I’m looking for somebody with experience customizing the Boomtown CRM lead platform for various lead types. I want it to primarily be built for my Real Estate business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems and lead management processes. The goal is to enhance the platform's functionality to better manage and track real estate leads effectively. I prefer someone who has specific experience with BOOMTOWN CRM. Although my posting makes a referenvce to ZOHO I am not using ZOHO in anyway and I have no idea why it mentions it. I also want to use a program like RANKGPT to create 30 blog posts a month I can use or customize for my website homebymaier.com I also post real estate and mortgage videos on the site and I do the back end work for SEOetc myself on the wordpress site that BOOMTOWN provides me. I was using RANKGPT and it was awesome for blog posts but they were supposed to create citation for me on the mortgage and real estate aspects of my business to increase AI searchability, but they failed to even start that part of the contract so when I complained they cancelled my contract and refunded my money. I have been usine writesonic for blogs and bright local for citations but write sonice requires too much input for me and i want a system I can use thats more autopilot for blogs. you can see what I mean on my website, the first 20 blogs were rankgpt thats it for now....................

Hi, I'm Matt. I run Honest Aux, a social media marketing agency in Montana. We shoot reels, shorts, and long-form content for local businesses. Real people, real stories, no AI-generated fluff. Over the past three years, that approach has helped our clients rack up tens of millions of organic views. It works because it's genuine, and the businesses we partner with can feel the difference. Right now I do everything: filming, strategy, sales, closing. I need someone to take the front end of that sales process off my plate. --- What the job actually is: You'll call local businesses from a provided list using Quo, have real conversations with owners, figure out if there's a fit, and book discovery calls on my Google Calendar via Google Meet. That's it. I handle everything after the call. This is not a VA role. It's not a research role. It's a phone role. --- What you'll do on each call The goal isn't to pitch hard, it's to have a real conversation. On each call you're trying to figure out: 1. Do they actually need what we offer? (We don't want to book meetings with bad fits.) 2. Can they afford it? Basic pricing qualification, no pressure, just feel it out. 3. Are they interested? Gauge it honestly and let it guide whether you push for a meeting. You'll also be able to speak to what Honest Aux has done for other businesses, real results, real clients, so you can back up the conversation with something concrete when it helps. If there's genuine interest and fit, you book the meeting. If not, you log the outcome and move on. --- Day-to-day tasks - Call businesses from a provided Google Sheets list in Quo - Reach the owner or whoever handles marketing decisions - Have a natural, low-pressure conversation about what we do and whether it might be a fit - Handle basic objections: not as a script, just as a conversation - Book qualified meetings on my Google Calendar (Google Meet) - Send follow-up emails using provided templates - Log all call outcomes in Excel with color-coded disposition (we have a simple system for this) --- What I'm looking for The tone of these calls needs to match the market. Western Montana is a small-town, word-of-mouth environment. Business owners here can smell a slick sales call from a mile away and hang up. What works is sounding like a real person having a real conversation, not reading a script, not rushing through a pitch, not hammering objections. You can hear some call examples in the attached calls You should be: - Experienced in cold calling or appointment setting - Comfortable talking to small business owners, not intimidated, not over-the-top - A good listener (this matters more than a good talker for this role) - Reliable and consistent. I need someone who shows up and makes the calls - Available during Mountain Time business hours - A native English speaker with a neutral accent and an approachable phone presence --- The process right now: The calling side of things is still getting dialed in. I have a reference script and a process, but I expect it to evolve in the first few weeks based on what you're hearing. I don't need perfection on day one. I need someone who can communicate clearly, flag what's working and what isn't, and help tighten the system as we go. --- Pay: - $25-$30 per hour base - $25 per qualified meeting booked - $200 bonus per closed deal (average is 1–2 per month) This is performance-based. Strong callers who book consistently will earn well for the hours worked. Commission can increase for higher qualified meetings --- Hours Starting at 5–10 hours per week. Room to grow based on results. --- Our market: Primarily Western Montana right now; Missoula, the Bitterroot Valley, Kalispell, Whitefish. We're building toward national expansion, but the core book of business is local and relationship-driven. --- To apply Tell me about a specific cold calling or appointment setting campaign you've personally worked on: - What industry - What you were selling or offering - Who you were calling - What your average booking rate was Don't skip this. Applications without it won't be considered.

What We're Looking For You have experience owning Meta campaigns from strategy through optimization—not just one piece of the process. Ideal qualifications include: - Proven success managing Meta Ads for local lead generation. - Experience with contractor or home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.) is highly preferred. - Strong portfolio of Meta ad creatives (images and videos). - Deep understanding of direct-response marketing and conversion-focused creative. - Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and reporting. - Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and conversion tracking. - Ability to analyze campaign data and quickly translate insights into stronger creative and better results. - Comfortable incorporating AI tools into your daily workflow to improve efficiency and output. - Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills. You don't simply report on campaign performance—you identify opportunities, test new ideas, and continuously improve results. You understand that great Meta advertising comes from the combination of strong creative and smart optimization, and you enjoy owning both.

We are Bowlful a new fresh bowl concept coming to the SODO district of Orlando. We we are aiming to open our doors in October/November 2026. Our BlazeAI account is already set up, connected to all our social channels, and has our branding loaded. Now, we need an expert to activate it. The Goal: We need to start a weekly "Coming Soon" campaign (1 post per landing page week) to tease our arrival and build anticipation in the local market. We want to keep our exact address a mystery until our sign is installed in approximately 60 days. Your Mission: You will be the pilot of our BlazeAI platform. Your primary task is to set up, manage, and fine-tune a 5-month campaign that generates a weekly post. You will use the AI to create content that: Teases our arrival in the SODO area. Highlights our "fresh" concept. Drives our audience to our website for a "sneak peek." Directs the AI to adapt the message as we progress (e.g., sharing pictures of construction, the sign installation, and other milestones). We want to start with one post per week, but as we get closer to opening, we plan to increase the frequency. What We're Looking For: We need a BlazeAI power user. Not just someone who can post, but someone who understands how to train the AI to produce exactly the right tone and content strategy. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Setup: Configure the initial "Coming Soon" campaign within BlazeAI, setting the right goals, topics, and output formats for our brand. Content Direction: Provide ongoing, creative direction to the AI so each weekly post feels fresh, mysterious, and engaging. Quality Control: Review and approve all content generated by the AI before it goes live. Weekly Review: Hop on a 30-minute Sunday call with me to review the upcoming week's posts and discuss any necessary adjustments to the campaign strategy. Performance Analysis: Monitor basic analytics to see what's working and adjust the AI's direction accordingly. Expert-level proficiency with BlazeAI. Strong understanding of AI content generation and prompt engineering within the Blaze ecosystem. Experience managing social media campaigns, especially for local businesses or restaurants. Excellent communication skills for our weekly strategy calls. This is 1-2 hours total a week as the content will generate based on your input and depending how well you lead the AI it will become more and more efficient and require less tweaks. I will review the content on Saturday send over anything I see that I would like adjusted etc. Then our call on Sunday should be very short just to ensure we are on the same page. Long term could be a long term weekly campaign management and grow with our hot start up. As we get closer to the opening we will have many other strategies to employ and the role will expand for the right person as well as the compensation.

I’m a pre-seed founder building NOLIE, a consumer safety infrastructure platform under my parent company Known Universe, a public benefit corporation focused on public health research and disease prevention. I need a financial model built to support a $2M to $2.5M pre-seed raise targeting angel investors, grant bodies, and strategic partners. The model should cover 3 years with three scenarios — conservative, base, and optimistic. Revenue comes from two sides of the business: B2B — licensing and data access fees from brands and retailers, research institutions, universities, labs, pharmaceutical companies, government agencies including FDA, CDC, EPA, CPSC, NIH, and state and local health departments, and health systems and hospitals. Each stakeholder pays for access to a different layer of our infrastructure and data. B2C — hardware sales from a consumer wearable device. The core platform is free to consumers. The wearable is an optional premium purchase. The model also needs a clean cost structure, monthly burn rate, runway calculation, key metrics dashboard, and a use of funds summary showing where every dollar of the raise goes. I already have a detailed budget with line items so the cost side is largely built — I need help structuring it into a proper financial model with documented assumptions that can be defended in investor meetings. The right person for this has built financial models for pre-seed infrastructure, health tech, or AI companies and understands B2B licensing and data revenue models. This is not a SaaS business. Please share examples of similar models you have built. NDA is required!
