We are looking for a hands-on Forward Deployed AI Engineer to help build practical AI systems This is not a pure backend role and not a strategy-only consulting role. You will work close to end users, understand how their workflows actually operate, and then build AI-enabled tools that solve specific business problems. The ideal person is a strong software engineer who is comfortable with ambiguity, can communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and can take an AI prototype from idea to something reliable and usable. What you will do - Learn the business workflows, systems, data, and constraints. - Build AI applications using Claude or similar large language models. - Use the right mix of prompting, retrieval, tool use, agents, and workflow automation. - Own delivery from scoping through prototype, testing, hardening, and handoff. - Create evaluations to determine whether the system is accurate, reliable, and safe enough to use. - Translate between domain experts and technical implementation. - Work carefully with sensitive or regulated data. - Document what you build so it can be maintained and reused. What we are looking for - Strong Python engineering skills. - Hands-on experience building with LLMs, preferably Claude or the Anthropic API. - Experience with RAG, structured prompting, tool use, evaluation, or agentic workflows. - Ability to operate independently in a messy, ambiguous environment. - Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Track record of shipping working software, not just demos. - Comfort working with real-world data, integrations, and imperfect requirements. Helpful but not required - Prior forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting experience. - Experience building AI tools for enterprise customers. - Experience in regulated or sensitive-data environments. - Familiarity with validation, auditability, traceability, or compliance-oriented workflows.

What We're Looking For A seasoned pricing consultant with deep telecom/CPaaS roots and active industry relationships — someone who can build a dual-channel monetization framework from the ground up and surface competitive reseller pricing that isn't publicly listed. This is a 6–8 week, fixed-scope engagement with a budget of ~$5,000 (flexible depending on experience). What You'll Build Dual-track financial model — A sensitivity model comparing marketplace net revenue (post-distributor fees) against direct-sale net revenue, so we can make data-driven channel decisions. Marketplace rate cards — Tiered, standardized pricing for the distributor portal that lets CSPs self-serve and activate in minutes. Direct-deal guardrails — Floor pricing and volume minimums that protect margin on large CSP deals without disadvantaging our distributor partners. Willingness-to-pay (WTP) audit — Identify premium features (10DLC automation, AI auto-replies, CRM sync) that can serve as upsell levers across both channels. Competitive pricing intelligence — Leverage existing industry relationships to surface reseller/partner pricing from competitors who don't publish it publicly. We need someone with real credibility in the telecom space, not just desk research. Partner ROI tools — A margin calculator that sales can use to demonstrate projected ROI to CSPs at any tier. Who You Are 7+ years in SaaS/PaaS/Telecom pricing — You understand the wholesale mindset. CPaaS or UCaaS experience is a strong plus. Channel conflict veteran — You've built pricing for companies that sell both direct and through partner/distributor ecosystems. You know how to keep both sides happy. Unit economics fluency — You can bridge cost-per-message (our COGS structure) with per-seat/per-user billing models (how CSPs think about cost). Active telecom network — You have relationships in the CSP/UCaaS space you can tap to gather real-world competitive pricing data. This is a differentiator we'll ask about directly. Independent and structured — You can take an ambiguous pricing challenge and return a clean, actionable framework without heavy hand-holding. About Us We power a mission-critical text-enabling capability for Communication Service Providers (CSPs), scaling through two channels: a distributor marketplace (e.g., NetSapiens) reaching 240+ smaller CSPs, and direct deals with large CSPs who bundle our capability into their own offerings.

I'm launching a Skool community as part of my coaching business, which helps early-stage physical product founders go from idea to launch. I create my own content (posts, videos, resources) but need a partner who can help me run the community day-to-day and guide my content strategy so it actually drives engagement and growth. What I'm looking for: Help setting up and structuring the Skool community (categories, courses/classroom area, levels/points system, welcome flow, community guidelines) Ongoing community management: welcoming new members, sparking discussion, responding to posts, keeping engagement consistent Content guidance: helping me plan a content calendar, suggesting formats/topics that perform well in Skool communities, and giving feedback on drafts I write Light editing support: tightening up captions, posts, and community announcements so they sound clear and on-brand (not stiff or AI-generated) Best-practice recommendations on growing and retaining members (onboarding sequences, engagement prompts, challenges, etc.) About the community: The community is for early-stage founders building physical product businesses (many first-time, self-funded founders) who want practical guidance on sourcing, launching, wholesale, and building a brand without a traditional playbook. Tone is real, encouraging, and grounded in lived experience — not corporate. Ideal candidate: Direct experience managing or growing a Skool community (please share examples/links) Strong understanding of community engagement tactics — not just posting, but building conversation and retention Comfortable giving content strategy input, not just executing what I hand you Great written communication and a good editorial eye Bonus: experience with coaching, education, or founder/entrepreneur audiences Scope: I'm open to either an ongoing part-time arrangement or starting with a paid trial/setup project to see how we work together before committing to something longer-term. Please share your preference and rate structure for both options. I'm open to a mix of paid hourly and performance-based or revenue-share arrangements for the right fit. Happy to discuss what structure works best for both of us To apply, please include: Links to any Skool communities you've managed or grown (results/metrics welcome) A short note on how you'd approach the first 30 days of this community Your rate (hourly) for ongoing support

Recommends New drinks that are both on trend AND High Margin. Agent 3 is the financial Agent. It works directly with Quickbooks. It monitors cash flow and alerts when labor percentage exceeds parameters. It also stress tests expansion and " what if" scenarios. Agent 4. the site selection agent. agent 4 monitors LoopNet, Costar, and parcel data for commercial land available. It cross references traffic count and demographics, it checks competitor coffee presence etc. Agent 5 is the capital strategist. when agent 4 finds a location, it consults with agent 3 which is connected to Quickbooks , it models out loan scenarios, cash flow impact. and helps run " what if " scenarios that it gets asked. Agent 6 is the main Orchestrator that runs everything that I would communicate soley with through Whatsapp. It connects all the agents and pulls data collectively and makes them all work together and stress tests ideas that one agent might find.
