We're building an internal operations platform to automate utility account management for a large real estate portfolio. Today, much of this work is manual. Information about utility accounts exists across multiple systems, and employees spend significant time identifying missing bills, reconciling account data, researching exceptions, and coordinating follow-up work. We're building a system that automates these processes by synchronizing data between our operational system and accounting system, applying business rules to identify exceptions, and presenting actionable work queues and dashboards for our operations team. Examples include: Utility accounts that exist in one system but not another Missing or delayed utility bills Accounts requiring setup or closure based on occupancy changes Autopay and e-bill tracking Operational exceptions that require human review Dashboards, work queues, assignments, notes, and status tracking Our internal product manager owns the business requirements and workflows. Your role is to work closely with them to design and implement the technical solution, not to perform business process discovery. What You'll Do Design and use AI to build the application's backend and frontend. Design a clean, maintainable application architecture. Use AI to build dashboards and workflows that allow operations teams to efficiently manage exceptions. Translate product requirements into production-ready software. Leverage AI development tools (Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as a core part of your workflow to accelerate development. Review, validate, and refine AI-generated code to ensure quality and maintainability. What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced software engineer with strong software engineering fundamentals who embraces AI-assisted development. You should understand how modern software applications are architected, designed, built, and deployed, and be comfortable making sound technical decisions while moving quickly. Experience in many of the following areas is preferred: Full-stack application development Application architecture and system design APIs and system integrations SQL databases and data modeling Authentication and security Cloud-hosted applications Testing and debugging Source control and collaborative development We care much more about engineering judgment, speed of execution, and the ability to effectively leverage AI than expertise in any particular language or framework. Nice to Have Experience building internal business applications or operations platforms Experience working with accounting, ERP, or workflow systems Experience building dashboards and operational tooling To Apply Please include: A brief summary of your experience building business applications. The AI development tools you use regularly (Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.) and how they fit into your workflow. Examples of projects where AI significantly accelerated your development process. Your availability over the next 2–3 months and your expected hourly rate.

EroFlow Intelligence is an enterprise-grade, autonomous AI orchestration pipeline designed to mitigate global supply chain disruptions for aerospace manufacturing. Built using a multi-agent framework, the system automates the entire lifecycle of risk detection, impact analysis, and procurement mitigation without requiring human intervention for standard operational anomalies. The architecture coordinates three specialized, asynchronous AI agents that communicate via a centralized event bus to solve complex logistical bottlenecks in real-time. Core Agent Architecture & Workflow 1. The Sentinel Agent (Data Ingestion & Extraction) Role: Continuous Global Monitoring. Function: Utilizes advanced LLM-driven web scraping and unstructured data extraction to monitor global news feeds, geopolitical shifts, weather anomalies, and shipping port telemetry. Trigger: If it detects a disruption (e.g., a port strike or critical mineral shortage), it extracts key entities (materials affected, estimated delay times) and passes a structured JSON payload to the orchestration layer. 2. The Impact Assessment Agent (Predictive Modeling) Role: Deep Cross-Referencing & Analytics. Function: Upon receiving a trigger, this agent cross-references the disrupted material with the company’s internal ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) database and current inventory levels. Output: It runs a predictive analysis to determine exactly which production lines will stall and calculates the financial risk, assigning a high/medium/low priority score to the event. 3. The Mitigation & Logistics Agent (Autonomous Execution) Role: Operational Resolution. Function: If the risk score exceeds a specific threshold, this agent is authorized to take action. It autonomously queries pre-vetted alternative suppliers via APIs, negotiates standard volume pricing based on historical contract data, drafts a comprehensive procurement proposal, and queues the purchase order for final human sign-off (or executes it automatically if under a certain dollar cap). Technical Stack (The Blueprint) Frameworks: LangGraph / CrewAI (for multi-agent state management and deterministic routing). Core Language: Python 3.11+ Data Layer: PostgreSQL (for ERP syncing) & Pinecone / Qdrant (Vector database for storing and querying supplier contract PDFs and historical compliance documentation). LLM Orchestration: OpenAI GPT-4o / Anthropic Claude 3.5 Sonnet utilized via structured outputs (Pydantic parsing) to ensure strict API data integrity. Hosting & DevOps: Containerized via Docker, orchestrated via Kubernetes, and deployed on AWS with asynchronous task queues managed by Celery and Redis. Quantifiable Business Results (The Hook) 92% Reduction in supply chain anomaly response time (from 48 hours down to 14 minutes). Automated Recovery: Successfully mitigated over 140 potential production line stalls autonomously in simulated stress tests. Cost Efficiency: Saved an estimated $1.2M in expedited shipping fees by predicting bottlenecks 10 days before they impacted manufacturing floors.

We are a small, funded product team taking a live iOS and Android app (React Native) into its most important release. The app is moving from a manual tool to an intelligent, automated daily companion. We are hiring one senior developer to own both the front-end experience and the back-end intelligence layer, and to help us make the key architecture decisions for what comes next. Full product details are shared under NDA. This post is about the bar we need you to clear, so read the application instructions carefully. The One Thing That Matters Most You have personally built and shipped cross-platform mobile apps that real users have in their hands today. Not prototypes, not tutorials, not apps that stalled before launch. We want to see them, use them, and hear exactly what you built. Everything below matters, but nothing matters more than proof that you have taken a mobile app all the way to the App Store and Google Play and kept it running. What You Will Own Front end A polished, animated experience: onboarding flows, sequenced screens, and a completion moment that has to feel premium. We care about craft and detail, not just functional screens. Back end Data modeling, serverless functions, a per-user scheduled notification engine, third-party AI API integration, subscription entitlement logic, and a time-series scoring system. Our current stack runs on Firebase, so you will work in it from day one, but part of your job is to tell us where it should go next. Your first deliverables In your first 1-2 weeks, before heavy building starts, you will: Review our functional spec (FSD) and write the technical spec (TSD) for how you will build it Give us your own build estimate and milestone plan against the October 31, 2026 target. Deliver a written backend recommendation: stay on our current stack, extend it, or migrate. For the backend call, weigh Firebase/Firestore, Postgres (for example Supabase), and other options against our real needs: 10,000+ active users, AI API integration, offline-first sync, reliable push at scale, velocity, and cost. We want an objective read from someone who has shipped on more than one backend, not someone married to a single tool. What You Must Have 3+ years building React Native apps that are live in production on both iOS and Android. Shipped and maintained, not just started. Strong full-stack backend fundamentals: serverless/cloud functions, data modeling, auth, security rules or access control, and API design. Hands-on experience with both a NoSQL database (for example Firestore) and a relational database (Postgres or similar). You should be able to reason about the trade-offs, because you will be advising us on exactly that. Production experience integrating a third-party AI API (Claude, OpenAI, or comparable), including handling latency, cost, and structured output. Proficient in TypeScript. Our codebase is TypeScript. RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management. It is already integrated in our codebase. Push notification infrastructure and scheduled/triggered server logic that runs reliably per user. Clear written English and comfort working async-first over Slack, with GitHub-based code review. Strong Advantage (Not Required) If you have shipped these before, tell us. If not, we expect a strong engineer to pick them up quickly. Firebase at real scale in production: Firestore schema design, Cloud Functions with complex triggers, FCM, and Firebase Auth. UX/UI craft: polished animation work such as SVG stroke animation, radial gradients, and staggered/sequenced motion. Device-native speech-to-text on iOS and Android. Anthropic Claude API specifics: prompt caching, system-prompt engineering, structured output. Experience scaling a consumer or wellness/subscription app to 10,000+ active users. Engagement Time commitment: we expect roughly 20+ hours per week, sustained. This is a real ongoing engagement, not a few hours here and there. Timeline: our v3 release targets October 2026. Expect focused, steady delivery between now and then, with the backend recommendation done in your first few weeks so we can lock the architecture early. Scope: substantial multi-month build with strong potential to continue into v3+ if it is a good fit. We would rather find one reliable partner for the long haul than churn through contractors. Tooling: GitHub, Slack for daily communication, TestFlight for iOS builds. Contract, hourly or fixed-price per sprint. Your preference. Tell us your rate and preferred structure. All builds, schema changes, and deployments are reviewed before release. We commit to a 48-hour feedback turnaround. How to Apply — Read Carefully You must submit a portfolio website or a link to your work before any screening call. Applications without a portfolio link will not be reviewed and will not receive a call. To be considered, include all of the following: A portfolio or work link (required, no exceptions). Applications without one will not be reviewed. One shipped mobile app you are proud of, live on iOS and/or Android, with a store link or video. Tell us specifically what you built. One backend system or serverless function you built. Describe the scale, the data model, and the hardest problem you solved. One example of UI craft or complex interaction, with the visible result (link, video, or GIF). Your one-paragraph read on the backend question: given the needs above, would you stay, extend, or migrate, and why? A confident “it depends, here is how I would decide” is a great answer. A brief note on how you approach scoping and estimating a build like this. We do not expect a number before you have seen the spec, but we want to see how you think about it. Your rate, preferred engagement structure, and realistic start date. How many hours per week you can realistically commit, sustained, between now and an October 31, 2026 v3 target. Be honest. We would rather know your real capacity up front. We respond to every complete application. We are looking for a developer who takes their craft seriously.

Description We're a real estate team in Tampa Bay. We want a private web dashboard that creates our marketing content for us — on-brand, from our own listings and photos — instead of our team making everything by hand. The core idea: a team member logs in, uploads our brand system once (logo, colors, fonts, headshots, example posts we like), and the AI keeps that brand context saved and applies it to everything it generates from then on. What the dashboard generates: Listing lifecycle content — pick one of our listings, upload the photos, get: • Coming Soon / Just Listed / Open House / Price Improvement / Under Contract / Just Sold graphics (Instagram square + story sizes, Facebook) • Listing flyer (PDF) and "Just Listed / Just Sold" postcard PDFs for the print shop • MLS-ready listing descriptions and platform-specific captions (IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn) with hashtag sets Ads — Facebook/Instagram ad creatives (feed, story, carousel) + Google display sizes, with 3–5 ad copy variants (headlines, primary text, descriptions) per listing Short-form video — listing videos for Reels/TikTok built from our photos (motion/slideshow with captions and music), and AI video generation (Higgsfield AI or similar — tell us what you'd use) for lifestyle b-roll and listing teasers; plus reel scripts with hooks for agent talking-head videos Evergreen social — market update graphics, neighborhood spotlight posts, buyer/seller tip carousels, testimonial/review graphics, agent spotlight and just-closed celebration posts — so our feed never goes dark between listings Writing — AI blog drafts we review and publish to our website, just-listed email blasts, open house invite emails, Google Business Profile posts Dashboard features: • Login/logout for our team (a few users) • Brand system upload + management (the AI's saved brand context) • Asset/photo library per listing • Content history — everything generated is saved, re-downloadable, and regeneratable • Content calendar/scheduler — assign generated content to dates, see a "today's post" with reminders, mark as posted (no auto-posting to platforms — we post manually) • Simple and clean UI — this is a daily-use internal tool, not a public site How we want it built: • Next.js 16 (App Router) + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS v4, deployed on Vercel (required — current versions, no pages router) • Supabase for auth, database, and file storage — direct Postgres with Drizzle ORM (do not use Supabase's Data API) • AI image generation (GPT image gen / similar) drives the designs — fed with our brand kit, reference images, and listing context so everything comes out on-brand; LLM APIs (Claude/OpenAI) for all writing • We provide: our full brand assets, our listing data, and examples of the exact style we want — we'll walk you through the details once we start talking You should have: • Shipped recent Next.js (App Router) + TypeScript + Tailwind apps with Supabase (show us 1–2) • Built with AI APIs in a real product — image generation and LLMs (not just chat demos) • Some experience with video generation or programmatic video (bonus, not required) • Clear written English for async updates To apply: start your proposal with the word LIGHTHOUSE, link your most relevant project, and tell us in a few sentences how you'd make AI image generation produce consistently on-brand output from an uploaded brand kit. Applications that skip this are declined.
