This is a hands-on technical role requiring someone who can quickly spot database anomalies, map disparate data structures, and systematically execute automated or semi-automated data cleansing rules. Key Responsibilities: Data Profiling: Review and assess our current source datasets to identify data quality issues, missing fields, structural discrepancies, and duplicates. Data Cleansing: Execute deduplication, standardize inconsistent text/phone/email formatting, correct structural errors, and safely filter out outdated or corrupted historical entries. Data Mapping: Document and implement logic to map data fields from our legacy schemas to align seamlessly with the new system's requirements. Validation & Verification: Run post-cleansing validation checks to ensure zero data loss and verify absolute data integrity prior to the final migration push. Required Qualifications & Technical Skills: Location: Must be physically located in the United States (strict requirement for data sensitivity and compliance).
