Senior Full-Stack Developer — WordPress, Web Ops & Workflow Automation Tax Relief Helpers helps individuals and businesses resolve tax debt and IRS issues. Our websites are the front door of our business — they drive our lead generation and run our paid and organic marketing. We're looking for a senior developer to own that web stack end to end and help us tighten the operations behind it. This is a full-time (~40 hrs/week), ongoing, remote role with real autonomy. We want someone who can diagnose problems, propose solutions, and ship them without heavy supervision. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own our WordPress sites (on WP Engine): keep them fast, secure, and up to date — themes, plugins, updates, backups, performance. Build responsive landing pages and site sections that convert visitors into leads, and run A/B tests to improve them. Own conversion tracking and integrations: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, ad pixels (Google, Meta, Microsoft), call tracking, and form-to-CRM connections. Evaluate our workflows: audit how work moves through our tools, document it, and automate the manual, repetitive steps. Protect the stack: secure forms, SSL, access controls, and reliable backups for sensitive customer data. Support technical SEO: Core Web Vitals, page speed, structured data/schema, clean markup. REQUIRED SKILLS (please only apply if you can show real work in each) 7+ years building and maintaining production WordPress sites — child themes, plugins, PHP, page builders (Elementor and/or Gutenberg). WP Engine a strong plus. Solid HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), PHP, MySQL, and REST APIs. Proven track record building responsive, high-converting landing pages and running A/B tests. Hands-on with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking/pixels for Google, Meta, and Microsoft ads. Experience connecting forms and web apps to CRMs via APIs, webhooks, or Zapier/Make, and scripting automations (JavaScript/Node or Python). Secure handling of sensitive/PII data, SSL, and least-privilege access. Git version control and a disciplined staging-to-production workflow. Technical SEO fundamentals (Yoast familiarity a plus). NICE TO HAVE Experience in lead-generation, financial services, or a tax/legal business. Modern JS framework (React), headless WordPress, or custom API development. Basic DevOps — monitoring, uptime alerts, CDN configuration. HOW TO APPLY In your proposal, please answer these and include links to 2–3 sites you've built or manage (proposals without work samples won't be considered): Which WordPress sites have you built or managed (ideally on WP Engine or similar)? Share links. Describe a manual workflow you automated — what tools did you use, and what was the result? How do you approach conversion tracking and analytics for a lead-gen website? How would you spend your first two weeks auditing our sites and workflows? What's your weekly availability, timezone, and expected rate? Rate: $60-$80/hr depending on experience

We have a WP site running on a Boss theme with a very basic child theme. Since the Boss theme is no longer supported, our Directory no longer works - critical error. I bought BuddyBoss Web Pro to update our theme but it doesn't run with our child theme and crashes the site. I need to have the child theme rebuilt and the BB Web Pro installed. I'm assuming this will fix the Directory. Other problems of lower priority but still important - 1) a custom plugin attached to Pinpoint Booking that allows residents to cancel tennis reservations, no longer works, 2) sometimes we bump up against our CPU max and the site goes down for a few minutes before coming back up. I'm not sure how much the CPU problem has to do with the theme, but I've also been told our site is a bit "convoluted". The most important things that have to be restored or maintained include: 1) Directory, 2) Reservations for transient slip, clubhouse, and tennis court, 3) Payment system (credit cards), 4) Upcoming Events, which is in the top right-hand corner of our landing page. 7) Reliability of website, 6) Restoring custom plugin for tennis cancellations would be a plus but not absolutely necessary. Right now, everything works except the Directory and the custom plugin. We are hosted by GoDaddy. It's free, but I have not set up a staging site. I can give you admin access to our website and access to our C-panel, if needed.

We are looking for a website designer/developer to help create a premium website for The Brewer Method, a growing personal development and self-improvement brand led by a content creator, Cameron Brewer. We currently own the domain and have an existing draft website; however, we are not satisfied with the current design and do not plan to launch it in its present form. While some content may be reusable, the website does not reflect the premium brand image, user experience, or professional presentation we envision for The Brewer Method. The brand currently reaches more than 50,000 followers and continues to expand through digital products, educational content, affiliate partnerships and brand collaborations. The website will serve as the brand's primary hub, supporting audience growth, course sales, affiliate marketing, sponsorship opportunities, email list growth, and future monetization. We are seeking a designer who can help elevate the brand with a polished, modern, mobile-friendly website that feels professional, trustworthy, and built for long-term growth. The goal is not simply to redesign an existing website, but to establish a strong brand presence that can support future opportunities and partnerships. We welcome experienced professionals who can demonstrate strong design skills, creativity, and the ability to deliver a high-quality final product that positions The Brewer Method for future growth and success. Please provide your recommended approach, timeline, and fixed price proposal based on the project requirements. "Experience with creator brands, email marketing, lead generation, sales funnels, Skool communities, digital products, and affiliate marketing is a plus."

# Job post — copy/paste into Upwork (or Contra/Fiverr Pro) **Title:** Launch a finished static website on Vercel + add Stripe/Tilopay payments and intake forms (small, well-defined project) **Category:** Web Development · Full Stack **Budget:** Fixed price, per milestone (see below) — please bid per milestone **Experience level:** Intermediate–Expert --- ## Description I have a **fully built and tested** magazine/advertising website for the Costa Rica travel market (TidesRight). The design and all 23 pages are DONE — built from a completed design prototype, verified working (all pages render, popups, search, filtering, and a 4-step advertiser signup wizard). The site is plain HTML/CSS/JavaScript (precompiled React, no build step required) sitting in a private GitHub repository, ready to serve as static files. I am not technical, so I need someone who communicates clearly and can own the plumbing end-to-end. A `DEVELOPER-BRIEF.md` in the repo explains the structure, and the repo also contains the full product specs (ad package pricing, form fields, approval flow). ### Milestone 0 — Go live (small, fast) - Fix/redo the Vercel project so the site serves from the repo's `main` branch (files are already at repo root; a fresh import should work with zero config — the current project got stuck on a bad first import) - Connect my custom domain - Confirm all pages load on desktop + mobile **Deliverable:** the site live on my domain. Est. a few hours. ### Milestone 1 — Real payments + advertiser intake (the core job) The site has an advertiser flow at `advertise.html` → `package.html`: package selection → payment → intake form → "submitted for approval" confirmation. Today the payment step is a demo (no real charge). Make it real, keeping the existing look: - Wire each package to real payments — **Stripe** (or **Tilopay** if we settle to a Costa Rica bank; advise me on the right choice for my situation). Packages: Standard $29/$79/$149 per month, Real Estate $99/$399/$899 per month (annual = 2 months free), plus a one-time SEO add-on from $49 - After successful payment, the advertiser fills the intake form (existing fields); submissions must be **saved** (database or a form service like Tally/Jotform) and **emailed to me** with the payment reference - I approve by replying/clicking; nothing goes live automatically - Failed/abandoned payments must not reach the form step **Deliverable:** I can watch a real test payment land and receive the intake submission. Est. 2–4 days. ### Milestone 2 (optional, later) — Admin dashboard Approval dashboard, auto-publish of approved ads, subscription management. Scope after M1 ships. ## What you get from me - Private GitHub repo access: finished site (`main`), full source + design-spec documents (`source` branch), `DEVELOPER-BRIEF.md` - Vercel account access (this project only), domain registrar access, and fast decisions ## Requirements - Shipped at least one real Stripe (or similar) payment integration — link me an example - Comfortable with static sites / vanilla JS (the site is precompiled React — no framework build needed; do NOT rebuild it) - Plain-English communication with a non-technical owner - Timezone overlap with Americas preferred ## To apply, answer these 3 questions 1. Link to a payment flow you built (live if possible). What did you use — Stripe Checkout, Payment Links, or custom? 2. For Milestone 1, would you recommend Stripe Payment Links + a form service, or a small custom backend? Why, in 3 sentences. 3. Your fixed price and turnaround for Milestone 0 and Milestone 1 separately. **Important:** the design is final. This job is plumbing (hosting, payments, forms, email) — not redesign, not a rebuild. Bids proposing to rebuild the site in another framework will be declined.
