Job Description Project Overview We have a fully code-complete Micro-SaaS platform called BounceBack SMS. The app is an automated missed-call text-back and lead recovery system built using Next.js 15, Tailwind CSS, Twilio API, and Supabase. The repository is isolated, structured, and securely hosted in a private GitHub repository. We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack/DevOps Engineer to handle the production deployment, configure live API pipelines, manage database environment mapping, and ensure the entire setup runs on a frictionless, automated continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) framework. Scope of Work (Key Deliverables) 1. Infrastructure Mapping & Production Deployment Deploy the Next.js 15 frontend/backend application from our private GitHub repository to production hosting (Vercel/Render). Map and connect production environment variables, database schemas, and connection strings to our live database instance (Supabase/PostgreSQL). Configure a permanent automated CI/CD pipeline (e.g., GitHub Actions or Vercel integration) ensuring any future push to the main branch automatically rebuilds and deploys the app flawlessly. 2. Twilio API & A2P 10DLC Compliance Configuration Connect and secure our live Twilio API gateways within the backend architecture. Audit and verify that our messaging endpoints cleanly support incoming webhooks for missed-call detection. Crucial Milestone: Assist and audit our US A2P 10DLC Campaign Registration via Twilio to ensure 100% carrier delivery compliance (Privacy Policy and Terms pages are already live and coded in the repo). 3. Live Stripe Billing Integration Transition our checkout environment variables from Stripe Sandbox/Test Mode into Live Production Mode. Wire up our exact pricing architecture: $0 Setup Fee, 100 Free Leads Usage Trial, transitioning into a flat $19.99/Month Recurring Subscription. Ensure Stripe webhooks are completely listening to successfully provision, pause, or update customer account access tiers inside our database based on subscription state. 4. Handover & Bulletproof Documentation Provide a brief, plaintext .txt or .md technical handover file outlining the deployed environment structure, a list of active API webhooks, and step-by-step instructions for simple environment variable updates. Required Tech Stack Expertise Frameworks: Next.js 15 (App Router), React, Tailwind CSS Database: Supabase / PostgreSQL (Schema sync, migrations, security policies) APIs: Twilio SMS Gateway (Webhook architecture, A2P 10DLC registration compliance) Payment Rail: Stripe Billing API (Usage-based trials, recurring webhooks) DevOps/Version Control: Git, Private GitHub Repositories, Vercel/Render, CI/CD automation Preferred Qualifications Proven track record deploying independent Micro-SaaS or automation applications. Deep familiarity with strict US telecom carrier A2P SMS delivery guidelines to prevent messaging blocking or spam flags. Obsession with clean environment variable separation—absolutely no hardcoded credentials. Excellent technical communication skills and availability to run live end-to-end integration testing before final milestone sign-off. 🎯 Candidate Screening Questions (Include on Upwork) 1. Briefly describe your experience configuring Twilio webhooks and handling the US A2P 10DLC registration process to ensure high carrier delivery rates. 2. How would you configure Stripe to trigger a recurring $19.99/mo flat-rate subscription specifically after a user consumes exactly 100 free database actions/leads? 3. Confirm that you are comfortable working out of a private GitHub repository and setting up an automated CI/CD pipeline so I never have to manually pay for developer redeployments.

PR / Media & Brand Growth Strategist — Spiritual Author & Coach I'm the author of Unlearning Myself: A Journey Back to Inner Wisdom and Peace (published June 2026), a spiritual memoir. I also run a coaching practice focused on truly committed clients and am building toward paid speaking engagements. Aside from my book I regularly write on Substack (The Unlearning) I'm looking for someone to help me grow visibility for the book and the brand behind it — Unlearning Myself — across both traditional and non-traditional media, with the end goal of driving awareness that feeds three connected things: book sales, coaching inquiries, and speaking opportunities. What I'm looking for help with: Pitching podcast guest spots (spiritual, personal growth, men's, and the right mainstream shows) Traditional media outreach — press, radio, print, relevant journalists and producers Identifying and pitching book clubs. Securing real reviews and features (trade press, influencer/creator outreach, relevant newsletters) General strategic thinking on where my specific audience already gathers, and how to reach them authentically. We can talk about my insights on my audience. For new think non-religious spirituality with some overlap into personal growth and psychology. What matters to me in how this is done: I care more about the right audience than a big audience — this is not a numbers game I want outreach that reflects the actual voice and substance of the work, not generic pitch templates I'm looking for someone who will bring me their thinking and push back when they see a better way, not just execute tasks. About the book and brand: The core idea is remembrance, not self-improvement — that people were never actually lost, and healing is a process of recognizing what's already true rather than fixing what's broken. If that resonates with you, or you've worked with authors/speakers in the spiritual, recovery, or personal development space before, I'd love to hear from you. Please include in your application: relevant experience pitching media or podcasts (especially in adjacent spaces), any placements or wins you're proud of, and a sense of how you'd approach the first 30 days. If after corresponding we feel like a good fit I'll wan tto Zoom with you. Also, be clear about your fee so we don't waste time with each other. No promises but I'd love nothing more than for you to become a long term team member.

Here’s what I’m doing: I’m looking to make our lead research process better and get it fully automated. Here’s the process as it stands now: 1. We start with a list of companies and their websites. 2. For each one: scrape their site for shipping facility locations — warehouses, DCs, manufacturing plants. Check their locations/facilities pages and their careers page. Job postings for warehouse, forklift, shipping & receiving, production roles confirm an active facility and usually give the address. Careers pages are inconsistent — some are static HTML, some run through Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or other ATS platforms that don’t always let scrapers in. I need someone who’s dealt with that before and knows how to handle it, not just scrape the easy ones and skip the rest. 3. Identify contacts matching these titles: Transportation Manager, Director of Transportation, Logistics Manager, Director of Logistics, Traffic Manager, Senior Transportation Manager, Senior Logistics Manager, Logistics Sourcing Manager, Logistics Procurement Manager, Transportation Procurement Manager, Transportation Sourcing Manager. 4. Score every contact for whether they’re actually still there — not just whether they show up in a database. Apollo and ZoomInfo are full of people who left or retired years ago but still show as active. The scorecard has to catch that before it goes any further. 5. Enrich the contacts that pass: email and phone. Phones: enriched numbers are usually garbage with no way to verify them. Scrape the company website for the corporate number instead. No 800 numbers — those are dead-end customer service lines. I want a local number so I can call and ask whether the person is still there. I know distinguishing a corporate number from an 800 number on a scraped page isn’t always straightforward — some sites only list the 800 number, some bury the local number in a footer or contact page. Tell me how you’d approach that. Emails: fine as-is — enrich, run through NeverBounce. Non-negotiable: every contact comes out with a score and the specific reason behind it. No black box. I need to see why someone scored high and why someone else scored low. End state: I drop in the list, it runs, output comes back scored and enriched with facility locations attached. Fully automated, repeatable.

We're building a data-driven platform in the beauty/cosmetics space. We've already collected a very large volume of scraped product and brand data, and it's messy - inconsistent formats, duplicates, missing fields, mixed languages, and unreliable values. Your job is to turn that raw data into something clean and reliable, and to build the web application on top of it. This is not a quick gig. We're looking for someone to stay with us for roughly a year and grow with the product. What you'll be doing Building and maintaining a Next.js (App Router) front end and back end Designing and managing our Supabase setup (Postgres schema, RLS policies, auth, storage, edge functions) Cleaning, normalizing, and deduplicating large beauty datasets (this is a major part of the role) Building data pipelines to process and validate incoming scraped data Writing transformation/normalization logic (units, brand names, categories, ingredients, pricing, etc.) Setting up data-quality checks and monitoring Iterating on features with us as the product evolves You should have Strong production experience with Next.js and Supabase (please point to specific projects) Solid SQL/Postgres skills - not just ORMs Real experience cleaning and normalizing large, messy datasets (Python/pandas or similar is a plus) Comfort working with scraped data and all the inconsistencies it brings Good written English and reliable communication Ability to work independently and own your part of the product Nice to have Experience in e-commerce, catalog, or product-data projects Familiarity with data pipelines / ETL tooling Some ML/NLP experience for entity matching or text cleanup Budget We expect this to run around $4,000–$5,000 USD per month depending on experience and hours. This is a long-term commitment, so stability and quality matter more to us than the lowest rate. To apply, please include: Similar past work - links or short descriptions of Next.js + Supabase projects, and at least one data-cleaning/normalization project you've done. Your time zone and your typical available hours - we need to know there's reasonable overlap. Your expected monthly budget within the range above (or your rate if hourly). Applications that don't address all three points will not be considered. A short note on how you'd approach cleaning messy beauty product data is a big plus. We read every proposal carefully and respond quickly to strong candidates. Looking forward to working with you.

I am working on a system using AI to review and respond on Google Drive (Shared Drive) folders of PDF's. Using Gemini as a POC I get responses that sometimes reach outside of my specified folders of content, but sometimes, some PDF files are ignored too. Also, when the response to a prompt come back, the sources are linked. However, the links only bring up the first page of the PDF file wherein the linked source material is, AND NOT THE pdf PAGE of the specific info. I need to have the AI (Gemini, Grok, etc.,) be used to query just.... but all, of the PDF files, within a set of folders in Google Drive (Shared Drive), and to respond with linked content. Said links must open to the PDF PAGE, not just the PDF which houses the specific info. In short, I think I need a viewer, but someone who has experience working with AI and PDF's will likely know the issue I am running into. In the end my system will have a UI attached, so there is a lot of possible side work on this project. First I need to build a better POC. For instance, if I open ONE of the PDF files in Google Drive, I can prompt on that file, and the correct PDF page does come up in the viewer, (While no other files are considered for the queried content.) But when I give Gemini many source PDF's or a folder of PDF's, the links only go to the first page pf the PDF with the information used as the sourcwe.

We are building an early-stage real estate data platform that collects, cleans, enriches, and serves public-record and legal-notice data for real estate investors and professionals. This is not a greenfield build. We already have an existing backend repo with API routes, database models, migrations, scraping workers, tests, Docker configuration, and cloud deployment pieces. We need a strong backend engineer who can step into the existing system, understand what is working, identify what is risky, and help us get the backend stable enough for launch. The right person is practical, scrappy, and comfortable working in a startup environment where the goal is not perfection. The goal is to find the highest-leverage path to a reliable product. The platform involves: -Public-record and legal-notice data -Property data enrichment -API endpoints used by a frontend application -Data quality, reliability, and launch-readiness Current Backend Stack The backend is built primarily in Python and includes: -FastAPI -SQLAlchemy and Alembic -Postgres / Google Cloud SQL -MongoDB helper/caching layer -Scraping and ETL pipeline for public-record and legal-notice data -Playwright/Patchright-based scraping -reCAPTCHA-aware scraping workflows -LLM-based data extraction / AI-assisted parsing of unstructured notice data -Pydantic models -Google Cloud integrations: Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, Pub/Sub, Secret Manager, Cloud Storage, Artifact Registry -Docker -Pulumi infrastructure-as-code -GitHub Actions CI/CD -pytest, Ruff, uv You do not need to be world-class in every tool listed above, but you should be strong enough in Python backend systems, scraping/data pipelines, and cloud deployment to quickly understand the architecture and make sound technical decisions. What We Need Help With We need someone who can: -Review and understand the current backend architecture -Stabilize and improve the scraping / ETL pipeline for public-record and legal-notice data -Make sure public-record and legal-notice data is collected, parsed, stored, and served correctly -Improve backend APIs used by the frontend -Improve data quality checks for incomplete, missing, or inconsistent property records -Build and maintain property enrichment workflows using external data sources -Help design database models for richer property history and event tracking -Improve LLM-assisted parsing of unstructured legal notice data where appropriate -Debug deployment, CI/CD, Cloud Run, and infrastructure issues -Improve logging, error handling, monitoring, and observability -Strengthen test coverage where it matters -Help document the backend so future developers can contribute -Coordinate with our frontend developer to support product launch -Help prioritize backend work based on launch impact, data reliability, and technical risk Who This Is For You are likely a strong fit if you: -Like working inside existing codebases -Can diagnose messy systems without needing everything rewritten -Think in practical tradeoffs, not just ideal architecture -Are comfortable with incomplete documentation -Have experience with scraping/ETL workflows and unstructured data extraction -Can explain technical risks clearly to a non-technical founder -Prefer shipping useful improvements over debating perfect abstractions -Are willing to own outcomes, not just complete assigned tickets Who This Is Not For This is probably not the right fit if you: -Only want clean, fully documented codebases -Prefer to rebuild from scratch by default -Need enterprise-level process before making progress -Are an agency sending rotating developers -Only want tightly defined tickets with no ambiguity -Are uncomfortable with scraping, data quality, or production debugging Hiring Process We want to keep the hiring process practical and focused on real work. 1. Initial Screening We will review your proposal, background, and screening question responses. 2. Real-World Technical Scenario Strong candidates may be asked to respond to a specific backend issue from our current roadmap. We are looking for how you think, what tradeoffs you notice, and how clearly you communicate. 3. Paid Finalist Review A small number of finalists may be invited to complete a paid review of the existing backend codebase before any larger implementation work begins. Budget / Working Style We are an early-stage company and are looking for a practical, startup-minded developer. This is a paid contract role, but we are not looking for enterprise-agency rates. We value clear communication, efficient execution, and someone who can help us prioritize the highest-leverage backend work first. The first paid technical review may be structured as a fixed-price milestone. Continued implementation work may be hourly or milestone-based depending on fit. Long-Term Opportunity Our goal is to find someone who can become a long-term backend partner for the product, not just complete isolated tickets. For the right person, there may be an opportunity to grow into a technical lead / backend ownership role with additional upside tied to company performance. We are looking for someone who wants to help take a real product to market, but the initial engagement will be paid, scoped clearly, and focused on proving mutual fit.

YouTube Growth Specialist We’re looking for a YouTube know-it-all…someone who lives and breathes the platform and knows exactly how to grow a channel. You’ll own the strategy and the day-to-day mechanics of how, when, and where we post, and you’ll bring strong opinions on the content itself. If you obsess over watch time, thumbnails, and the algorithm, this is for you. What you’ll do - Own our YouTube growth strategy — turn views and subscribers into a repeatable, measurable system. - Define how and when we post: publishing cadence, formats (long-form, Shorts), and the best times to go live. - Optimize every upload for discovery — titles, descriptions, the right tags and keywords, chapters, and end screens. - Craft thumbnails and packaging that earn the click, and test variations to see what works. - Give real input on content — topics, hooks, structure, and what will actually perform with our audience. - Track performance in YouTube Analytics and translate the numbers into clear next steps. - Stay on top of algorithm changes, trends, and what’s working for other channels in our space. What we’re looking for - Proven track record growing a YouTube channel (please share channels you’ve worked on). - Deep knowledge of YouTube SEO, tags, metadata, and how the algorithm surfaces content. - A sharp eye for thumbnails, titles, and packaging — and the data habit to back up your calls. - Comfort with YouTube Studio and analytics; you make decisions based on retention and CTR, not guesswork. - Strong content instincts and the confidence to push ideas, not just execute them. Bonus: basic video editing, scripting, or experience with Shorts. How to apply Send a short note on a channel you helped grow — what you did and the results — along with your resume

Overview SolisRx is a healthcare analytics consultancy embedded inside the operational core of mid-market infusion providers and specialty pharmacies. We sell monthly engagement retainers and deliver fractional teams across data engineering, decision analytics, and revenue cycle intelligence. Our clients run tens to hundreds of millions in annual revenue. Our recommendations move it. We are hiring a Principal Healthcare Analytics & AI Consultant to own client engagements end to end, from stakeholder discovery through delivery, expansion, and long-term account health. This is the senior IC seat in our delivery org. You will operate as the most senior voice in the room with clients, with direct access to the founder and direct authority to direct engineering resources. The bar for this role is high. The compensation reflects it. The trajectory is uncapped. What You Will Own Stakeholder discovery. Run scoped interviews with C-suite leaders at infusion centers and specialty pharmacies (COOs, CFOs, Heads of Operations, and occasionally medical directors). Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical problems. Produce decision-ready specs without supervision. End-to-end delivery. Architect and build dashboards, semantic models, and pipelines yourself across Power BI, SQL, and the Microsoft Fabric stack. You write the DAX, model the fact-and-dimension tables, validate against source. You do not hand off and supervise. Engineering leverage. Direct offshore engineering resources to scale your output. Write the spec. Run the QA. Own the outcome, and the bug. Executive presentation. Present findings to client executives without a Principal in the room filtering your work. Numeric, specific, recommendation-led. Account expansion. Identify scope-expansion opportunities within your account: new analytics workstreams, additional service lines, deeper RCM integration. Surface them to the founder with a clear business case. Help close them. Delivery system design. Beyond your own account, contribute to SolisRx's delivery operating model, sprint structure, QA standards, ticketing discipline, documentation conventions. We are still building the firm; senior ICs help shape it. This is a hybrid consulting and technical delivery role inside a healthcare-specific operating context. The work is roughly 70–80% data and BI craft: dashboards, modeling, pipelines, advanced intelligence & executive translation, and 20–30% healthcare domain fluency around revenue cycle, claims, prior auth, and infusion-specific operational realities. You will be the senior voice in the room for your account from week one. What We Are Looking For We screen on three dimensions: track record, technical fluency, and operating temperament. All three are required. Track record 8 to 13 years of progressive experience in BI, analytics, or data consulting Consulting background at a pharma or RCM analytics firm: ZS, Axtria, Beghou, IQVIA, MathCo, Trinity, Huron, Chartis, L.E.K. Healthcare, or Big 4, boutique, or independent. Senior IC role at a healthcare data startup or product company also a strong fit Current or recent title at the level of Decision Analytics Manager, Senior Manager, Associate Director, Principal, Staff, Architect, or Lead. If you are on the cusp of a pure people-management promotion and want a different path, we want to talk Demonstrable record of shipping engagements that drove client P&L outcomes, not just deliverables that "went well" internally Real client-facing experience: discovery with COOs and CFOs, executive presentations with no Principal filter in the room, managing stakeholders who disagree with each other Technical fluency Deep hands-on skill in Power BI or Tableau at a level where you have built things people thought were impossible. You know DAX or LOD expressions cold Strong SQL: CTEs, window functions, performance tuning, comfort debugging codebases you didn't write Experience shipping production ML use cases: classification, regression, or unsupervised, that drove clear business value. Not Kaggle notebooks. Real models that informed real decisions Comfort with the modern data stack, exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, or equivalents. Conceptual fluency in medallion architecture and lakehouse design Active, hands-on use of AI tools in your workflow. Claude, Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT. You have shipped work using agentic frameworks, function calling, tool use, or RAG done properly, or you are itching to. Bias toward "Claude-pilled" curiosity. Operating temperament Recommendation-led, not options-led. You do not surface choices without a point of view First-principles problem structurer. Comfortable in ambiguity, undeterred by missing information, capable of converging on a defensible answer Comfort directing engineers and unblocking them, not just handing off specs Strong written and verbal communication. You write with precision, speak with confidence, and do neither at unnecessary length High-velocity executor. You self-impose deadlines and hold them. You flag slippage before it happens, not after Strong pluses Healthcare, specialty pharmacy, infusion, or RCM domain experience. If you have done commercial analytics, patient services, claims, prior auth, or benefits investigation work, we want to talk. Not required if you have led complex analytics engagements in other regulated industries Familiarity with 837/835, HL7, FHIR, X12, NCPDP etc. Previous Forward Deployed Engineer or embedded consultant experience inside a product company Prior tenure inside a high-bar environment: top consulting (MBB, ZS, IQVIA), top tech (FAANG analytics, frontier AI labs), or a venture-backed analytics startup What This Is Not This is not a back-office developer role. It is not a dashboard factory role This is not a pure people-management track. We are hiring a senior IC, not a manager-of-managers. If you are looking to step out of building, this is the wrong seat This is not a 9-to-5, but also not ibanking. We run on US Eastern hours and Client deadlines and urgency are real. The work will fluctuate but expect an average of 45-55 hrs/week. This is not a role with a 6-month ramp. You should be productive on a live account within your first two weeks This is not a domain-agnostic analytics role. You will be steeped in healthcare data, claims, eligibility, referrals, prior auth, billing, within your first 60 days. Candidates who cannot get excited about healthcare operational data should self-select out Trajectory Year 1: Embedded on a single high-priority account. Own a vertical slice of delivery. Founder shadows closely. Year 2: Lead a forward-deployed team end-to-end, own the engagement outcome. Present to client executives without filter. Profit-share begins. Year 3+: Senior leadership track. Profit-share moves from initial participation to a meaningful, growing stake tied directly to firm performance. Compensation This is structured for senior ICs who want upside, not predictability. Base: $115K–$140K, calibrated to demonstrated caliber. Performance-based variable: 20-30% of base for top performers, tied to client outcomes, delivery quality, and business performance. Total compensation range: $140K–$185K annually. Profit share: : Participation begins in Year 2 and grows into a meaningful stake as you move onto the senior leadership track. This is the principal-track-equivalent path inside a small, fast-growing firm. For US candidates: Healthcare and reasonable PTO, and full AI tooling budget. Fully remote with occasional client travel (roughly 4 to 8 US trips per year). If you're optimizing for guaranteed cash, the bigger firms will pay you more. If you're optimizing for trajectory and uncapped upside on a small, fast team, this is the structure. We offer visa sponsorship for exceptional candidates Process A real process designed to test for the work, not for interview trivia. Typeform application: we read every Typeform before any resume, here is the link to start: https://form.typeform.com/to/rRYHQzvq 30-minute discovery conversation with the hiring lead: understand you as a person beyond your resume 60-minute technical deep-dive Potential Paid take-home (~6 hours): a scoped analytical and technical exercise with a real-world deliverable.
