About Fern Fern is an eating disorder recovery companion app designed to support people between therapy sessions and throughout everyday recovery. The goal is to provide a simple, supportive place to track meals, emotions, movement, urges, and reflections without feeling overwhelming or overly clinical. Most apps are super clinical or just focus on one element of tracking. Compensation I want to be transparent that this is an early-stage startup and not a large-budget opportunity. Because of that, I am willing to pay around 11 an hour. I am also willing to give compensation from performance-based. The app subscription is $9.99/month. I’m open to discussing additional compensation for content creation depending on experience and involvement. The expected content volume is 3 videos per week, for a total of 13 videos per month. Based on this structure, the monthly compensation would be USD 650. In addition to the fixed video rate, the creator may be eligible for a monthly performance bonus based on accumulated organic views. Views are counted during the first 30 days after each video is published. The bonus is calculated monthly based on the total organic views generated by the creator’s approved videos during that period. Paid views, boosted views, or views generated through paid advertising campaigns will not count toward the performance bonus.
