We are building a next-generation workflow automation platform that combines deterministic business rules, artificial intelligence, document intelligence, and human review workflows into a single operating system. This is not a traditional CRM project. Our vision is to develop a doctrine-driven platform where business rules serve as the system authority, AI serves as an analytical and drafting layer, and human reviewers serve as the final compliance checkpoint. We are seeking an experienced engineer or engineering partner who can help architect and build the platform from the ground up. Project Objectives The platform will: • Ingest and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured documents • Extract data from reports, PDFs, and supporting documentation • Apply rule-based workflow logic • Generate AI-assisted recommendations and draft outputs • Maintain complete audit trails and workflow transparency • Route work through human review checkpoints • Support future deployment of local AI infrastructure for privacy and performance Core Architecture The system will be built around four primary layers: 1. Rules Engine * Deterministic business logic * Workflow orchestration * State management * Trigger and escalation logic * Audit tracking 2. AI Layer * Document analysis * Classification * Pattern detection * Summarization * Draft generation * Structured outputs 3. Local Processing Layer * OCR * Document parsing * Data extraction * Vector search * Local inference capabilities * Privacy-first processing 4. The Boston Foundation, one of the nation's oldest and largest community foundations, is looking for a senior, independent Salesforce / Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) Architect for a focused, fractional engagement. We're at an inflection point on our marketing operations and communications strategy. The work here will inform our Pardot configuration but also our 2-3 year roadmap, including an honest recommendation on whether Pardot remains the right long-term tool for us. THE ROLE We're looking for an architect and mentor, not a hands-on configurator. Our internal team will own the build and the environment after you exit. Your role is to architect, produce documented blueprints, and coach the team through implementation. SCOPE Three phases over 8-12 weeks, roughly 50-70 total hours. Phase 1, Discovery & Audit (15-20 hours): Salesforce/Pardot connector audit, automation rule mapping, data discrepancies, and a written platform fit recommendation. Phase 2, Architecture & Blueprinting (15-20 hours): A simplified attribute data model and a documented endpoint specification for subscription and preference management that an external website front end will consume. Phase 3, Implementation Oversight (20-30 hours): Weekly working sessions coaching the internal team through configuration changes. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant (the legacy Pardot Consultant credential is fine). - Strong written deliverables: blueprints, API specs, data models. Not just verbal guidance. - A mentor disposition. The team you're coaching will own the system long after you're gone. - Enough breadth across the marketing automation landscape to give us an honest comparative read on platform fit, not just a Pardot defense. - Comfortable using AI tools in your own workflow and transparent about how you use them. We assume good practitioners are using AI to work faster and better, and we'd rather hear how you're doing it (and coach us on it where relevant). - Nonprofit Salesforce experience preferred. DETAILS Target start: June 2026. Working sessions: Remote, US business hours. Rate is open to discussion within the posted range based on experience. This is an invite-only posting. We are evaluating final few candidates.

Description We are a US-based software company that already runs AI coding agents in daily engineering work. We are looking for a senior agentic development expert to help us push further. This is a specialist engagement, not an entry-level or generalist AI role. We want someone who has done this for real teams shipping production code and can go deep quickly. The engagement starts with a focused review of how we use agents today and where they can safely take on more, followed by a practical plan we can act on. Specifics are shared under NDA once we shortlist. You are a strong fit if you: - Have designed and rolled out agentic development workflows for a production engineering team, with results you can point to - Know Claude Code at an expert level: harness setup, context management, custom skills and slash commands, subagents, hooks, and MCP - Have integrated agents into an existing codebase and CI, including automated review and guardrails - Can advise on running agents securely around proprietary code and secrets - Can assess a team's current setup and turn it into concrete, sequenced steps This is probably not the right fit if: - Your experience is mostly personal projects, tutorials, or casual use of AI chat tools - You have used AI coding tools but have not set up team-level workflows or guardrails - You are a generalist looking to branch into AI Nice to have: - Python backend and web application experience - Experience with automated, agent-driven code review and test workflows Engagement: - Remote, expert-level rate - Short initial engagement with potential to extend - Some availability for scheduled, recorded calls - NDA required before we share specifics To apply (proposals without these will not be considered): - A specific example of an agentic development setup you built for a team, what you designed, and the outcome - The AI coding agents you have worked with and the depth of that work - Links to anything that shows your work (skills or agent configs, writeups, repos, demos), if you can share them

I’m looking for an AI Engineer to help build an automated red-teaming product based on open-source models. This is a short-term, hands-on project for around 2 months, with an expected commitment of about 20 hours per week. The goal is to build a specialized red-teaming engine that can generate adversarial prompts across different risk domains, severity levels, and attack strategies — then automatically run those prompts against target AI models to identify bad cases, failure patterns, and safety gaps. 🔍 What you’ll work on Build red-teaming systems on top of open-source LLMs, including fine-tuning, prompt optimization, evaluation pipelines, and model orchestration. Design automated prompt generation workflows across risk domains such as self-harm, hate, violence, sexual safety, misinformation, fraud, cyber, and other high-risk areas. Generate prompts across different harm levels, from benign edge cases to policy-borderline and clearly unsafe scenarios, while maintaining structured taxonomies and evaluation criteria. Run automated tests against target models such as Gemma, Llama, Qwen, or other open-source / closed-source models to surface jailbreak patterns, over-refusal, under-refusal, and policy inconsistencies. Build feedback loops that turn model failures into stronger red-team prompts, improved eval sets, remediation recommendations, and continuous safety testing. 🧠 What I’m looking for Hands-on experience with open-source LLMs, fine-tuning, LoRA / QLoRA, RAG, model evaluation, and LLM inference pipelines. Familiarity with AI safety, red teaming, adversarial prompting, jailbreaks, safety evals, or trust & safety systems. Ability to build end-to-end systems, including data pipelines, model serving, eval harnesses, scoring, dashboards, and automation workflows. Bonus if you’ve worked on model safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, agentic testing, or automated eval infrastructure. ⏳ Project setup Duration: around 2 months Time commitment: about 20 hours per week Format: flexible / remote-friendly Stage: early-stage build, from 0 to 1 🚀 Why this is interesting This is not about manually writing red-team prompts one by one. The goal is to build a scalable system that can continuously generate, test, categorize, and learn from model failures — helping teams understand where AI models break, why they break, and how to improve them. If you enjoy working with open-source models, AI safety, red teaming, and fast 0-to-1 product building, I’d love to chat. Feel free to DM me if this sounds like you, or if you know someone who might be a good fit.
