We’re a US-based virtual assistant agency looking for an outbound-focused sales/lead gen specialist to help us book more qualified sales calls from off-platform sources (outside Upwork). You will help us test and scale new outbound channels, including: • Cold email outreach (using our domain + tools) • List building and sequencing in Apollo • Simple social outreach (Facebook DMs, Instagram DMs, possibly LinkedIn later) • Light experimentation with other strategies you recommend Your responsibilities: • Build and refine prospect lists that match our target client (online service-based business owners, coaches, agencies, etc.) using Apollo and other tools • Write and send cold emails and DMs using our messaging frameworks (and improve them over time) • Run daily outreach at a consistent volume (e.g., 50–100 touchpoints/day across channels) • Track all outreach, replies, and booked calls in our simple CRM/Google Sheet • Follow up with warm leads to move them toward a booked Zoom call • Report weekly on: number of contacts added, messages sent, replies, calls booked, and ideas to improve results Ideal experience: • Proven experience with outbound lead gen or appointment setting for service-based businesses • Hands-on experience with Apollo (or similar tools like Instantly, lemlist, etc.) for list building and sequencing • Strong written English and comfortable writing short, punchy cold emails and DMs • Familiar with deliverability basics (warmup, avoiding spam triggers, safe sending limits) is a plus • Comfortable suggesting and testing new outreach strategies (different angles, offers, channels) What success looks like (first 60–90 days): • You are consistently hitting a daily outreach target • Our pipeline is organized and we clearly see what’s working • We’re getting a steady flow of qualified booked calls How we’ll work together: • We’ll start with a small paid test (1–2 weeks) focused on one niche and one channel (likely cold email + Apollo) • If it’s a mutual fit, we’ll extend for an ongoing engagement and add additional channels (FB/IG DMs, LinkedIn, etc.) When you apply, please briefly answer: 1.
