Meta Ads & Google Ads PPC Specialist (Meta Focused) We're looking for an experienced paid media specialist to manage and scale our Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, with a strong emphasis on Meta which has historically been our highest-performing acquisition channel. Our monthly advertising budget is $3,000–5,000. While you'll oversee both Meta and Google Ads, the majority of your strategic focus will be on Meta. Google experience is important, but deep expertise in Meta Ads is essential. The engagement has two primary goals: 1) Conduct a comprehensive audit of our existing campaigns, historical performance, targeting, creatives, account structure, and conversion tracking to identify where our previous PPC strategy fell short. 2) Lead ongoing campaign strategy and optimization across Meta and Google, including audience targeting, campaign structure, A/B testing, budget allocation, retargeting, ad copy, reporting, and continuous performance improvements. Our team handles the majority of creative production in house. We're looking for someone who can collaborate closely with our designers by recommending messaging angles, creative concepts to test, and high-converting ad copy rather than producing the creative assets themselves. We're also looking for someone who: - Has extensive experience managing Meta Ads campaigns and working knowledge of Google Ads. - Can pro-actively and clearly explain the reasoning behind every recommendation. - Uses data to drive decisions rather than relying on generic best practices. - Is proactive, highly communicative, and responds within 24 hours.
