At LaunchTec, we pride ourselves on delivering measurable results while fostering a unique, personalized approach to each client's needs. This role is perfect for someone who can identify the right companies, get in front of decision-makers, start the right conversations, and build a qualified pipeline through outbound efforts. You should know how to cold prospect, write outreach that doesn’t sound robotic, stay highly organized, and create real movement from the very first touch to qualified meetings. This is not a sit-back-and-wait role, and is not a position for someone who needs a fully built system handed to them. We want someone who can take ownership of prospecting, contribute and help create an outbound strategy, and help build a stronger business development engine over time. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of prospecting and generating new business for LaunchTec. Building and managing your own pipeline from first touch through qualified opportunity/meeting. Identifying, researching, engaging, and qualifying key decision-makers through personalized outreach. Scheduling qualified meetings that actually take place. Communicating LaunchTec’s services clearly in a way that aligns with each prospect’s business goals and challenges. Take initiative in developing prospecting strategy, messaging approaches, and repeatable systems for prospecting and deal creation. Required Qualifications: Proven previous agency experience in a BDR setting is required. Strong business development, lead generation, and outbound prospecting experience. Ability to self-generate opportunities and create a pipeline without relying on inbound leads. Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging decision-makers. Comfortable owning outreach activity, follow-up, and pipeline movement without oversight. Organized, disciplined, and capable of managing CRM tools, such as Pipedrive. Self-starter mentality who is unafraid of taking initiative, testing approaches, and thinking beyond a templated script. The ability to collaborate internally while independently driving activity and outcomes. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Compensation $40.00/hour base Uncapped commission on deals closed from your efforts $175 qualified meetings bonus for every qualified meeting that takes place This role will start as an contractor role. For the right person who can consistently create qualified opportunities, this could quickly turn into a full-time role, with significant room for growth and the chance to build out and lead our sales division.

An Online Business Manager (OBM) is crucial for building systems that enhance business operations. They ensure that future assistants can effectively manage tasks by creating sustainable processes. This role involves leadership and strategic planning to optimize business efficiency. The start would be to hop on a quick call and let me explain my business and pain points to you. Then… Build a Google Calendar that runs my content business- integrating IG reels, carousels, stories, broad cast channel, substack, and partnerships so everything is easily mapped out and visible for me to look at day to day, week to week, or month to month. * possibly create a master Google Sheet that tracks every piece of content from Idea → Filmed → Edited → Caption → Links → Scheduled → Posted. * goal would be to create reusable templates so my team follows the same process every week. I don’t need you to come up with the content ideas. I have those- just need help building the system for me to map them out!

I am formally launching a small business to sell my handmade pottery. The name of my business is Solterra Ceramics. Sol - the sun, and Terra - the earth. Both essential elements in creating ceramics and in life. I am looking for someone who can help me put the soul of my project into a logo which I can use on business cards, banners to use at live markets, etc. I would like for the logo to draw from the name and feature natural elements (sun, earth, etc). I would like for the name to be written in fun, bubbly font. My pottery is typically very colorful - so it could either be colorful to compliment that element, or be neutral in color to provide contrast. I would like to give a lot of creative freedom to the designer.

Project Overview: I'm launching a hyperlocal print advertising business called The Local Card in Brooklyn, NY. I need a clean, warm, professional Wix website built that allows small business owners to learn about the concept and reserve and pay for an ad spot directly on the site. I am an independent growth consultant and investor acquiring and operating "boring businesses" (vending, laundromats, self-storage, car washes) while providing growth consulting to the home services sector. I am seeking a long-term legal partner to act as my "fractional general counsel" for deal structuring and ongoing partnership protection. Scope of Work: Acquisition & Financing (Buy-Side): I am aggressively acquiring assets via owner-financed deals. You will assist in structuring Asset Purchase Agreements (APAs), Promissory Notes, Security Agreements, and UCC filings to ensure I have full operational control and clear recourse in the event of default. Equity Consulting (Audit & Review): I provide growth consulting in the home services sector in exchange for equity. I already have a vetted template for these agreements. You will perform final legal audits on these drafts for one-off deals to ensure my equity position is locked, protected, and legally distinct from the service-level terms. Operational Security: Advise on risk mitigation for holding these assets long-term. You will ensure my acquisition vehicle (which includes trust and multi-entity structures) is properly aligned to protect the business assets. Requirements & Process: Specialization: Must have a proven track record in lower-middle-market M&A, specifically representing buyers in seller-financed transactions. The Workflow: I am looking for a partner, not a paper-pusher. Initial Call: We will begin with a consultation to review my current acquisition workflow and my existing equity-for-services template. You must be prepared to discuss these documents during the first meeting. Engagement: I prefer a fixed-fee per-project basis for all drafting and review tasks. Expertise: Deep knowledge of security interests, promissory notes, and the nuances of equity-for-services vesting and protection. In your proposal, please: Describe your experience with owner-financed deals for assets like laundromats or self-storage. Explain your approach to protecting a consultant's equity stake when entering a service agreement with a home services business. Confirm you are comfortable performing a "final legal audit" on my pre-existing templates.
