We are looking for a hands-on Forward Deployed AI Engineer to help build practical AI systems This is not a pure backend role and not a strategy-only consulting role. You will work close to end users, understand how their workflows actually operate, and then build AI-enabled tools that solve specific business problems. The ideal person is a strong software engineer who is comfortable with ambiguity, can communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and can take an AI prototype from idea to something reliable and usable. What you will do - Learn the business workflows, systems, data, and constraints. - Build AI applications using Claude or similar large language models. - Use the right mix of prompting, retrieval, tool use, agents, and workflow automation. - Own delivery from scoping through prototype, testing, hardening, and handoff. - Create evaluations to determine whether the system is accurate, reliable, and safe enough to use. - Translate between domain experts and technical implementation. - Work carefully with sensitive or regulated data. - Document what you build so it can be maintained and reused. What we are looking for - Strong Python engineering skills. - Hands-on experience building with LLMs, preferably Claude or the Anthropic API. - Experience with RAG, structured prompting, tool use, evaluation, or agentic workflows. - Ability to operate independently in a messy, ambiguous environment. - Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Track record of shipping working software, not just demos. - Comfort working with real-world data, integrations, and imperfect requirements. Helpful but not required - Prior forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting experience. - Experience building AI tools for enterprise customers. - Experience in regulated or sensitive-data environments. - Familiarity with validation, auditability, traceability, or compliance-oriented workflows.

We are looking for 2-3 AI engineers/developers to help us build/complete an AI go-to-market (GTM) tool that looks at both structured and unstructured data, runs it all through our AI engine, and provides insights and recommendations straight to sales people. The tool is able to handle large volumes of data and provide actionable insights for business decision-making. Our engine consists of a prioritization algorithm, pattern matching and sentiment analysis. We use our recommendation engine to deliver the output (insights) straight to our tool which is "Apple-simple", intuitive and gamified. No more sales time wasted on looking at dashboards and trying to agree on which insights are important and which should be acted on. What you'll do Own features end-to-end across theFastAPI backend (IEngine) and Next.js 15 / React 19 frontend— from Claude prompt design to UI polish. Extend the intelligence pipeline: meeting ingestion (Google Drive + Deepgram realtime), Claude-driven action card generation, Neo4j relationship graph, and Supabase-backed state. Build customer-facing dashboard surfaces — deals, gamification, coaching, trust graph — with TypeScript, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, and D3. Operate WebSocket transcription sessions and async job pipelines reliably under real meeting load. Instrument with Sentry, harden auth (NextAuth :left_right_arrow: JWT :left_right_arrow: FastAPI service-to-service), and keep deploy pipelines green. Build with simulators: when you can't test against live meetings, generate realistic synthetic transcripts through our simulator service. Stack you'll work in Backend: Python 3.11, FastAPI, Uvicorn, PyJWT, Anthropic SDK, Deepgram, Neo4j, Supabase (Postgres + realtime), WebSockets Frontend: TypeScript, Next.js 15 (App Router), React 19, NextAuth 5, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, D3, Stripe Infra: Fly.io, GitHub Actions, Sentry, Supabase AI: Claude (Opus/Sonnet) for transcript analysis, action card generation, and agentic dev workflows What we're looking for 4+ years building production web applications, ideally across Python and TypeScript. Comfort designing and shipping features against an LLM API — prompt iteration, structured outputs, evals, cost/latency tradeoffs. Real Claude or OpenAI production experience required. Experience with multi-tenant SaaS patterns, JWT auth, and one or more of: graph databases, realtime systems, audio/transcription pipelines. Comfort with AI-assisted development workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) — not just as a code-completion tool, but as a way to plan and ship features. Bias toward shipping. Small surface area, high ownership, no committee.

ePanicButton is an 18-year-old B2B SaaS real-time alert platform (Windows desktop client, React Native mobile app, admin portal, REST API), mid-way through a major modernization: portal rebuild, production server migration, and a shift toward AI-assisted development. We're a small, bootstrapped business — no VC funding, no big budget, and no room for enterprise-scale overhead. We need a senior engineer with real entrepreneurial experience — someone who's built or run their own thing and knows how to bring enterprise-grade discipline to a lean operation without over-engineering it. This is primarily a hands-off oversight role: the founder handles day-to-day setup and coding using AI tools (Claude, Claude Code), and you review the work, verify the high-risk items yourself, and weigh in on major architecture decisions. When something gets stuck — a deployment issue, a security question, an architecture call that matters — you're able to step in directly and get hands-on to unblock it. You'd effectively be the technical boss: the founder builds day-to-day, and you set standards, review and verify the work, and own final say on the platform's operational integrity — all in a way that fits a small company's budget and pace. ## Priorities, In Order **1. Secure and stabilize the program.** Get infrastructure, credentials, certificates, source control, and deployment process under real, enterprise-grade management so the platform runs effectively and reliably — no more surprises. **2. Establish AI-driven development and program management.** Build the process, guardrails, and review discipline for a workflow where the founder handles the actual AI-assisted coding, and you own the architecture decisions, code review, and release management around it. **3. Bittensor integration.** Help guide and oversee the buildout of our REST API messaging layer to serve the Bittensor decentralized AI mining/subnet community as a new channel-partner market. ## Core Responsibilities - Review infrastructure architecture, server management, backup, and disaster recovery decisions; personally verify high-risk items (credentials, DNS, prod access) rather than just reviewing notes about them - Oversee consolidation and hardening of credentials/secrets management; confirm it's actually done right, not just described as done - Confirm certificate lifecycle management is properly set up and tracked (SSL/TLS, renewals) - Set standards for GitHub structure, access control, branch strategy, and release process; step in directly if something gets stuck - Review and approve AI-generated code and architecture before it hits production; weigh in directly on major architecture decisions - Be available to get hands-on and unblock things — a stuck deployment, a security question, an architecture call that matters — even though day-to-day execution isn't the default expectation - Mentor the founder as a working AI-assisted developer; coordinate outside contractors toward one architecture - Weigh in on strategy for the Bittensor/API-partner buildout once the foundation is secure ## What We're Looking For - Senior engineer (CTO, VP Eng, Head of Infrastructure, or equivalent) with real production ownership at scale - Entrepreneurial background — has run or built something of their own, not just managed inside someone else's org - Comfortable working with a small, bootstrapped company's budget and pace — pragmatic about scope, not looking to build enterprise overhead we can't afford - Primarily comfortable in a review/oversight capacity, but able and willing to get hands-on directly when something is stuck or a decision is high-stakes enough to warrant it - Comfortable with server/cloud infrastructure, DNS, certificates, and secrets management discipline - .NET/SQL Server background (our stack); ASP.NET Core, SignalR, Azure/Windows Server a plus - Real current experience working alongside AI coding tools — comfortable reviewing and directing AI-assisted dev, not just aware of it - Strong communicator who can explain technical risk clearly to a non-developer founder **Nice to have:** B2B SaaS / white-label / multi-tenant experience, real-time notification systems, familiarity with Bittensor or decentralized AI/Web3 ecosystems, prior fractional CTO experience with founder-led companies. ## How We Work This is a genuine partnership for our next stage of growth, not a one-off audit — we're securing the platform's foundation, then building out the AI-driven development process, then expanding into the Bittensor/API-partner market. Expect close communication, real decision-making authority, and someone who wants to grow into this alongside us.

I am building an authentication library and a billing platform in Golang + Postgres. Auth-library is embedded only, while billing can be an embedded-library, and also a stand-alone application. The platform is intended to make it easy for Go-devs to write authentication (users register, OIDC, recover password, etc.), and manage billing their users (various billing providers in addition to Stripe, including crypto). These codebases are mostly written by AI (Claude Code and Codex) but the issue is that these tools suck. The write a lot of slop, and their systems don't work, and I don't trust them. With auth + billing, these are highly sensitive areas where we cannot afford to fuck up. Deliverables are: 1. a list of tasks the LLMs must do to refactor / fix these systems 2. a complete audit of all APIs (the surface areas / shapes that are used as system boundaries) 3. integration tests that will pass, if the LLM's code is correct 4. a complete security audit, to address any vulnerabilities / exploits possible I am only looking to hire someone in California / colorado. I want to work synchronously with them; for every hour you bill we'll be on a call together so that we can maximize communication bandwidth. I live in Denver, but I plan to move to SF soon. I'd be down to work together in person in the future, but for now we'll only be working synchronously-remotely. Human-written applications only. Template or LLM-written responses here will be rejected immediately. Please list your qualifications concisely. Don't say 'I am a Golang expert' say 'I worked at company X, and built system Y in Go which does Z.' Thanks for your time.

Type: Hourly, ongoing (part-time to full-time, room to grow) Stack you'll work in: Notion, Slack, HubSpot, Google Workspace/Gmail, Claude + other LLM APIs, Zapier/Make/n8n About us We're a fast-moving sports and fan-engagement startup. We're small, we ship quickly, and we want AI woven into how the whole company operates, not as a side experiment, but as the default way we work. You'd be the person who makes that real. What you'll do Map our current workflows across sales, marketing, ops, and content, then find the highest-leverage places to automate. Build automations and agent workflows that connect our tools (Notion, Slack, HubSpot, Gmail/Google Workspace) using platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n plus LLM APIs. Design and ship AI agents for real jobs: lead routing and CRM enrichment, content drafting, customer/fan response triage, internal knowledge search, reporting digests. Stand up the connective tissue (prompts, integrations, guardrails, and monitoring) so automations are reliable, not brittle demos. Train and enable our team: build SOPs, run working sessions, and create lightweight docs so non-technical people actually adopt what you build. Help set our AI strategy and roadmap as we scale. You're a strong fit if you Have shipped real automations and AI agent workflows in production (not just prototypes). Are fluent with Zapier / Make / n8n and at least one major LLM API (Anthropic/Claude, OpenAI). Know your way around HubSpot, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace integrations and APIs. Can write clean prompts and think in systems: edge cases, error handling, human-in-the-loop checkpoints. Can explain technical work to non-technical people and get them to adopt it. Communicate proactively and move fast without breaking trust on things that touch customers or revenue. Nice to have Experience taking a small company "AI-native" end to end. Background in sports and/or blockchain. Comfort with light scripting (Python/JS) when no-code hits its limits. How to apply In your proposal, please: Describe one AI agent or automation you built, the tools involved, and the measurable result. Tell us how you'd approach training a non-technical team to actually use what you build. This part matters as much as the build. Share your hourly rate and weekly availability. Proposals that skip these will be passed over. We're looking to start with a small paid task and grow the engagement from there.

we are a consumer health app that reads your Apple Watch data every morning — HRV, sleep quality, steps, active energy — and delivers a spoken, AI-generated daily plan. Built on React Native, Supabase, and Anthropic's Claude AI. We are looking for a contract React Native developer to build V1 from specification to TestFlight. The product is fully designed, the tech stack is chosen, the legal entities are formed, and seed funding is in place. This is a build-it role, not a discovery role. What you're walking into: A founder with a complete product specification, a defined tech stack, milestone-based payment, a signed contractor agreement (NDA + IP assignment), and a clear 90- day path to TestFlight beta with real users. You will need At least one live app in the App Store built with React Native — link required in application ✦ Demonstrable experience with Apple HealthKit — must have integrated at least one HealthKit data type in a shipped app ✦ Backend integration experience — Supabase, Firebase, or comparable cloud backend with auth and real-time data ✦ Third-party API integration — REST APIs with OAuth or API key authentication ✦ Willingness to sign a standard contractor NDA and IP assignment agreement before engagement begins

Project Overview: We are a fast-paced law firm looking to optimize our entire case pipeline from client intake to matter closure. We use Bridge Legal for marketing intake, Clio for our Core Case Management System (CMS), Jubilee for our bankruptcy practice section, Google Calendar for scheduling court events, and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint/OneDrive) for document storage. Instead of building an expensive custom platform from scratch, we want to leverage a low-code automation system (n8n preferred, or Zapier) coupled with advanced AI APIs (such as Anthropic Claude or OpenAI) to handle data mapping, automated drafting, calendar triggers, and text alerts. Airtable will serve as the primary human control panel for our 17 staff members. Mandatory Legal Compliance & Insurance Prerequisites: Due to strict State Bar legal ethics regulations regarding the absolute confidentiality of client proprietary records, data safety is our highest priority. Do not apply if you cannot meet these criteria: 1. NDA: The selected contractor must sign a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to receiving system access. 2. Liability Insurance: You must provide verifiable proof of active Professional Liability Insurance (Errors & Omissions) and Cyber Liability Insurance before contract execution. 3. Data Silo Constraints: All workflows must utilize commercial API tiers providing Zero Data Retention (ZDR). Client documents and pleadings must never be used to train public AI models. Key Scope of Automation Tasks: 1. Airtable Control Center: Build out the primary user interface directly inside Airtable, which is already utilized by our 17 staff members. All automated steps (Intake, Pleading Drafting, SMS triggers, and Case Closures) must be launched via Airtable button triggers, attachment fields, and status fields. The automation must capture the Airtable user metadata to maintain an internal audit trail before passing data to Clio. 2. Lead to Retainer: Catch webhook data from Bridge Legal, prompt an LLM to parse raw intake notes for names and deadlines inside Airtable, and automatically trigger a dynamic e-sign contract template (DocuSign/Gavel/HelloSign). 3. Payment to Clio/Jubilee Creation: Listen for payment webhooks (Stripe/LawPay) and use the Clio API to programmatically open the Account, Contact, and Matter. Our bankruptcy section uses Jubilee which is natively connected to Clio via a live sync. The candidate must ensure cases routed through our bankruptcy pipeline are cleanly initiated in Clio so that the native Clio-to-Jubilee data bridge operates smoothly without synchronization lag. 4. AI Answer Generation via SharePoint: Set up an automated folder monitor in Microsoft SharePoint. When a Plaintiff's Complaint PDF is uploaded, the automation must extract the text, run it through Claude 3.5 Sonnet to draft paragraph-by-paragraph denials, append a baseline library of Affirmative Defenses, and save a formatted .docx back to SharePoint and Airtable. 5. Google Calendar to Twilio Reminders: Check our synced Google Calendar daily for court appearances, look up the corresponding client phone numbers using Clio's API, and schedule automated text reminders via Twilio at 30, 7, and 1-day intervals. Implement protective logic (idempotency) to ensure a client is never double-texted. 6. Accounting & Case Closure: Read settlement figures from Airtable fields, query the Clio Expenses API to subtract advanced costs, calculate our firm split using formulas, and automatically execute a Clio API update to switch the matter status to "Closed." Airtable Schema Requirements: The candidate will design a relational, multi-view database structure in Airtable. This database will serve as the primary operational hub, containing tables for: • Table 1: Matters & Intake (Master ledger for lead parsing, case categorization, and user audit stamps). • Table 2: Automation Control Center (Action buttons for contract deployment, e-sign status webhooks, and the AI file drop zones). • Table 3: Settlement Ledger (Calculated currency tracking fields for Gross Settlement, Firm Fee %, Advanced Clio Costs, Medical Liens, and Net Client Payout). The backend code must interact directly with Airtable fields to manage state progression, receive user tracking data, deposit AI-generated documents, and pull transaction balances. Required Experience & Technical Proficiencies: • Proven track record building multi-step automations inside n8n or Zapier. • Experience authenticating and mapping data variables natively via the Clio API (v4), Google Calendar API, and Microsoft Graph / SharePoint API. • Demonstrated experience handling structured JSON payloads and dealing with API rate limits. • Strong understanding of AI prompt design for accurate textual parsing and document structural layout.
