I am the owner and physical therapist at Prime Physio, an independently owned sports physical therapy, athlete assessment, recovery, and conditioning clinic in Longmont, Colorado. Prime Physio is currently a small, owner-operated clinic with a larger long-term vision. My goal is to establish it as one of the most trusted local destinations for sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, athlete assessment, recovery, and long-term physical development. Our primary clinical differentiator is the FDS™: Functional Diagnosis System. Rather than simply following a standardized treatment protocol based on a medical diagnosis, we assess how each person’s body is functioning, identify the factors contributing to symptoms or performance limitations, and develop an individualized plan based on what that person actually needs. Our services include: * Sports and orthopedic physical therapy * Return-to-sport rehabilitation * Athlete Functional Assessments * Athlete Performance Assessments * Dry needling * Athlete recovery services * Personal training and conditioning Baseball and softball are our primary sports focus, followed by pickleball, volleyball, tennis, basketball, and other active populations. We also treat general orthopedic patients and active adults. ## What I Am Looking For I am looking for a proactive marketing and community growth professional who can help guide and execute the clinic’s marketing strategy. This is not a position for someone who only creates occasional social media posts after receiving detailed instructions. I am looking for someone who can learn the clinic, understand the vision, identify what needs to be done, recommend effective strategies, and actively help execute them. I know what I want Prime Physio to become clinically and within the community, but marketing is not my area of expertise. I want to work with someone who can translate that vision into a practical growth strategy. The right person should be able to tell me: * What the clinic should prioritize * Which audiences and local organizations we should target * Which marketing channels are worth our time and budget * What content and marketing materials we need * Which partnerships and community opportunities we should pursue * What is working and what is not working * How we should adjust the strategy based on actual results ## Scope of the Role The work may include: * Developing the clinic’s overall local marketing strategy * Creating quarterly and seasonal campaigns if appropriate * Planning and managing a practical content calendar * Improving local search visibility and website content * Researching local schools, athletic programs, sports teams, coaches, gyms, trainers, healthcare professionals, and community organizations * Reaching out to appropriate local contacts on behalf of Prime Physio * Following up and developing long-term professional and community relationships * Identifying worthwhile events, partnerships, sponsorships, and local participation opportunities * Helping build our “Team Prime Physio” professional referral network * Supporting marketing for future programs, including offseason baseball and athlete-development services * Analyzing which strategies are effective * Recommending improvements and reallocating effort toward what produces meaningful growth ## Local Marketing and Community Outreach Local relationship-building is an important part of this role. I do not want the clinic to rely only on social media or paid advertising. I want Prime Physio to become naturally connected with the local sports, fitness, healthcare, and active-adult communities. Potential relationships may include: * Baseball and softball organizations * Coaches and athletic programs * Other sports communities * Local gyms and CrossFit facilities * Personal trainers and strength coaches * Athletic directors and athletic trainers * Physicians and independent medical providers * Chiropractors, massage therapists, and other complementary professionals * Imaging centers and other professional referral partners * Community organizations and local events The ideal person would be comfortable researching these opportunities, initiating appropriate outreach, following up professionally, and helping develop genuine long-term relationships. Because of this local component, someone who lives in or understands Longmont, Niwot, Firestone, Boulder, or the surrounding Colorado area would be especially valuable. Most work can be completed remotely, but occasional in-person meetings or Zoom meeting may be helpful. ## How I Would Like to Work Together My priority is to spend most of my professional time: * Treating and preparing for patients * Improving as a clinician * Learning new information * Building better clinical and athlete services I would like the marketing professional to take primary responsibility for: * Converting the vision into a strategy * Organizing the marketing process * Suggesting what should be done next * Executing approved campaigns * Conducting outreach * Tracking performance * Recommending adjustments ## Ultimate Goal My goal is not to hire someone for a few isolated projects. I am hoping to find a long-term marketing and business-growth partner who genuinely cares about Prime Physio’s success and wants to grow with the clinic. Initially, the clinic is small and the position may be limited in hours. However, I would like to build a strong working relationship with someone who can gradually take greater ownership of the clinic’s marketing as the business grows. The ideal person will be both strategic and willing to execute. They should be proactive, organized, analytical, comfortable with local outreach, and able to work independently without waiting for detailed instructions for every task. Success should not be evaluated only by followers, likes, or impressions.
