I am building a reusable lead follow-up and consultation booking automation system for med spas and aesthetic clinics. I need an experienced automation specialist who can build, test, document, and hand off a production-ready workflow system. This is not a one-off Zapier task. I need a reusable system that can be adapted for future clients. What the system should do: * Recover missed calls and website inquiries before they go cold * Send fast SMS/email follow-up to new leads * Collect basic service interest without giving medical advice * Send a consultation booking link * Log every lead in a CRM or lead tracker * Track lead status from new inquiry to booked consultation * Notify clinic staff when a lead replies, books, or needs human review * Escalate medical, treatment-specific, pricing-sensitive, or sensitive questions to staff * Run a simple no-response follow-up sequence * Send appointment reminders after a consultation is booked * Provide a weekly lead activity summary showing new leads, contacted leads, booked consultations, no-responses, and escalations Preferred stack: - Make - Airtable - Twilio - Calendly - Google Workspace / Gmail I am open to GoHighLevel or other stack recommendations if you can explain the trade-offs clearly. Important compliance guardrails: The system is for appointment scheduling and lead follow-up only. It must not provide medical advice, diagnose, recommend treatments, collect sensitive medical history, or answer treatment-specific questions. Any medical, pricing-sensitive, treatment-specific, or sensitive question should be routed to clinic staff. Required deliverables: - Workflow diagram - Recommended stack document - Working demo system - CRM/tracker template - SMS/email message templates configured with variables - Testing checklist - Client onboarding checklist - Duplication/setup guide - Loom walkthrough - Handoff documentation - Monthly tool cost estimate - Limitations and risks document Budget: Fixed price: $1,500 Budget flexible up to $2,000 for the right reusable system. Proposed milestones: Milestone 1 — Architecture and stack recommendation $300 Milestone 2 — Working build $800 Milestone 3 — Documentation and handoff $400 PLEASE COMPLETE THE SCREENING QUESTIONS WHEN APPLYING: 1. Describe a workflow you built involving SMS follow-up triggered by a call or form submission. What tools did you use? 2. What is the most complex Make.com scenario you have built? 3. Have you built Airtable as a CRM or lead tracker before? Describe the structure. 4. Have you integrated Twilio with Make or Zapier for SMS automation? 5. Have you connected Calendly webhooks to downstream automation? 6. How would you prevent this system from giving medical advice or collecting sensitive information? 7. What does your documentation and handoff process include? 8. For this use case, would you recommend GoHighLevel or Make + Airtable + Twilio? Why?

We're looking for a developer to build a lean, working Proof-of-Concept of an automated pipeline that ingests podcast episode audio, generates a clean transcript with speaker diarization and timestamps, and uses an open-source NotebookLM alternative (Notex or Open Notebook) to automatically produce a suite of repurposed content assets — show notes, episode summaries, social media posts, blog drafts, and pull quotes. The goal is to validate the end-to-end workflow on 2–3 sample episodes, not to build a full production platform yet. We want to see the plumbing work cleanly before investing in scale. Envisioned stack: n8n for orchestration, a speech-to-text API (Deepgram, AssemblyAI, or Whisper), a lightweight DB (Supabase or PostgreSQL), and an open-source NotebookLM alternative as the content generation engine. The whole system should be self-hostable via Docker. We're open to the developer's recommendations on the best tools and tradeoffs. Deliverables include a working n8n workflow, Docker-compose setup, a short README, demonstration on 2–3 sample episodes we provide, and a brief written recommendation on Notex vs. Open Notebook for scaling this pipeline to ~500 episodes/year. Required skills: n8n (or similar orchestration), speech-to-text APIs, Docker / self-hosted deployments, hands-on experience with NotebookLM alternatives or RAG-based content engines, LLM prompt engineering for structured output, and PostgreSQL / Supabase basics. Nice to have: Prior podcast or media-tech automation work, pgvector / RAG experience, structured output via JSON schema or function calling, and experience scaling automation pipelines. To apply, please include: a short overview of your automation / AI pipeline background, specific experience with n8n + STT APIs + open-source NotebookLM alternatives, links to GitHub or prior workflows, a 2–3 sentence note on whether you'd recommend Notex or Open Notebook for this use case and why, and your estimated turnaround time. This is a fixed-budget POC (~$100). If the workflow is clean, reliable, and well-documented, we plan to expand it into a full production build (client portal, human-in-the-loop editor, admin dashboard, scaling to 500+ episodes/year) with a significantly larger budget.

We are looking for help integrating our GHL with our website. The integrations aren't currently working. We have 2 pipelines that should integrate with our website which is Wordpress on Flywheel. We need to update how the site moves visitors to GHL and what happens next. We would like to change it so that a visitor has 2 options, leave a message which adds them to the GHL pipeline OR schedule an appointment. There is a second pipeline that is supposed to send a set of emails over a period of time. I'm not sure this is working. At some later time, we need to get into other lead generation stuff, but for now we just need to fix these current issues. Thanks

Overview Transit & Flow is a fast-scaling Columbus home services company (plumbing, HVAC, drain, sewer, water heater, sump pump) building a premium, AI-powered operation. We are wiring together a set of best-in-class platforms into one self-functioning system that captures, books, reschedules, reminds, invoices, and follows up with customers automatically across phone, website chat, and Thumbtack. We need a senior integration specialist to stand this up cleanly, end to end, on a short-term contract. This is an execution role for someone who has built production voice-AI and automation systems before, not a learner. Detailed architecture blueprints will be provided to the hired contractor under NDA. What you will build A connected stack with no manual re-entry between systems: • Bland AI voice agents (several agents: inbound scheduler, after-hours and emergency handling, Thumbtack lead agent, and an outbound reminders and follow-up agent) • A website chat agent running the same booking logic in text • Thumbtack Live Connect bridged to a Bland agent via API and webhook, plus the Thumbtack lead feed into our automation bus • Quo.com as the telephony and SMS layer (call forwarding to Bland, SMS send via API, one consistent business number) • GoHighLevel CRM integration (contact sync, pipelines, nurture) • Make.com as the orchestration layer (scenarios for booking, rescheduling, reminders, estimates, invoicing, lead intake, error handling) • Scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, and automated appointment reminders against our field service management platform (currently Jobber, migrating to OctopusPro, so platform-flexible API work is required) • Email automation including emailing and resending invoices and receipts on request Core responsibilities • Configure Bland pathways, custom tools, and webhooks that read and write to our systems mid-call (check availability, book, reschedule, cancel) • Build robust Make.com scenarios with idempotency, retries, error handling, and alerting • Integrate REST APIs and webhooks across Bland, Quo, GoHighLevel, Thumbtack, the FSM, and email • Bridge Thumbtack Live Connect to a dedicated Bland number so leads are answered live • Implement automated SMS and voice reminders with confirm and reschedule handling • Document everything and deliver a clean handoff so the system is maintainable and scalable Must-have skills • Proven production experience with a voice-AI platform: Bland strongly preferred, or Vapi, Retell, or Synthflow with transferable skill • Advanced Make.com (or n8n) including webhooks, data stores, error handling, and routing • Strong REST API and webhook integration skills, JSON, authentication, signing • GoHighLevel API experience • Telephony and SMS concepts: call forwarding, SIP or number routing, A2P • Ability to design for scale and reliability, not just a demo that works once Nice to have • Quo.com or comparable VoIP platform experience • Thumbtack pro tooling or lead-response automation experience • Home services or field service management background • OctopusPro, Jobber, or similar FSM API experience Engagement • Short-term contract, estimated 3 to 5 weeks • Milestone-based fixed price preferred, hourly considered for the right expert • Async daily updates, a few live working sessions per week • NDA and scoped system access required; you will not receive owner credentials How to apply Do not send a generic proposal. Answer these in your application: 1. Link or describe a voice-AI agent you built that booked or scheduled against a live external API mid-call. What platform, what API, what was the hardest part? 2. How do you make Make.com or n8n scenarios idempotent and resilient to duplicate webhooks and failed calls? 3. In two or three sentences, how would you bridge Thumbtack Live Connect to a voice AI agent so the agent answers the lead live? 4. Your proposed milestone breakdown and realistic timeline for the scope above. 5. How you handle client credentials and secrets securely. Strong applications that show real systems thinking move to a short paid test task before the full award.

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a talented, active Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW or PARWCC) to help me put the final visual touches and layout design on my master resume. The heavy lifting is completely done. The background history, career progression, and deep technical keywords are already 98% written and finalized. I just need a human expert who understands recruitment psychology to clean up the design and make it truly shine for a few specific target companies. Here is exactly what I need help with: Visual Layout & Real Estate: I need this raw text block styled into a clean, beautifully balanced, and professional 2-page resume. I want to make sure it looks intentional and sharp, with no awkward blank spaces or lonely bullet points spilling over. ATS Perfection: The format needs to pass modern Applicant Tracking Systems cleanly. Please stick to standard, clean fonts and normal tabular columns—absolutely no floating text boxes or complex graphics that mess up the system scanners. Strategic Polish: While my technical skills are locked in, I’d love your eye on the general narrative flow. I want to make sure my 22 years of continuous loyalty (two solid 11-year stints) and shift leadership jump off the page with real authority. Light Proofread: Just a quick safety check for perfect consistency in punctuation, line spacing, and tenses. What I Need Delivered: Once we finish, I will need two identical layout versions delivered in two file formats each: Version A (Industrial): Title at the top reads "Senior Processing, Automation, and Advanced Cleanroom Specialist" Version B (Pharma): Title at the top reads "Senior Formulation & Cleanroom Automation Specialist" I'll need 1 x editable Microsoft Word (.docx) copy and 1 x clean PDF (.pdf) copy for both versions (4 total files). A Quick Bit About Me: I’m a senior processing and cleanroom automation specialist with 22 years of continuous tenure running high-stakes automated lines, SCADA/HMI loops, and managing rigid cGMP/FDA safety protocols. I am currently targeting premium local manufacturing plants out here in the West Valley (like Nestlé and TSMC) for high-speed operator roles. The master text is completely ready and will be handed to you the moment the contract starts. This is a fixed-price $50 project for a professional looking for a smooth, straightforward task and a guaranteed 5-star review. To show me you’ve read through this, please start your reply with the words "CLEANROOM PROTOCOL." Looking forward to working with you!

FIX THE LINKS Project Overview: I run a localized US service business with a WordPress site hosted on Cloudways. The site was put together ad-hoc and has technical issues: broken internal/city links, hidden template pages floating around, plugin bloat, and jagged layout movements on mobile/tablet headers. I need a sharp, independent US-based WordPress developer to execute a complete technical diagnostic audit and cleanup roadmap. This contract is strictly for Phase 1: The Technical Diagnostic & Structural Audit. Scope of Work for Phase 1: 1. Run a technical crawl to map all 404 errors, broken city links, and local directory routing loops. 2. Identify all hidden, legacy, or orphan demo pages left over from the WordPress theme template that need to be purged from indexation. 3. Audit the active plugins list to identify database bloat, core conflicts, and unnecessary scripts slowing down the server. 4. Diagnose layout shifts (CLS) on desktop, tablet, and mobile viewports to provide the exact CSS/JS fixes needed for smooth HTML5 rendering. 5. Deliver a line-item, written technical roadmap detailing the exact code repairs, plugin removals, and local schema adjustments required for implementation. Strict Deliverable Constraint (Anti-Automation Rule): Do not apply if you intend to just run a standard automated scanning tool (Lighthouse, SEMrush, etc.) and hand me a generic, auto-generated PDF report. The deliverable for this milestone must be a manually compiled, line-item document or spreadsheet diagnosing my specific site files and database. Auto-generated tool reports will result in immediate milestone rejection. Future Potential: This initial phase functions as a direct test of your technical precision and thoroughness. If you successfully capture every structural error and deliver an airtight diagnostic roadmap, you will be retained directly for the subsequent execution work. The website is continuously evolving with new regional and localized initiatives, and the right technical partner will secure ongoing project contracts to handle these developments. Contract Terms: This is a strict fixed-price milestone of $150.00 for the manual Phase 1 diagnostic report and roadmap only. Agencies and white-label firms will be instantly declined—I am only hiring an independent, solo developer. I am a small business and ONLY support other small business. I have also been a freelancer for 20 years so I will only support the actual grind. To prove you are a human who read this entire posting, you must start your application with the exact phrase "FIX THE LINKS". If those words are not the very first line of your proposal, your bid will be archived automatically without a review.

TITLE US-Based CEDIA Designer — Lutron + Control4 Home Automation & low-voltage System Design for 5,800 sq ft Home IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING This job is for a US-based designer with direct, recent experience designing Lutron and Control4 systems for US custom homes. I will not consider: • Designers based outside the United States • Designers whose primary specialty is KNX, Loxone, or other European/non-US platforms • Designers who plan to recommend a platform other than Lutron (for lighting/shades) and Control4 (for automation) • Hourly bids — fixed price only • Applications without work samples This isn't a judgment on other platforms — it's about matching the design to my local installer pool, which is Lutron / Control4 / Crestron based. PROJECT SUMMARY I'm a homeowner finalizing plans for a new single-story custom home in Texas. I'm hiring an independent CEDIA designer to produce a complete pre-construction design package that my builder, electrician, framer, and HVAC contractor can build to — and that any qualified DFW integrator can later bid on for Phase 2 install. This is a DESIGN-ONLY engagement. Installation will be bid separately to multiple integrators after the design is complete. The new home is 5800 Square feet Single-Story home, with 4 bedrooms, great room, kitchen, dining, study, library, combined den/media room, covered outdoor patio. No pool, gazebo, or detached structures. SCOPE OF DESIGN The design must cover all of the following as a coordinated whole-home system, designed to current US (NEC) electrical code and standard DFW residential construction practice: • Structured cabling and network (Cat6A home-runs, RG6, speaker wire, fiber, conduit paths, central equipment rack specification) • Wi-Fi design with predictive heat map and access point placement • Lighting control on Lutron (HomeWorks QSX or RadioRA 3, designer's recommendation), with keypad locations, neutral wire and deep-box requirements documented for the electrician • Layered lighting design (ambient, task, accent, decorative) coordinated with the architectural reflected ceiling plan • Motorized window shades (Lutron Sivoia / Palladiom or compatible US-market brand), including shade pocket and header framing details the framer can build to • Whole-home audio (in-ceiling speakers, amplification, streaming zones, outdoor patio) • Den/media room AV design • Security and surveillance — PoE cameras, video doorbell, smart lock, alarm and sensor strategy • Smart thermostats with C-wire requirements per zone • Control4 as the unifying automation platform; controller and touch panel locations • Voice control recommendation • Surge protection and dedicated circuit requirements (rack, EV charger, etc.) DELIVERABLES • Low-voltage blueprint / reflected ceiling plan (RCP) overlaid on the architectural plans • Wiring schedule listing every cable: type, origin, destination, label • Wi-Fi heat map with AP locations and coverage analysis • Riser / one-line diagrams (network, AV, lighting/automation) • Rack elevation showing equipment, ventilation, power distribution • Lighting plan with fixture schedule and circuit/keypad layout • Motorized shade schedule with shade pocket and header framing details • Surveillance camera placement plan with coverage / proximity analysis • Equipment bill of materials (full BOM) with US model numbers, quantities, indicative pricing tier • Power and electrical coordination notes for the electrician (neutral wires, deep boxes, C-wires, dedicated circuits) • Construction-phase timeline showing when each decision must be locked • Summary document (5–10 pages) explaining the design and trade-offs in plain language FILE FORMATS • Scaled PDFs (full-size and 11x17 prints) AND native source files (AutoCAD .dwg preferred; Revit, SketchUp, or D-Tools acceptable — please specify) • BOM in editable Excel • Summary document in PDF and editable .docx TIMELINE — PREFERRED 3 WEEKS, ACCEPTABLE UP TO 4 • Preliminary draft within 14 days of kickoff (preferred) • Final package within 7-14 days of kickoff (preferred) If your current workload makes 3-4 weeks tight but you're a strong fit, I'm willing to extend time. State your committed timeline in your application. REQUIREMENTS • Based in the United States (will be verified) • CEDIA certification, Lutron certification, or equivalent senior US-market experience • Demonstrated experience designing whole-home Lutron + Control4 systems for US custom homes — minimum 3 comparable projects in the last 24 months • Comfortable coordinating directly with US builders, electricians, framers, and HVAC contractors • Designs to NEC code and standard US residential construction practice With your application, please submit: 1. 2–3 redacted samples of comparable past US custom-home designs (low-voltage RCP, lighting plan, rack elevation, BOM). Sample submissions are required; applications without them will not be reviewed. 2. A short note (3–5 sentences) on your US location, design platform, CEDIA / Lutron / Control4 credentials, and number of comparable US projects in the last 24 months. 3. Your fixed price. 4. Your committed timeline (2 or 3 weeks). 5. Confirmation that all deliverables transfer to me with unrestricted rights to use them for construction of my home and for soliciting Phase 2 installation bids from any qualified integrator. HOW TO APPLY Reply with the five items above. Applications that don't match the criteria in the IMPORTANT section at the top will not be reviewed.

DESCRIPTION: I am the founder of Laurent Trading LLC, a Florida-registered LLC, and creator of Alpha Algo Trader — an algorithmic trading software platform that sends automated trading signals to subscribers' broker accounts. I need a Florida-licensed business attorney to review our business model and produce a specific set of legal documents. This is a fixed-scope project with clear deliverables — not an ongoing engagement. BUSINESS MODEL OVERVIEW: Subscribers pay a monthly fee to license access to our proprietary trading signal software Signals originate from our server — subscribers never control signal logic Subscribers connect their own broker account via API (Interactive Brokers · TradeZero) Subscribers control only their own risk parameters — position size · stop loss · take profit · pause trading We never hold · touch · or manage subscriber funds Distribution via Whop · device-locked license key per subscriber QUESTIONS I NEED ANSWERED: Does our model constitute investment advisory services under SEC · FINRA · or Florida state law — and if so what exemptions apply? Can we legally charge a percentage of monthly profits as a technology licensing fee without triggering investment advisor or fund manager registration requirements? What specific disclosures are required in our Terms of Service to protect the company? Do we need any federal or Florida state registrations or exemptions for this business model? What is the safest legal structure for adding a performance-based fee tier for high net worth clients in the future? Can we structure a subscription fee that scales based on subscriber account performance —without crossing into investment advisor or profit sharing territory? How have other fintech SaaS platforms handled this legally? DELIVERABLES REQUIRED: Legal opinion memo — written assessment of our business model and regulatory risk Terms of Service — covering software licensing · no investment advice · user responsibility · risk disclaimer User Agreement — covering access · account connection · data · IP ownership Risk Disclaimer — for display on platform and marketing materials Brief guidance note on performance fee structure for future HNW tier ABOUT ME: Entity: Laurent Trading LLC · Florida LLC · EIN332650027 · formed January 2025 Platform: Alpha Algo Trader · algorithmic trading subscription software Brokers supported: Interactive Brokers · TradeZero (adding more) Distribution: Whop · US and international subscribers Stage: Pre-launch · building legal foundation before going live PROJECT REQUIREMENTS: Must be licensed to practice law in Florida Must have experience with fintech · SaaS · or financial services companies Fixed fee project only — no hourly billing Must deliver all five documents listed above Turnaround: 7-10 business days preferred BUDGET: TO APPLY: Please include your Florida bar number · your experience with fintech or financial services · and your proposed fixed fee for this scope of work. Applicants who do not include all three will not be considered.
