-up process for product development projects Track open tasks, deadlines, samples, supplier updates, and internal feedback Coordinate between our team, vendors, and manufacturers Keep projects organized and moving without needing constant reminders Flag delays, missing information, or unclear next steps Help turn ideas into organized action steps Requirements: Strong experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Operations Assistant Experience with product development, sourcing, manufacturing, or physical products is strongly preferred Very organized and proactive Clear written communication Comfortable following up with people until things are done Able to take ownership, not just wait for instructions Please apply only if you have experience managing moving parts and keeping projects on track.
