We are looking for a social media manager who understands how to work with existing content and elevate it, selecting the right moments, writing captions that match a refined brand voice, and building a coherent, beautiful feed. You don't need to shoot or produce content from scratch (but you can if you are in the area); we will curate footage and visuals, and we need someone who knows what to do with them. You should be comfortable managing a content calendar independently, scheduling posts across feed, Stories, and Reels, and engaging with our community on our behalf. Strategic thinking around enrollment-driven content is a plus!! We have a clear seasonal calendar and need someone who can align posting with it. Key Responsibilities: Loosid (Social Media Manager and Strategist) Strategic Campaigns: - Conduct outreach to influencers, North American brands, and other categories relevant to the Loosid brand. - Identify and connect with potential brand ambassadors and collaborators. Content Creation: - Will be handled by design team, but any ideas, from you or anybody else, should always be considered if they make sense. - Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging. Grant full usage rights of all created content to Loosid. Team Management: - Oversee the team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in tasks. Expectations: - Proactive communication and collaboration with the Loosid team. - A commitment to upholding the brand's reputation and voice across all interactions and engagements. - Regular updates and check-ins to ensure alignment with our overall marketing strategy.

Build and execute a social media advertising campaign (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat) for our recently expanded childcare and preschool center on the south side of the Twin Cities metro. This gig has two main goals: (1) to increase number of enrollment inquiries, especially for pre-K aged students; (2) to grow brand awareness in the area. We've been in business since 2012, but we had a name change and broadened our public enrollment in 2024/2025. It's a delight, nature-based program - we've got really loyal families and fantastic teachers, so we should be very easy to market. Looking for social media manager for organization. Position would consist of 15 - 20 hours per week. remote (unless you live in Austin, Texas in which case it would be optional).
