Founding Product Engineer Scottsdale, AZ (In Person Preferred) | Full-Time | $10,000/month Help Build the Future of Real Estate Real estate is one of the largest industries in the world, yet most brokerages still rely on disconnected software, spreadsheets, manual processes, and inconsistent coaching to develop their agents. We're changing that. PCx is building the operating system for real estate organizations: a single platform that brings together onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, business planning, accountability, AI, and leadership into one modern experience. Our mission is simple: Help brokerages develop better agents, faster, at scale. We've already invested heavily into building the platform and have an experienced overseas development team. We're now looking for a Founding Product Engineer to become our technical leader in Arizona, someone who can own the product, move quickly, make smart technical decisions, and help build a world-class software company. This isn't a corporate engineering job. This is an opportunity to help build something meaningful from the ground up. About the Role You'll work directly with the founder to translate product vision into exceptional software. You'll be expected to think like both an engineer and a product leader, understanding the business, improving the product, writing production code, reviewing architecture, and helping lead development across our engineering team. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving hard problems, moving fast, and taking ownership. Responsibilities * Lead development of our SaaS platform alongside an existing engineering team * Write high-quality production code across the full stack * Design scalable architecture and technical solutions * Review code and maintain engineering standards * Translate product ideas into technical implementation plans * Collaborate directly with the founder on product strategy and roadmap * Improve user experience through thoughtful product decisions * Build and integrate AI-powered features using modern LLM technologies * Help hire, mentor, and grow the engineering team over time * Continuously improve platform performance, scalability, and reliability Ideal Experience * Strong experience building modern SaaS applications * Expert with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL * Experience designing scalable software architecture * Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) * Familiarity with AI technologies, OpenAI APIs, and LLM-powered applications * Startup experience or a desire to build in a fast-moving environment * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions clearly * Willing to work from or relocate to Scottsdale, Arizona What Success Looks Like Within your first year, you'll become the technical leader behind a platform with the potential to transform how thousands of real estate professionals learn, grow, and build their businesses. As the company grows, this role's salary will grow proportionally, and quickly. If you're looking to move fast and make a meaningful change in both the real estate industry, and eventually other sales industries, lets talk.

I’m building Elevyn, a platform designed to help people better understand themselves through connected data, intentional reflection, and AI-generated insights. This is not a social media platform. This is not a productivity app. This is not just another trading journal. Elevyn is an operating system for self-mastery, with trading serving as the first environment where personal growth becomes measurable. Most apps collect data. Elevyn is designed to observe. The goal is to connect information across different areas of a person’s life and uncover meaningful patterns that help them improve their decision-making, habits, discipline, and overall performance. The Vision Users will log information such as: • Sleep • Mood • Daily reflections • Workouts • Morning routines • Trading activity • Goals • Habits • Personal notes Instead of simply displaying this data, Elevyn will analyze relationships between it and surface meaningful insights. Examples include: • “You slept less than 5 hours before 7 of your last 10 losing trades.” • “Your win rate increases after completing your morning routine.” • “You tend to become more impulsive after multiple winning days.” • “Your consistency improves when workouts and journaling happen on the same day.” The long-term vision is an intelligent system that continuously helps users become more self-aware. Current Stage I already have: • Brand identity • Vision and philosophy • User flows • Interactive prototype • Core feature planning • Long-term roadmap I’m now looking for a developer or small team (2-3 people) to build the first production version. What I’m Looking For I’m looking for someone who can think beyond simply building screens. I want someone who can: • Build scalable architecture • Recommend the best technologies • Think through user experience • Ask thoughtful questions • Help solve technical challenges • Build for future AI integrations • Create clean, maintainable code Experience with AI, analytics, mobile applications, and scalable backend systems is a significant advantage. Technology (Open to Recommendations) I’m open to your recommendations, but I’m considering: • Flutter or React Native • Node.js or Python backend • PostgreSQL • Firebase/Supabase • AWS • AI integrations (OpenAI or similar) • Secure authentication and cloud infrastructure Long-Term Vision Trading is only the beginning. The underlying engine should eventually support entrepreneurs, athletes, creators, students, and anyone pursuing mastery in a specific area of life. The core idea remains the same: Help people understand themselves by connecting patterns across their behaviors, decisions, and outcomes. Who I’m Looking For I’m looking for someone who believes in building meaningful products—not just completing tasks. If you’re excited about creating a platform that combines psychology, data, AI, and personal development into something people genuinely use to improve their lives, I’d love to hear from you. Please include examples of similar work, your recommended tech stack, and how you would approach building a scalable MVP that can grow over time.

OVERVIEW We are a technical advisory firm that partners with VC-backed companies to design, build, and scale their engineering foundations. We embed with our clients as a core part of their technical team, not as outside consultants handing over a document, but as engineers who own the outcome alongside them. Our current client is a VC-backed company operating in the auto logistics space. They're at an exciting and critical stage: they have product-market fit, they have backing, and now they need to build the production infrastructure to match their ambitions. We've been brought in to lead that build, and we're looking for a senior full stack engineer to join us for it. This is a greenfield backend API platform built in TypeScript on Node.js with Express or Fastify, and you'd be involved from the very beginning. That means shaping the architecture, setting the patterns, and building something that will need to handle real production load in a fast-moving, operationally complex industry. The backend we're building needs to be reliable, well-structured, and built to grow. If you want to do meaningful backend work on a greenfield codebase, in a real industry with real complexity, working with a team that has high standards, this is the opportunity. WHAT YOU'LL BE BUILDING A production-grade backend API platform in TypeScript on Node.js, using Express or Fastify. Because we're starting from scratch, the early decisions carry significant weight and you'll be part of making them. API architecture, project structure, middleware conventions, authentication approach, error handling, observability, data access patterns: these are all on the table and we want engineers who have opinions about them informed by experience. Day-to-day you'll be writing and reviewing TypeScript, contributing to architecture and design discussions, collaborating with the team on Slack, and joining at least one Zoom sync per week with the broader team and client stakeholders. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 5 to 10 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong backend or full stack background. Specifically: - Fluent in TypeScript with a solid working knowledge of the Node.js runtime, including async patterns, error propagation, and performance characteristics, not just the surface API - Hands-on Express and/or Fastify experience with real APIs built using them, a clear understanding of their trade-offs, and the ability to make informed structural decisions without needing to be guided - A track record of shipping and operating production systems, having been accountable for something running live, having handled production incidents, and thinking seriously about reliability, logging, and failure modes. - Comfort operating in a greenfield environment with some ambiguity, able to ask the right questions, help define what isn't yet defined, and take ownership of outcomes rather than waiting for a fully formed spec. - Strong English communication skills, written and spoken. We're a distributed team, async-first on Slack, and we interface directly with a client whose business is moving fast. Clear communication is as important as clean code US-based strongly preferred with meaningful overlap with US business hours required for team and client collaboration NICE TO HAVE - Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) - Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC) - API versioning strategy experience - CI/CD pipeline experience - Domain familiarity with logistics, fleet management, or supply chain systems is a genuine bonus HOW WE WORK We are a tight team with high standards and low tolerance for vague communication or dropped balls. Slack is our primary channel, async-first with responsiveness expected during working hours. We sync on Zoom at least weekly, more often during active design and planning phases. We use Jira for our ticket management. You'll receive a Microsoft 365 account on hire for SSO access to all internal and client tooling from day one. We don't micromanage. What we do expect is proactive communication, early flagging of blockers, and the kind of ownership that comes naturally to engineers who treat a codebase as something worth getting right, not just getting done. On a greenfield project with a client at a pivotal growth stage, that distinction matters. HIRING PROCESS - Intro call (15 min) - the firm, the client, the project, your background, and your questions - Technical screen (if applicable, via Coderbyte) - Background check - standard criminal background check required for all hires, no exceptions - Offer and onboarding - Microsoft 365 account and full tooling access provisioned before day one HOW TO APPLY We read every proposal that makes a genuine effort. Please include: - A description of a production backend system you've built, including what it did, the scale it operated at, your specific contributions, and what decisions you made that you're proud of or would revisit today - Your honest assessment of your TypeScript and Node.js depth. We value specifics and self-awareness over a list of buzzwords Links to code, whether GitHub, open source contributions, a portfolio, or anything else that shows us how you think and work We work with companies at inflection points and we hold ourselves and the engineers we bring in to a high standard. If this project sounds like the kind of work you want to do, make that clear in your proposal and tell us why this domain, this stage, and this type of build appeals to you specifically.

Why This Role Deserves Your Attention AI agents are transforming how enterprises operate — and Metaprise is building the infrastructure that makes it possible at scale. We're not a tool, a wrapper, or a workflow builder. We're building the Agent Operating System that lets companies deploy, govern, and trust AI agents across their entire workforce. The people we hire in the next 12 months will shape what this company becomes. That's where you come in. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who's energized by this mission, moves fast, communicates clearly, and takes full ownership of every step of the hiring process. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — and if you've been waiting for work that actually matters, keep reading. What You'll Own You are not processing paperwork. You are helping build a team. Source candidates. Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and niche communities. Build pipelines before we need them. Know where the right people are and go find them. Schedule and coordinate. Own interview scheduling end-to-end — across hiring managers, candidates, and time zones. Nothing falls through the cracks. Nothing is late. Every stakeholder knows exactly where things stand. Manage the candidate experience. Every person who enters our process should leave it with a clear sense of who we are. Timely, warm, and professional communication at every touchpoint — regardless of outcome. Keep the pipeline organized. Maintain accurate ATS records, track hiring progress across open roles, and surface blockers before they become problems. The team should always have a clear picture of where each search stands. Support the broader recruiting function. As a early-stage company, the scope of this role will grow. You'll contribute to how we build our employer brand, refine our process, and scale our hiring as the company grows. What We're Looking For We care about two things: motivation and potential. The right person for this role is genuinely hungry for the work itself — not just the title. You're curious about AI and excited to be part of building it. You don't need to be an engineer. But you follow what's happening in the agentic AI space, you understand why it matters, and you want to be inside a company that's at the center of it. You communicate with clarity and care. Written and verbal. You close the loop without being asked, follow up proactively, and never leave a candidate or colleague guessing about where things stand. You take accountability seriously. Deadlines aren't reminders — they're commitments. When you own something, it gets done. If something goes sideways, you surface it early and come with a solution. The Baseline Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1–2 years in recruiting coordination, HR, talent acquisition, or a closely related role Comfortable with ATS platforms, scheduling tools, and sourcing on LinkedIn Strong written communication — you can draft a candidate outreach message or an internal update with equal clarity Why Metaprise, Why Now Enterprise AI deployment is accelerating faster than most companies can govern it. Metaprise is building the operating system that closes that gap — a unified execution runtime with built-in identity, authority, and audit, deployable across cloud, hybrid, or fully air-gapped environments. The product is built. The architecture is proven. The GTM motion is ready. Now we're scaling the team that will take it to market — and you'd be one of the first people helping us do that. This is not a role where you inherit a process and run it on repeat. You'll help build the process. You'll be working directly alongside our recruiting and leadership team, in a company where your contributions are visible, your growth is real, and the mission is one you'll still be proud of in twenty years. If the description above sounds like exactly the kind of work you've been looking for, we'd love to hear from you. # Principal AI Data Platform Architect ## Company Overview We are a fast-growing AI-native firm working with executives, operators, private-markets investors, and enterprise teams to redesign how mission-critical work gets done with AI. We move quickly, care deeply about execution quality, and build practical systems where data, workflows, and AI agents come together in production. Our work often sits inside complex enterprise environments with sensitive private data, messy documents, high-stakes decisions, and strict access controls. We are not building generic dashboards or chatbots. We are building governed operating systems that help people answer important business questions faster, with source trails and permission boundaries intact. ## Opportunity We are looking for a principal-level Data Platform Architect to design and build the governed data spine behind AI-native operating systems for private-markets and enterprise environments. This role is for a senior, hands-on builder who can architect the foundation and ship production-grade systems: ingestion, lakehouse layers, canonical entities, lineage, quality checks, permissions, semantic models, and serving APIs. Outstanding performers may be considered for expanded or longer-term opportunities, including deeper platform ownership. ## Scope of Work - Architect a lakehouse-style data platform across structured and unstructured enterprise sources. - Build ingestion pipelines from SharePoint, Microsoft 365, CRM systems, document repositories, spreadsheets, and financial or operational data feeds. - Design Bronze/Silver/Gold data layers with replayability, lineage, quality checks, and point-in-time correctness. - Create canonical entity models for companies, people, deals, documents, metrics, funds, assets, and relationships. - Implement role-based and attribute-level access controls at the data layer, not just the UI. - Build semantic models and APIs that downstream AI workflows can safely query. - Partner with AI engineers building RAG, extraction agents, and executive command surfaces. - Document architecture, tradeoffs, operating standards, and handoff paths clearly. ## Must-Haves - Expert Python, SQL, and modern data engineering. - Deep experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable lakehouse/data-platform architecture. - Hands-on experience with dbt or comparable transformation frameworks. - Experience building governed enterprise data systems with lineage, quality tests, CI/CD, and observability. - Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or similar enterprise content ingestion. - Experience with entity resolution, master data management, semantic layers, or canonical data modeling. - Strong judgment around sensitive data, access controls, auditability, and reliability. - Ability to personally architect and ship production systems, not just advise. ## Nice-to-Haves - Private equity, private markets, financial services, investment workflows, or enterprise knowledge-management data experience. - Experience with DealCloud, HubSpot, PitchBook, AlphaSense, S&P, fund admin feeds, or similar business-data sources. - Experience with graph databases, vector databases, or RAG-ready data architecture. - Azure, Entra ID, RBAC, row-level security, or regulated-data environments. - Experience turning a client-specific data platform into reusable product infrastructure. ## What We're Looking For in a Person We are looking for a serious enterprise data architect who cares about correctness, lineage, permissions, and reliability. The right person has built real systems with messy data and real users. They know that the hard part is not making a demo work; it is making the data trustworthy, traceable, secure, and useful every day. This person should be senior enough to challenge the architecture, hands-on enough to ship, and clear enough to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical operators. ## Category **Data Science & Analytics - Data Engineering** ## Screening Questions 1. Describe a governed data platform, lakehouse, or enterprise data architecture you personally designed or built. What were the sources, layers, and serving use cases? 2. What is your hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Delta Lake, Iceberg, or comparable platforms? 3. Have you built entity-resolution, master-data, or canonical data-model systems? Describe the matching approach and human-review process. --- ## Skills - Data Engineering - Data Architecture - Databricks - Snowflake - SQL - Python - dbt - ETL Pipeline - Data Lake - Microsoft Azure - API Integration - Data Modeling - Data Warehousing - Lakehouse Architecture - Microsoft Graph - SharePoint Integration - Entity Resolution - Master Data Management - Semantic Layer - Data Lineage - RBAC - Private Equity Data

We are building a HIPAA-compliant SaaS platform for medication stewardship in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). The platform allows clinical pharmacy consultants and providers to upload scanned medical documents, run AI-powered medication and disease state reviews, and generate clinical findings — all without storing any patient data. This is a focused, well-defined MVP. No scope creep. We need a developer who moves fast, communicates clearly, and has real experience with HIPAA-eligible AWS architecture. Core concept — stateless processing: This platform is intentionally stateless. Documents are uploaded, processed through OCR, analyzed by AI, and the findings are displayed to the user. Nothing is written to a database. No patient data or documents are retained after the session ends. The platform processes PHI transiently and discards it — significantly simplifying the HIPAA footprint while maintaining compliance. What you will build: 1. AWS infrastructure (HIPAA-eligible, stateless) — S3 used only as a temporary processing buffer (files deleted immediately after OCR completes) — AWS Textract for OCR processing of scanned PDFs and images — AWS Bedrock (Claude Sonnet) for AI-powered clinical analysis — AWS Cognito for user authentication only (no clinical data stored) — AWS Amplify or CloudFront for React frontend hosting — KMS encryption for data in transit — All services configured under AWS BAA coverage — No RDS or persistent database required for clinical data 2. React frontend — Clean single-page application — Document upload UI (drag/drop, supports PDF and image files) — OCR text display with basic edit capability before analysis — Free-text question input (user asks Claude questions about the document) — Claude response display panel — Copy to clipboard button on all output — User login and profile page (name, email, facility) — Membership and billing settings page — Stripe monthly subscription integration 3. HIPAA compliance — Stateless architecture — no PHI persisted after session — HTTPS enforced on all endpoints — AWS BAA signed and covering all services — User BAA acknowledgment on signup — Audit logging for access events — Privacy policy and terms of service integration What we are NOT building in this phase: — Mobile app — EHR or PointClickCare integration — Stored intervention history or dashboard — Cost savings calculator — Admin panel — Anything beyond the three core features above: upload, analyze, copy output Ideal candidate: — 3+ years React and AWS experience — Prior HIPAA-eligible AWS builds — please describe your specific experience in your proposal — Hands-on experience with AWS Textract or comparable OCR pipelines — Familiarity with AWS Bedrock or direct LLM API integrations — Experience with stateless or ephemeral data processing architectures — Stripe subscription integration experience — Strong communicator — weekly video check-ins required — Available to start within 2-4 weeks Engagement details: — Estimated scope: 40–60 hours — Timeline: 8–10 weeks — Budget: $2,500–$4,500 USD fixed price preferred — Payment milestones: 25% upfront, 25% at working OCR pipeline, 25% at working Claude integration, 25% at launch — Communication: Weekly video check-in + async messaging How to apply: In your proposal please answer these four questions specifically: 1. Describe a HIPAA-eligible AWS application you have built — what services did you use and how did you handle PHI? 2. Have you implemented stateless or ephemeral document processing before? How did you approach it? 3. What is your experience with AWS Textract or other OCR pipelines? 4. How would you integrate AWS Bedrock or a Claude API call into a React frontend securely? Proposals that do not answer these four questions will not be considered. About us: We are an early-stage clinical SaaS platform founded by a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist. We are building a tool that genuinely improves patient care and safety in long-term care settings. We want a developer who takes pride in clean, secure, well-documented code and wants to be part of building something meaningful in healthcare. If that is you, we would love to hear from you.
