TaxDome Specialist — Audits, Client Support & Workflow Builds (Ongoing) We're a consulting firm that helps accounting and tax practices get the most out of TaxDome — better pipelines, real automation, and teams that actually use the system. We're growing and looking for a TaxDome specialist to join us on an ongoing basis. What you'll do: Run system audits - Review a prospective client's TaxDome account against our 7-point scorecard (pipelines, automations, client experience, team adoption, CRM hygiene, templates, billing) and join or lead 30-minute audit calls with firm owners. Support retainer clients each month - Handle build and edit requests inside client accounts: pipeline changes, automation setup, email/organizer/task templates, and configuration fixes. Track TaxDome releases - Read every TaxDome update and changelog, write a short plain-English summary of what changed, and flag which clients should adopt which features. Host weekly office hours - Lead a recurring live call (video, screen-share) where client staff bring their TaxDome questions and you answer them on the spot. Respond to support requests -Answer client questions via email within our 4-business-hour response window during US business hours. You're a fit if you: Have real, hands-on TaxDome experience — you've built pipelines and automations, not just used the portal as an end user. Experience inside an accounting or tax firm is a big plus. Understand US tax practice workflows (1040s, business returns, organizers, e-signatures, engagement letters) well enough to talk shop with firm owners. Are confident on camera with strong spoken and written English — you'll be client-facing on live calls, not just behind a ticket queue. Are available for a consistent block of US business hours (we're Central time) for office hours and support coverage. Are organized and self-directed — you'll manage multiple client accounts and we'll trust you to keep them straight. Treat confidentiality seriously. You'll have access to accounting firms' client data; an NDA is required and discretion is non-negotiable. Engagement details: Starting at approximately [10–20] hours/week, with room to grow into a larger role as we add retainer clients. Hourly to start, with a 2–4 week paid trial period. Long-term, this could become a fixed monthly arrangement for the right person. You'll work from our playbooks (audit scorecard, SOP templates) — we're not asking you to invent the service, just deliver it excellently. To apply, please include: A short description of the most complex TaxDome workflow or automation you've personally built (what problem it solved, roughly how it worked). How long you've worked in TaxDome and in what context (your own firm, a client's firm, as a consultant). Your availability in US Central time. Start your proposal with the word "PIPELINE" so we know you read the full post. We'll shortlist quickly, do a short video interview, then a paid test task: a mini-audit of a sandbox TaxDome account using our scorecard.

We are a growing company seeking an experienced Presentation Designer / Graphic Designer to create professional, executive-level visuals that support our strategic planning, budgeting, and leadership communications. We are actively implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and need compelling visuals to make our Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO), Rocks, Scorecards, BHAG, core values, financial plans, budgets, strategy roadmaps, and related materials clear, engaging, and actionable for our leadership team, young employees (next-gen leaders), and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: Design polished PDF presentations, one-pagers, infographics, dashboards, timelines, org charts, and data visualizations for company plans, budgets, strategies, and EOS tools. Estimated 10–20 hours for initial test projects. Ongoing Opportunity: Successful candidates can transition to regular or retainer-based support (estimated 5–15 hours per month initially, scaling with needs) for recurring updates to plans, Rocks reviews, L10 meeting materials, leadership scorecards, and new strategy initiatives. We value long-term partnerships with reliable, high-quality collaborators. Requirements & Skills: Proven experience designing executive/corporate presentations, pitch decks, strategy visuals, infographics, and data-heavy materials (McKinsey/consulting-style strongly preferred). Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, professional work for B2B or corporate clients—please include 2–3 relevant examples (strategy decks, financial visuals, one-pagers, or similar). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Suite Excel charts, etc.) is a plus. Excellent understanding of visual communication principles: hierarchy, storytelling, data visualization best practices, accessibility/readability. Strong English communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while incorporating feedback quickly. Ability to handle confidential business information professionally. Bonus: Experience with EOS, strategic planning frameworks and knowledge of sales and selling pipeline. What We Provide: Clear briefs and source content (text, data, rough sketches if needed). Existing brand assets and guidelines. Timely feedback and collaborative approach. Estimated Budget / Hours: Initial test phase: $300–$1,000+ depending on scope (fixed-price preferred for test). Ongoing: Hourly rate preferred ($35–$75/hr range depending on experience and quality) or milestone/fixed-price per deliverable. We are flexible for the right fit. How to Apply: Please submit a proposal that includes: Your hourly rate or project pricing estimate. 2–3 relevant portfolio links or attachments showing executive strategy/presentation work. A short note on your approach to a sample deliverable (e.g., how you would visualize an EOS Scorecard or budget overview). Availability and any questions.

Overview I’m looking for an experienced business strategist to review a collection of existing materials, ideas, drafts, notes, podcast concepts, writing samples, and early business directions, then help me determine the strongest path forward. I am not looking for someone to simply execute a pre-decided idea. I need someone who can evaluate what I already have, identify the strongest opportunity, challenge weak assumptions, and recommend a practical launch plan for an online business that can grow into scalable income. The ideal person has experience with creator businesses, online education, personal brands, YouTube/channel strategy, newsletters, digital products, productized services, podcast/content ecosystems, audience validation, and offer development. What I Need Help With I have several possible directions and existing materials, including written essays, personal development concepts, possible podcast ideas, business notes, creative interests, and early product/service ideas. I need someone to help answer questions like: • What is the strongest business opportunity based on my actual skills, interests, experience, and available time? • What should be tested first? • What should be ignored, delayed, or treated only as a supporting piece? • Is this best built through writing, YouTube, podcasting, newsletter, digital products, services, community, coaching, or some combination? • What audience should I start with? • What problem is commercially strong enough to build around? • What platforms should I use at launch, and what role should each platform play? • Should YouTube be part of the launch strategy now, later, or not at all? • What kind of channel or content brand would make sense if video is recommended? • What first offer, product, or service should be tested? • How do I validate demand before spending months building the wrong thing? Important I do not want a generic motivational business plan, brand mood board, or social media posting calendar. I need someone who can think strategically, evaluate raw material, and create a practical plan based on evidence, market reality, and founder fit. The right person should be comfortable reviewing messy early-stage materials and turning them into a clear recommendation. Possible Areas to Evaluate The project may involve some combination of: • Writing/newsletter strategy • YouTube channel or video brand strategy • Podcast strategy • Digital products, templates, workbooks, or courses • Productized services • Personal brand positioning • Audience research • Offer validation • Content repurposing • Online community or membership potential • Long-term monetization path I am open to the strategist recommending a different path than the one I currently expect, as long as the reasoning is clear. Deliverables For the first phase, I’d like: 1. Review of the materials I provide 2. Assessment of the strongest business directions 3. Clear recommendation of the best path to test first 4. Explanation of why that path is stronger than the alternatives 5. Audience and positioning recommendation 6. Platform strategy, including whether YouTube should be used and how 7. First offer or monetization test recommendation 8. 30/60/90-day launch and validation plan 9. Metrics for deciding whether to continue, pivot, or stop 10. Suggested next hires or tools, if needed Preferred Background Strong candidates may have experience as a: • Creator business strategist • Online business strategist • YouTube/channel strategist • Digital product strategist • Personal brand strategist • Offer development consultant • Productized service consultant • Audience research/validation consultant • Newsletter or content business strategist Experience with creator-led businesses, solopreneurs, consultants, authors, coaches, YouTube channels, newsletters, or digital product businesses is preferred. Budget I am open to either a fixed-price project or hourly work with a capped first milestone. For the first milestone, please propose a diagnostic/audit phase before moving into a full launch plan. To Apply Please answer the following: 1. What is your process for reviewing someone’s raw business ideas and identifying the strongest opportunity? 2. How do you determine founder-market fit or founder-business fit? 3. How do you validate whether an audience or offer has real commercial potential? 4. What role do you think YouTube, newsletters, podcasts, and short-form content should play in a modern online business? 5. Please share examples of creator, expert, service, digital product, YouTube, or newsletter businesses you have helped launch or clarify. 6. What would your first 7–10 days on this project look like? 7. What would you need from me to make a strong recommendation? I am looking for honest strategic judgment, not someone to rubber-stamp my current assumptions.
