We are looking for an experienced website designer to help us refresh and complete a new website for our church using Realm's website platform (similar to WordPress or Squarespace). We are primarily looking for someone with strong visual design, UX/UI, information architecture, and mobile design skills. This is not a custom website development project. The website will remain on the Realm platform, and our staff will manage content updates after the project is complete. Crown of Life is a traditional Christian church in Minnesota with an affiliated school and preschool. This project will focus first on the church website, with the possibility of future work on the school and preschool websites. We have already started building the new church website in Realm and have a template and basic site structure in place. We are looking for someone to refine, improve, and polish the existing design rather than start from scratch. We are open to changing or modifying the template if it results in a significantly better user experience and overall design. Our website serves two important audiences. First-Time Visitors and Prospective Families The website should be an easy and welcoming entry point for people who are getting to know our church, school, and preschool for the first time. Visitors should be able to quickly understand: Who we are What we believe What to expect when visiting Opportunities for worship, education, and community involvement How to contact us or take a next step Current Members and Families The website should also serve our current members, school families, and preschool families by helping them stay informed, connected, and engaged. It should be easy for members to find events, resources, updates, and important information. Overall, we want the website to feel welcoming, trustworthy, professional, and easy to use. We are not simply looking for someone to make the website look better. We are looking for a designer who can think strategically about user experience, website organization, and content hierarchy. The ideal designer will help us determine: What information should be featured prominently on each page What belongs on the homepage versus interior pages How content should be organized for visitors and members How to create clear pathways for users to find information and take next steps How to simplify and prioritize information so the website feels intuitive and uncluttered We value strong information architecture as much as visual design. Design Goals We are a traditional church, and we want the website to reflect our Christian values and heritage. At the same time, we want the design to feel current, clean, polished, and visually engaging. We are looking for help with: Overall visual design and aesthetics Homepage design and layout Mobile-friendly design and usability Navigation and user experience Information architecture and content organization Page layout and content hierarchy Visual consistency across the site Clear calls-to-action for visitors and members Recommendations for imagery, layout, and content presentation The design should feel: Modern without being trendy Professional without feeling cold Welcoming without feeling cluttered Traditional without feeling outdated We have a complete brand guide and brand assets available, including: Logo files in multiple formats Brand color palette with HEX codes Defined typography and typefaces Existing brand standards The final design should align with and strengthen our established brand identity. We are looking for a designer who can provide: A refined website design within Realm Improvements to the homepage and key interior pages Mobile-responsive design improvements UX and navigation recommendations Information architecture recommendations Design implementation within the Realm platform Recommendations for imagery, layout, and content presentation A site structure and design that our staff can easily maintain after launch. We would like to move quickly on this project. Initial design draft: Within 2 weeks Final revisions and completed design: Within 1 additional week Total project timeline: Approximately 3 weeks

Upwork Job Description I am looking for a web designer/developer to build a clean, premium website for my hunting media brand and podcast, Vulnerable Podcast. This is a whitetail deer hunting podcast and outdoor brand. The site needs to feel professional, bold, clean, premium, and outdoors-focused. I like the clean style of brands like Forloh, Sitka, and KUIU, but this needs to be built around our own brand identity. I want this project quoted in 3 separate stages so I can approve each phase before moving forward. All project communication will stay through Upwork. Stage 1 — Basic Brand Website The first stage is a clean, professional website that establishes the Vulnerable Podcast brand. Pages Needed: Homepage About page Podcast/Episodes page Brand Partnership page Coming Soon Shop page Features Needed: Strong homepage hero section Vulnerable Podcast branding/logo integration Podcast episode display section Brand story section Future shop preview section Mobile-friendly design Easy backend editing Basic SEO setup Clean navigation menu Domain setup and launch support The goal of Stage 1 is to get a professional website live that makes the brand look serious, credible, and ready to grow. Stage 2 — E-Commerce / Merch Store The second stage is adding a full online store for merch and selected hunting products. Product Types May Include: Richardson hats Premium shirts Hoodies Stickers Tumblers Hunting gear Sponsor/vendor products Store Features Needed: Shop page Product categories Product detail pages Product photos Size/color options Inventory or sold-out status Cart and checkout Credit card payments Apple Pay / Google Pay if available Shipping and tax setup Discount codes Order confirmation setup I need to be able to easily add products, change prices, update photos, mark items sold out, and manage orders myself without needing a developer every time. Stage 3 — Dropshipping / Automation / Growth Tools The third stage is for future growth and automation. Features May Include: Dropship/vendor integrations Automated or semi-automated inventory updates Automated order routing to vendors/suppliers Tracking number updates if available Customer list building tools Product drop campaigns Abandoned cart setup Google Analytics Meta Pixel TikTok Pixel if possible Product bundles Cross-sells “Gear mentioned in this episode” sections Episode-related product pages The goal of Stage 3 is to reduce manual work and allow the site to grow into a real e-commerce platform tied to the podcast and hunting brand. Preferred Platform I am open to recommendations, but I am leaning toward Shopify because I want something reliable, easy to manage, good for e-commerce, and able to support dropshipping later. If you recommend WordPress/WooCommerce, Webflow, or another platform, please explain why it would be better for this specific project. Design Style The website should feel: Premium Clean Bold Hunting/outdoor focused Simple to navigate Mobile-first Fast-loading Professional Easy to update Not cheesy Not cluttered Not like a cheap template This needs to look like a serious hunting media brand, not just a basic podcast page. How I Want This Quoted Please quote each stage separately. Use this format in your proposal: Stage 1 Price: Stage 1 Timeline: Stage 2 Price: Stage 2 Timeline: Stage 3 Price: Stage 3 Timeline: I do not want one vague lump-sum quote. I want clear pricing, clear milestones, and clear deliverables for each stage. Please Include In Your Proposal Please include: Examples of similar websites you have built Your recommended platform and why Your estimated price for Stage 1 Your estimated price for Stage 2 Your estimated price for Stage 3 Timeline for each stage What you need from me to get started Whether you can help with design, layout, and e-commerce setup Whether you can support dropshipping/vendor integrations later Important I am looking for someone who can help build this in a smart way from the beginning, even if we only launch Stage 1 first. I do not want a messy site that has to be rebuilt later. I want the foundation built correctly so we can grow into merch, hunting products, vendors, sponsors, and dropshipping over time.

Website for my yoga and wellness work. I am seeking someone who can support both design and thoughtful structure, not just visuals—someone who understands how to translate a healing, yoga-based practice into a calm, clear, and functional online presence. What I am looking for:     •    A designer experienced in wellness, yoga, coaching, or holistic/healing brands     •    Ability to create a minimal, calming, and refined aesthetic     •    Strong understanding of user flow and website structure (how visitors move through the site)     •    Mobile-first design approach     •    Integration of booking systems, inquiry forms, or scheduling tools     •    Experience with platforms such as Wix or similar     •    Basic SEO setup (structure, page titles, discoverability)     •    Ability to help organize and present offerings in a clear, aligned way Ideal collaboration: I am looking for someone who can guide me through:     •    Structuring the website (pages and navigation)     •    Translating my offerings into clear, intuitive sections     •    Creating a design that reflects a grounded, therapeutic, yoga-based approach     •    Building a site that is easy for me to maintain and update     •    Creating a space that feels unique to me and my work, not generic or templated     •    Supporting a process that can be done remotely (interstate collaboration is absolutely fine) I am also looking for someone who can take time to understand my needs, listen carefully, and help bring my vision to life with clarity and care. Someone patient, thoughtful, and able to translate ideas into design. My intention is to feel supported in this process so that I am not overwhelmed, and can maintain ease and peace while building my online presence in a steady and grounded way. I value clear, gentle, and organized communication and guidance throughout the process. If this aligns with your expertise, I would love to see your portfolio, understand your process, timeline, and pricing.

I currently built my new website on squarespace but i've been having a lot of issues with the alignment and responsiveness when I change the size of the browser. The platform is really bad. I'm thinking of replicating the exact design from squarespace onto webflow (where i currently have my existing website). How long and how much will it take to do this? alpaca-conch-hb4n.squarespace.com password 1234
