I mocked up a basic concept in wordpress (how-to-hunt.com), but need someone to step in and refine it for mobile-friendliness and credibility. Some of my hopes include: 1. General UI polish. Help with fonts and other visual elements that make it consistent with what users associate with a professional (but casual) website, and that ideally show up well on a mobile screen. 2. Member/community UX. I am leveraging the Ultimate Member plug-in for member profiles. I would like this initial project to make some simple changes that make the sign-up and peer search flow feel a little more smooth. 3. Depending on time, I would like to revamp the menu structure on the page, as the current top menu feels clunky to me. I would want suggestions here. This is still a proof of concept, so I don't want to overinvest before making some larger decisions. The intention here is just to get the appearance and user experience to an MVP level. I would like to find someone who has previous examples of work that have a similar scope and vibe (simple, clean, casual). I am able to answer questions and talk through as needed, but I want this to be an efficient project where you can spend something like 1 hour on discovery and basic planning, 4 hours on the work, and 1 hour talking through it with me and making 1-2 small tweaks as needed. The actual breakdown is absolutely flexible, and the scope will depend on hourly rate. This would ideally be done across 2-3 days.

We've been building our platform for the past year and have a solid, web app up and running. We’ve built a health ecosystem where users can track labs, sync their wearables, and order medications—managing everything from one place with seamlessly shared data across decisions. Now, we need a Product Designer to join us. Someone who will actually listen to our users, understand why they signed up, and dig deep into their pain points. Someone who understands health tech/labs/longevity We want to completely avoid generic AI slop; this needs to feel personal, human, and visually beautiful. We’re not looking for someone to just polish buttons. We need a Product Designer who will craft a unique identity and build a design system that makes our users feel genuinely understood.

I’m working on an early-stage startup concept in the counter-drone / critical infrastructure security space. The product is not drone jamming, takedown, spoofing, or mitigation. The concept is a civilian-compliant drone incident management platform that helps data centers, utilities, ports, stadiums, prisons, refineries, airports, and industrial campuses detect, document, and respond to unauthorized drone activity. I’m looking for a UI/UX designer to create a clickable Figma dashboard prototype that can be used for customer discovery, advisor conversations, investor discussions, and pilot customer demos. The product should feel like a serious B2B security operations platform — something between Datadog, a security operations center dashboard, Ring camera review, and airspace incident tracking. It should look credible, modern, and enterprise-ready, not like a sci-fi military interface. The key idea is: When a drone is reported or detected near a protected site, the platform helps the security team understand what happened, assess the risk, preserve evidence, and coordinate the response. Screens I would like included: Main Dashboard / Command Center Overview of active incidents, recent drone reports, site status, and alert severity. Site Map View Facility map with restricted zones, drone sighting location, camera locations, and incident markers. Drone Incident Alert Screen Alert card showing possible drone activity, confidence score, risk level, location, time, direction, and recommended next action. Incident Timeline Timeline showing employee report, camera confirmation, security response, evidence added, and resolution status. Manual Drone Report Intake Form Form for employees or security staff to report drone sightings, including size, direction, distance, behavior, photos, and threat level. Camera / Evidence Correlation Screen View showing linked camera snapshots, video references, witness notes, and uploaded evidence. Incident Report Export Screen A clean report preview that could be exported for internal security, executives, law enforcement, or insurance. Multi-Site Overview Dashboard for organizations with multiple facilities showing incidents by site. Settings / Integrations Page Placeholder page showing cameras, sensors, users, alert rules, and security system integrations. The prototype does not need to be connected to real data. It should use realistic sample data and show what the product experience could look like. Deliverables I’m looking for: Clickable Figma prototype Clean UI design system / components Desktop-first dashboard design Optional mobile alert screen if time permits Editable Figma file Brief walkthrough notes explaining the user flow Please let me know: Whether you have experience designing B2B SaaS, security dashboards, SOC dashboards, map-based tools, or data-heavy products Which screens you recommend for the first version Your estimated timeline Your estimated fixed price or hourly range What information you would need from me to start I’m looking for someone who can think like a product designer, not just make pretty screens. The goal is to create a realistic prototype that helps prospects immediately understand the value of the platform

****IMPORTANT PROJECT UPDATE We have refined our technical requirements to save time and eliminate design overhead. Please read carefully before applying: Mandatory WeWeb Experience: You must have direct, hands-on experience working inside the WeWeb platform. Do not apply if you only work in Figma. You must know how to navigate WeWeb's visual style editor, global variables, and UI component kits on day one. No Figma Workflow: We are skipping the expensive, multi-week Figma wireframing process. Your job is to select and configure a premium layout structure (including the left-hand navigation sidebar) directly using WeWeb’s native UI frameworks and components. AG Grid Core Focus: The core of this application relies on an embedded AG Grid component handling massive amounts of high-density compliance data. You must be able to write precise visual specifications (typography for decimal alignment, custom cell styling for editable vs. static cells, row padding, and line weights) that integrate seamlessly into the WeWeb frontend. If you have never shipped a project inside WeWeb or styled high-density financial data tables, this is not the right fit for you. We are transforming a heavy, data-dense financial projection application into a modern enterprise SaaS product. The application architecture is fixed: Supabase (backend), WeWeb (frontend shell), and AG Grid (embedded via WeWeb for high-density tables). The exact columns, calculation tabs, and formulas match state compliance templates and cannot change. This application is primarily a read-only presentation of complex calculations based on defined constraints. Users will not do bulk inline cell editing; only a handful of specific constraint cells will be editable. We need a specialized consultant to select the pre-built design system, define the visual implementation rules for our data grids, and keep our development team visually on track. Scope of Work Tailwind Template Selection Audit our current platform layout and data sheets. Research the commercial market and select a pre-built, enterprise-grade Tailwind CSS dashboard template (e.g., Tailwind UI or equivalent) that handles deep vertical navigation and complex text data out of the box. Present 2–3 live, working template examples for final selection. AG Grid Visual Specification Write a precise visual configuration guide for our developers to apply to the embedded AG Grid component inside WeWeb. Recommend and define the exact typography engine and font pairings optimized for clean, high-density financial data rendering and decimal alignment. Specify exact cell row padding, line weights, and a muted financial color palette to clean up the interface. Define the look for static data cells versus the handful of editable constraint cells so the user instantly knows what can be modified. Developer Implementation Audit Act as the design supervisor. Review the live staging site built by our developers in WeWeb. Provide explicit, pixel-level punch lists ensuring the team accurately executes the template typography, spacing, and grid tokens. Requirements Proven portfolio featuring high-density B2B SaaS dashboards, FinTech platforms, or data-heavy analytical software. (No generic marketing or e-commerce sites). Deep technical familiarity with Tailwind CSS utilities and the visual constraints of AG Grid. Ability to deliver clean visual specifications directly to an engineering team without unnecessary Figma overhead.

We are looking for an experienced website designer to help us refresh and complete a new website for our church using Realm's website platform (similar to WordPress or Squarespace). We are primarily looking for someone with strong visual design, UX/UI, information architecture, and mobile design skills. This is not a custom website development project. The website will remain on the Realm platform, and our staff will manage content updates after the project is complete. Crown of Life is a traditional Christian church in Minnesota with an affiliated school and preschool. This project will focus first on the church website, with the possibility of future work on the school and preschool websites. We have already started building the new church website in Realm and have a template and basic site structure in place. We are looking for someone to refine, improve, and polish the existing design rather than start from scratch. We are open to changing or modifying the template if it results in a significantly better user experience and overall design. Our website serves two important audiences. First-Time Visitors and Prospective Families The website should be an easy and welcoming entry point for people who are getting to know our church, school, and preschool for the first time. Visitors should be able to quickly understand: Who we are What we believe What to expect when visiting Opportunities for worship, education, and community involvement How to contact us or take a next step Current Members and Families The website should also serve our current members, school families, and preschool families by helping them stay informed, connected, and engaged. It should be easy for members to find events, resources, updates, and important information. Overall, we want the website to feel welcoming, trustworthy, professional, and easy to use. We are not simply looking for someone to make the website look better. We are looking for a designer who can think strategically about user experience, website organization, and content hierarchy. The ideal designer will help us determine: What information should be featured prominently on each page What belongs on the homepage versus interior pages How content should be organized for visitors and members How to create clear pathways for users to find information and take next steps How to simplify and prioritize information so the website feels intuitive and uncluttered We value strong information architecture as much as visual design. Design Goals We are a traditional church, and we want the website to reflect our Christian values and heritage. At the same time, we want the design to feel current, clean, polished, and visually engaging. We are looking for help with: Overall visual design and aesthetics Homepage design and layout Mobile-friendly design and usability Navigation and user experience Information architecture and content organization Page layout and content hierarchy Visual consistency across the site Clear calls-to-action for visitors and members Recommendations for imagery, layout, and content presentation The design should feel: Modern without being trendy Professional without feeling cold Welcoming without feeling cluttered Traditional without feeling outdated We have a complete brand guide and brand assets available, including: Logo files in multiple formats Brand color palette with HEX codes Defined typography and typefaces Existing brand standards The final design should align with and strengthen our established brand identity. We are looking for a designer who can provide: A refined website design within Realm Improvements to the homepage and key interior pages Mobile-responsive design improvements UX and navigation recommendations Information architecture recommendations Design implementation within the Realm platform Recommendations for imagery, layout, and content presentation A site structure and design that our staff can easily maintain after launch. We would like to move quickly on this project. Initial design draft: Within 2 weeks Final revisions and completed design: Within 1 additional week Total project timeline: Approximately 3 weeks

About Charles River Apparel Charles River Apparel is a wholesale apparel manufacturer specializing in outerwear, rainwear, corporate apparel, and activewear. We do not sell directly to consumers. Our primary customers are promotional products distributors, decorators, screen printers, embroiderers, and corporate apparel buyers. Many of our customers are repeat buyers who know our products well and visit our website to browse products, check inventory, review product details, download assets, and place orders. Our goal is to improve the visual presentation of our website (https://www.charlesriverapparel.com) while maintaining the functionality our customers rely on. Project Objective We are looking for a designer to help us visualize what a refreshed version of our website could look like. We are not looking for a complete website redesign, UX strategy engagement, or development project. The purpose of this engagement is to create a visual direction that our leadership team can evaluate before determining what changes should be implemented. Current Environment Our website is powered by the CMS included within our ERP platform. While we have flexibility to modify HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and can work with our ERP vendor to create custom content blocks when needed, we are not looking to fundamentally rebuild the platform. For that reason, concepts should be grounded in realistic enhancements that could reasonably be implemented within an existing enterprise CMS environment. The challenge we are trying to solve is not technical implementation. The challenge is defining the vision. We want to answer a simple question: "If Charles River Apparel were to modernize the visual design of its website, what could it look like?" Deliverables Please provide: • 2-3 homepage concepts • Desktop designs are sufficient for this phase • Concepts should remain aligned with our existing brand identity while presenting a more modern and polished experience • Focus on visual design, hierarchy, navigation treatment, imagery, typography, merchandising, and overall user interface We are open to creative ideas but would like concepts that feel achievable within the constraints of an existing enterprise platform. What We Are Not Looking For • Website strategy documents • User research • UX audits • Information architecture redesign • Customer journey mapping • Functional specifications • Development work • Coding or implementation recommendations Examples of Things We Would Like You to Consider • More contemporary homepage presentation • Improved use of photography and lifestyle imagery • Modern navigation styling • Better visual merchandising of products and categories • Cleaner use of whitespace and typography • Stronger visual storytelling while maintaining a professional B2B experience What We Need From You Examples of similar eCommerce, B2B, wholesale, or apparel-related design work. Estimated cost to create 2-3 homepage concepts. Estimated turnaround time. Confirmation that you can review our current website and work within the practical constraints described above. We are looking for a designer who can quickly translate an existing brand and website into a compelling visual concept that leadership can evaluate and use to guide future implementation decisions.
