We manage marketing for a top-producing luxury real estate brand in Bucks County, PA — $300M+ in career sales, an in-house interior design studio, and a Compass brokerage office. The strategy and budget are in place. We're looking for a specialist who has actually marketed luxury real estate to help execute and sharpen it. The work (10–20 hrs/week to start): Execute campaigns across Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Meta, and YouTube for seller and buyer lead generation — within housing-ad compliance rules Build and optimize listing launch campaigns (each property gets a cinematic premiere) Improve landing pages and funnels for valuation, relocation, and listing-consultation leads Help run the monthly luxury market report and email nurture program Bring proven luxury playbooks: what worked for high-end agents you've supported, and what flopped You must have: 3+ years marketing for real estate agents or brokerages — with at least some of it in the $1M+ luxury segment (be ready to name the markets and show the work) Hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience under Special Ad Category / fair-housing restrictions — you know why zip-code targeting isn't an option and how to win anyway Real examples of seller lead generation (not just Zillow-style buyer leads) Strong taste. Our brand reads like Architectural Digest, not a billboard. If your portfolio is "FREE HOME LIST!" lead forms, this isn't a fit Fluent English, US-hours overlap, and comfort working inside an agency's existing strategy and reporting stack Nice to have: experience with Compass agents or teams; relocation/second-home marketing (we target NYC and Philadelphia buyers); YouTube channel growth for an agent; CRM nurture builds (Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, or similar); CallRail. What this is NOT: a ground-up strategy role (the plan exists), a guaranteed-leads vendor relationship, or a referral-fee arrangement. To apply, answer these — applications that skip them are declined: Name one luxury agent or team you've marketed (or describe the market and price point if under NDA). What channel produced their best seller leads, and what did a signed listing cost to acquire? How do you generate qualified luxury seller leads on Meta given Special Ad Category restrictions? Be specific about audience, creative, and offer. A $2.4M listing launches in 3 weeks. Outline your launch campaign across channels, with rough budget split. What's one widely-used realtor marketing tactic you refuse to run for luxury clients, and why? Your hourly rate and weekly availability.

About DripShop DripShop is a mobile social-commerce platform for trading cards and collectibles — live-stream shopping, instant pack openings, and creator-driven drops. We're growing 30–40% month over month, our buyers convert and repeat at high rates, and we're ready to put real fuel — and real rigor — behind new-user acquisition. What we need We're looking for a hands-on growth/performance marketer to own top-of-funnel acquisition and the measurement behind it. Our funnel below signup is strong: activation and repeat purchase are healthy and improving. The opportunity is twofold — (1) rebuild and scale our signup volume through paid and scalable channels, and (2) stand up clean attribution so we actually know which channels and creators drive new buyers. This is a senior, build-from-scratch role for someone who can run campaigns and trust their own numbers — wired more like an analyst or engineer than a brand marketer. Not a strategy-deck role. DripShop is a mobile-first app, so this is squarely about driving app installs and first purchases across iOS and Android. Scope of work Plan, launch, and optimize paid app-install and conversion campaigns (Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other channels you recommend) across iOS and Android, managing budget to a target cost-per-new-buyer. Audit and rebuild mobile + web acquisition attribution (an MMP like AppsFlyer/Adjust, SKAdNetwork/iOS ATT, GA4, Mixpanel) so every install and signup is traceable to a source. Own app store optimization (ASO) across the App Store and Google Play — metadata, keywords, and store creative that lift install conversion. Build and maintain a weekly acquisition dashboard: spend, installs, signups, CAC, activation — by channel. Partner with our creator team to make creator/affiliate activity measurable and scalable. Run structured experiments on channels, creative, and onboarding to lift installs, signups, and first-purchase conversion. You should have 5–7 years running paid user acquisition for a consumer mobile app (iOS + Android), with real budget ownership. A prior engineering, data science, analytics, or quant role — you think in systems and reason from data, not vibes. Hands-on GA4 + Mixpanel (or similar) and fluency with SQL — you build your own funnels, pull your own data, and trust your own numbers. Deep knowledge of mobile attribution and measurement: MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust/Branch), SKAdNetwork, iOS ATT, deep linking, and SDK-based install tracking. Hands-on app store optimization (ASO) experience across the App Store and Google Play. A track record of lowering CAC or scaling installs efficiently — bring numbers. Who you are Self-starter / entrepreneurial. You operate like a founder: you scope your own work, own the outcome, and don't wait to be told what to measure. AI-native. You use LLMs and automation to do the work of a larger team — analyzing data, generating and iterating creative, and automating reporting. Analytically rigorous. You design clean experiments, separate signal from noise, and can defend every number you put on a dashboard. Nice to have Social commerce, live shopping, collectibles/TCG, or creator/influencer-driven growth experience. CRM/lifecycle familiarity (Customer.io, ManyChat, Klaviyo) — secondary, but useful. To apply, include in your proposal A consumer acquisition program you ran — channel, budget, and the result (CAC, signups, or ROAS). How you'd approach fixing attribution when most signups currently show up as "direct/unknown." Your relevant tool stack (ad platforms + analytics + attribution).

We're a founder-owned, bootstrapped membership company in the RV travel space. For about $50 a year, our members get access to tens of thousands of unique overnight stays at farms, wineries, breweries, and other welcoming hosts across the country. We're up against a much larger, venture-backed competitor, and we win on the things that matter: real human support, genuine host relationships, and a team that actually answers the phone. We're small, we move fast, and the right person here will have an outsized impact. We're looking for a part-time Marketing Director to own our entire marketing function. This is not an ad-buying role. We need someone who sets the strategy, owns execution across every channel, and is personally accountable for moving revenue. Growth is our single biggest priority right now, and this role exists to drive it. The most important thing about you: you close loops. Deadlines get hit. Work comes to me about 90% finished, not as a mess I have to fix. You don't wait to be chased. You move things forward and tell me what's done and what's next. If you need to be managed, this isn't the role. What you'd own: -Email and SMS: lifecycle, campaigns, retention, the whole program -Our website: conversion, content, and keeping it sharp and current -Organic social across the major platforms -Overseeing paid media: you direct the ad buyer or agency and hold them to best practices and performance, but you're not the one running the ads -Brand voice and positioning -The numbers: you own reporting and tell us what's actually working Who you are: -A senior marketer who has run multi-channel programs and actually grown revenue, ideally for a DTC, subscription, or membership brand -Hungry and ambitious, but nimble and hands-on enough for a small company where there's no big team to delegate to -A strong project manager who hits deadlines and keeps vendors and teammates on track -A sharp writer and editor, since you'll shape how we sound -Someone who owns outcomes, not just activity Logistics: -US-based, native English only. You'll own our brand voice for a US audience. -10 to 30 hours a week to start, $30 to $60 an hour depending on experience -Hours and scope grow as revenue grows. We want this to become a bigger role for the right person. -Contractor to start Enthusiasm for RV travel or the outdoors is a nice bonus, but it's not required. We care far more about your marketing experience and your track record. To apply, skip the generic cover letter. Tell me two things: one channel you think a business like ours is probably underusing and why, and one specific thing you'd test in your first 30 days. Start your reply with the word "Roadtrip" so I know you read this all the way through.
