We are a small business in need of a website designer to make minor edits to a landing page and thereafter, work as a consultant on an as-needed basis to help with ongoing updates to a few of our websites. There is a the landing page which needs to be redesigned to be more mobile friendly (and neatly viewed on all devices), starting with the question set at the top of the first page. It appears that Upwork doesn't want me to post the page here (not sure why), so please message me to view. The website itself needs a new design, AEO focused, yet that is a future project.

Overview: We're a leadership advisory and executive coaching firm. We have an existing WordPress website built in Elementor with a custom design and are looking for someone to take over ongoing management, maintenance, and backend support. Our internal team handles content and landing pages — we need someone to own the technical side and keep things running cleanly. What You'll Work On: • Managing the WordPress backend including plugin updates, deployments, and staging-to-live migrations • Setting up and maintaining proper user permissions so internal team members can make edits independently where appropriate • Embedding code snippets from third-party tools (e.g. Zoho forms) into the correct pages • Proactively monitoring the site for broken elements, display issues, or anything that affects the user experience, not just responding when we report a problem • Troubleshooting issues as they arise with clear, plain-language explanations of what went wrong and how it was fixed • SEO basics: meta descriptions, slugs, Yoast configuration is a strong plus What We're Looking For: • Solid WordPress and Elementor experience, including working with custom-built sites that aren't template-based • Someone who gives us appropriate access and permissions from the start rather than creating a dependency • Proactive communicator: you flag issues before we find them and explain your process in plain language • Thought partner: you ask the right questions before making changes and help us understand our options when decisions need to be made • Responsive during the work week with reasonable turnaround on smaller tasks Engagement Details: Rate: open (please include your hourly rate) Type: Ongoing / hourly Start: ASAP Location: Remote Time zone: Eastern time preferred A Note for Applicants: We're coming out of a vendor relationship where access and communication were ongoing pain points. The right person for this role will be transparent about what they're doing and why, set us up to be as self-sufficient as possible, and treat this as a partnership rather than a dependency.

I’m creating a modular coaching and content platform built on my own values-first personal development framework, offering 1:1 and group coaching, digital programs, and community, hosted on Kajabi. Immediate need (time-sensitive): I need a landing page and About page built, plus a functional email capture/waitlist system so I can start collecting interest (notify me when this launches) while I finalize content over the next few weeks. Looking to scope this as a quick, standalone project I can move on right away. Ongoing need: beyond this initial build, I’ll be developing full course modules, community features, and coaching program structures over the coming months. I’m looking for someone I can bring on for continued support as the site grows, so I’m also interested in your availability and rates for ongoing work if this initial project goes well. Please share your process for a project like this, typical turnaround time, and pricing for both the initial build and ongoing engagement. Looking forward to hearing from you.
