JOB DESCRIPTION We're a B2B healthcare SaaS company building out our outbound sales development function, and we're looking for an experienced SDR/BDR to help us build it right. We're specifically looking for someone who has already done this at a high level — a proven SDR/BDR who has run structured, multi-touch outbound at real volume and can point to concrete numbers from past roles. This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy exercise — come ready to talk specifics about what's actually worked for you, not what you'd try. The work: structured, multi-touch outbound (LinkedIn, email, call, and a closing direct-ask) against a curated list of multi-site healthcare provider organizations, run inside HubSpot, with Apollo.io for contact verification and enrichment and AI tools for personalization and research. We're an AI-native company, and we mean that operationally, not as a buzzword: our own go-to-market runs on AI tools the same way our product runs revenue cycle work on AI. You're expected to use AI tools (we use Claude) daily — to personalize outreach at speed without it reading as templated, and to speed up account research. This isn't optional tooling; it's core to how the role is run. What you'll be doing, day to day: Running a systematic multi-touch outbound sequence (LinkedIn connect → email → call/voicemail → LinkedIn message → closing direct-ask email) against a curated account list Verifying and enriching contact data in Apollo.io before any account enters a sequence — confirmed title, direct email, and role tenure, not a guess Using AI tools (Claude) daily to personalize outreach at speed and accelerate account research — every send still needs a genuine, account-specific first line, not a swapped-in variable Managing a dedicated HubSpot pipeline — building out Company, Deal, and Contact records, logging every touch within 10 minutes of completing it Running passive monitoring (alerts and LinkedIn Sales Navigator account tracking) to catch timing signals and responding quickly when one fires Running a parallel outreach track to the billing/revenue-cycle champion when the economic buyer (CFO/VP Finance) doesn't respond Booking Discovery Calls with economic buyers at qualifying accounts, and handing them off with full context to our CCO Joining a weekly pipeline review to talk through what's working and what isn't Must-have: -3+ years of dedicated, quota-carrying SDR/BDR experience — ideally B2B SaaS, and healthcare experience is a strong plus A track record you can back up with real numbers: quota attainment, meetings booked per month, or pipeline $ generated in past roles — not just a list of responsibilities Hands-on HubSpot experience: building and maintaining Company/Deal/Contact records, pipeline hygiene, accurate logging Fluency with Apollo.io for contact verification and enrichment Fluency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator — Lead and Account filters, saved/shared lists, alerts Genuine daily use of an AI tool (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) for personalizing outreach and speeding up research — with real examples, not just a claimed familiarity Strong cold-call and cold-email skills, comfortable with high daily outreach volume Excellent written communication — able to personalize a template convincingly rather than sending it verbatim Comfortable working against firm SLAs — same-day first touch on new accounts, 24-hour response on timing signals, 10-minute activity logging Nice-to-have: Prior experience in healthcare, medical/dental, or behavioral-health sales Specific hands-on experience with Claude (rather than AI tools generally) — it's what we run on internally Experience running parallel "economic buyer + champion" outreach tracks Experience building or shaping an SDR process, not just working inside an existing one Engagement details: Hours: up to ~40 hours/week, based on fit Duration: Ongoing — initial contract period, with strong potential to extend based on performance Budget: $60–$100/hr, commensurate with experience Start: ASAP Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer

We've built a leading creator app used by tens of thousands of creators, and now we're building the longform YouTube channel to match. We're looking for someone to become the face of the channel and help create practical, engaging videos that teach creators how to grow on social media. You'll produce one longform YouTube video each week covering topics like content strategy, viral hooks, AI tools, platform updates, creator case studies, and actionable growth tactics. This isn't just a freelance video project. We're looking for someone who wants to build something long term and become a recognizable voice in the creator education space. You'll have significant creative freedom while working closely with our marketing team to test ideas, refine formats, and grow the channel. This starts with a four video per month test phase for the first two to three months. If it's a great fit for both sides, the goal is to build a long term partnership where you become the recurring host of the channel. Production quality doesn't need to be perfect. We care far more about publishing valuable, watchable content consistently than creating highly polished videos. We'll test ideas, learn what resonates, and improve with every upload. What you'll do - Develop video concepts and topics centered on social media growth strategy - Script, film, and edit your own videos - We have a team editor we can use if you prefer to do everything but editing/thumbnails - Create thumbnails for each video - We have a team editor we can use if you prefer to do everything but editing/thumbnails - Work closely with the Blueprint marketing team to align on direction and goals - Publish to our channels (we'll handle the channel setup and access) What we provide - Tools and resources to help you create stronger thumbnails, scripts, and content - Direct collaboration with our marketing team - A trackable link so your performance upside is tied to real results Compensation - Flat rate per video (proposed up front) - Performance upside based on traffic driven through your unique link We want this to be worth your time both as guaranteed pay and as a real earnings opportunity as the channel grows. Who we're looking for - Comfortable on camera and able to host a longform video solo - Knows social media growth well enough to teach it credibly - Self-sufficient on the full production cycle: concept → script → film → edit → thumbnail - Reliable on a weekly cadence - Interested in a long-term partnership, not a one-off gig

Read an inspirational book on your human superpower in the AI age and provide sincere feedback. Total task is about 90 minutes. What you will do: Watch a 9-minute video introduction to the book on YouTube. At the end of the video, you'll see a link to the book on Kindle. The book costs $0.99 (this is part of your proposal cost). Read the book (about 15,000 words — roughly an hour for most readers). Take a 9-question quiz on the content so I know you read it. Send me brief, sincere feedback in Upwork messenger. I am not looking for editorial feedback. I want honest human reactions. Requirements: An existing Kindle account (no new accounts). Honest, sincere feedback. Interest in the topic (see below) vs. doing it just to get a review. Short Book Description: They told you to grow up. They didn’t tell you the upgrade would erase the original code. While you piled on layers of adult ego to survive, succeed, and protect yourself, you buried the most powerful force you ever possessed. What started as bubble wrap became a body cast. In the AI age, the real threat isn't a machine taking your job—it's you spending your one wild life performing competence, managing appearances, and suffocating the kid you buried under all of it. AI is forcing us to stop performing intelligence and start reclaiming the one thing no algorithm can replicate: the raw, unfiltered aliveness you were born with. This is not a "get in touch with your inner child" book. This is strategy. The most powerful move available to any human right now isn’t forward—it’s a U-turn back to your original operating system. This book is your playbook for that remembering. Through high-stakes business stories and hard-won personal truths, a National Association of Women Business Owners Hall of Fame Inductee and a U.S. National Exporter of the Year show you how to drop the armor, recover your instinct, and unlock the only advantage machines can't copy: the unfiltered, curious spark that lived inside you before adulthood ever built a fence. Deliberately short on purpose. Adult egos love to complicate life to look impressive. This book cuts past the noise and gets straight to the point: the more you try to manage life like a machine, the more you lose your edge. This isn't content; it's a crowbar. Use it to crack open the armor, drop the costume, and step into the most powerful version of you possible. The child licensed to drive the adult body.

The Boston Foundation, one of the nation's oldest and largest community foundations, is looking for a senior, independent Salesforce / Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) Architect for a focused, fractional engagement. We're at an inflection point on our marketing operations and communications strategy. The work here will inform our Pardot configuration but also our 2-3 year roadmap, including an honest recommendation on whether Pardot remains the right long-term tool for us. THE ROLE We're looking for an architect and mentor, not a hands-on configurator. Our internal team will own the build and the environment after you exit. Your role is to architect, produce documented blueprints, and coach the team through implementation. SCOPE Three phases over 8-12 weeks, roughly 50-70 total hours. Phase 1, Discovery & Audit (15-20 hours): Salesforce/Pardot connector audit, automation rule mapping, data discrepancies, and a written platform fit recommendation. Phase 2, Architecture & Blueprinting (15-20 hours): A simplified attribute data model and a documented endpoint specification for subscription and preference management that an external website front end will consume. Phase 3, Implementation Oversight (20-30 hours): Weekly working sessions coaching the internal team through configuration changes. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant (the legacy Pardot Consultant credential is fine). - Strong written deliverables: blueprints, API specs, data models. Not just verbal guidance. - A mentor disposition. The team you're coaching will own the system long after you're gone. - Enough breadth across the marketing automation landscape to give us an honest comparative read on platform fit, not just a Pardot defense. - Comfortable using AI tools in your own workflow and transparent about how you use them. We assume good practitioners are using AI to work faster and better, and we'd rather hear how you're doing it (and coach us on it where relevant). - Nonprofit Salesforce experience preferred. DETAILS Target start: June 2026. Working sessions: Remote, US business hours. Rate is open to discussion within the posted range based on experience. This is an invite-only posting. We are evaluating final few candidates.

You'll serve as a hands-on expert and thought partner, available roughly 10–15 hours per week. Engagements will vary — some weeks it's reviewing a complex automation build or troubleshooting a journey configuration, others it's cross-training the team, documenting a new process or helping us evaluate where AI or automation could reduce manual lift. Specific areas of focus include: - Data extensions: structure, management and best practices - List imports and data hygiene workflows - Automation Studio configuration and optimization - Journey Builder: design, configuration and deployment - Data extracts and delivery - Variable field mapping - HTML template builds and edits - Multi-tenant QA and Litmus testing - Global deployment scheduling across time zones and languages - Dynamic sender profile setup and management - Process improvement — helping us spot gaps and modernize how we work What we're looking for: You have deep, hands-on SFMC experience — not a generalist email background, but someone who has lived inside the platform across multiple client environments. You're comfortable getting into the weeds on a configuration, but you can also zoom out and talk strategy. You communicate clearly, you're organized and you genuinely enjoy teaching. Experience supporting multi-client or agency-side programs is a strong plus. Familiarity with enterprise B2C or B2B2C environments is ideal. Engagement details: - 10–15 hours per week, flexible scheduling - Remote - Ongoing contract with potential to expand based on fit If this sounds like the kind of work you do well, we'd love to hear from you. Please share your SFMC experience, relevant client examples and your hourly rate.

Eligibility: This role is open to U.S. citizens only due to client security and compliance requirements. Please apply through this posting only — do not contact Data-Sleek directly regarding this position. Applications received outside this channel will not be considered and reported to Upwork. Data-Sleek is looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to lead our on-premise and government-cloud AI deployments. You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered data pipelines for clients who cannot use commercial cloud due to ITAR, CMMC, or other data residency constraints, beginning with a client in the aerospace and defense sector. Beyond this first engagement, you will become Data-Sleek's go-to engineer for AI deployments across defense and aerospace clients, building the practice rather than just executing a single project. About Data-Sleek Founded in 2020, Data‑Sleek® is a U.S.-based AI and data consulting firm that helps mid-market companies build the data foundation that AI actually runs on. We own the full path — data strategy, architecture, integration, warehousing, and AI implementation — so organizations can adopt AI with confidence, stay compliant, and scale, without first hiring an internal data team. Our distributed U.S. team (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Irvine, Dallas, Chicago, and New York) partners with clients across healthcare, finance, insurance, logistics, and technology, modernizing data platforms with best-in-class tools like Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Tableau, and AWS. Trusted by Fortune 500 institutions and growing companies alike, Data‑Sleek turns complex data into measurable outcomes — faster insight, lower cost, and AI projects that deliver. About the Role You will own the technical delivery of AI-powered data pipelines in restricted environments where commercial cloud is not an option. The immediate engagement centers on a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) data migration: building a pipeline that connects to a client's SharePoint on a restricted Microsoft 365 government tenant, reads engineering documents, classifies and summarizes them, detects duplicates, and rates naming-convention compliance to produce a migration-readiness report. You will start on-premise, then help the client evaluate and move to government cloud for production. Key Responsibilities AI Pipeline Development Build AI pipelines that connect to a client's SharePoint on a government cloud tenant, read engineering documents, classify them by type, generate summaries, detect duplicates, and rate naming-convention compliance in support of PLM data migration. Catalog large document repositories and produce migration-readiness reports and Excel catalogs that give clients a clear, measurable picture of their data. Engineer document-parsing workflows across DOCX, PDF, and XLSX formats, including embedding generation and database operations. On-Premise & Government Cloud Deployment Deploy on-premise first — a Mac Mini running Gemma via Ollama — standing up, serving, and tuning local inference infrastructure. Evaluate and migrate to production on Azure OpenAI (Azure Government) or AWS Bedrock (GovCloud) when the client is ready to scale. Keep deployments compliant within ITAR-sensitive, restricted-network boundaries throughout. Architecture & Cost Advisory Produce cost models and architecture recommendations that help client IT teams make informed platform decisions based on measured data, not vendor pitches. Compare deployment options — local, Azure Government, and AWS GovCloud — on cost, performance, and compliance, and explain the trade-offs clearly. Practice Building & Delivery Serve as Data-Sleek's go-to engineer for AI deployments across defense and aerospace clients. Build a reusable capability — a repeatable AI-solutions practice — rather than executing a single one-off project. What You Bring Required U.S. Citizen: U.S. citizenship is required and non-negotiable due to ITAR and client security and compliance requirements. Production LLM deployment: You have stood up inference infrastructure — not just called an API. You've handled model loading, memory constraints, failure modes, and throughput tuning in a real deployment. Local inference: Ollama, vLLM, llama.cpp, LM Studio, or TGI. You've served open-source models (Gemma, Llama, Mistral) on local hardware. Cloud AI platforms: Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock — at least one. Service configuration, model access, authentication, and token-based pricing. Python: Pipeline engineering — document parsing (DOCX, PDF, XLSX), API integrations, embedding generation, and database operations (SQLite, Postgres). Experience: 5+ years post-degree in software engineering, data engineering, or ML engineering. Strong Preferences Microsoft ecosystem: Entra ID, Microsoft Graph API, and SharePoint REST API at the API level. GCC High experience is a bonus. MCP (Model Context Protocol): Experience building or consuming MCP servers — a significant plus for a fast-evolving protocol. Workflow orchestration: n8n, Temporal, Airflow, or similar. The pipeline is orchestrated, not scripted. Government cloud awareness: Understanding of what FedRAMP High, IL4/IL5, and ITAR mean for cloud architecture decisions. Embeddings & vector similarity: sentence-transformers, pgvector, Qdrant, or FAISS for duplicate detection.
Bonus (valued if present) Aerospace or defense experience: Familiarity with ECOs, BOMs, and AS9100 saves ramp time. Apple Silicon optimization: MLX, Metal acceleration, and Ollama tuning on M-series chips. Agentic frameworks: Bedrock AgentCore or Azure AI Foundry — the future direction involves agentic AI workflows on government cloud. What This Role Is Not Model training or fine-tuning. This is deployment engineering, not research. Data science or statistical modeling. The AI here is document understanding and classification, not predictive analytics. Frontend development. The deliverable is an Excel catalog and a report, not a web app. Sales or client acquisition. Data-Sleek's leadership manages the client relationship; you focus on delivery. Engagement & Compensation Remote, US-based. Occasional on-site travel to client facilities for hardware deployment and workshops may be needed. An average of 2–3 trips for the first engagement may be possible. Compensation. $40-$55/hour Why Join Data-Sleek? At Data-Sleek, you'll lead AI deployments in environments most engineers never touch — government cloud and on-premise systems where commercial tools simply aren't an option. Your work will directly shape how defense and aerospace clients adopt AI, and you'll build a reusable capability the company grows around. We focus on doing the right thing architecturally rather than selling the most expensive option, and we give our engineers the autonomy to deliver real solutions for real constraints. How to Apply If you've shipped real LLM deployments with real constraints, we'd like to hear from you. Please submit: Your resume A brief note describing one LLM deployment you've shipped — what model, what infrastructure, what data source, and what went wrong. Data-Sleek® is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all contractors.
