We are looking for an experienced WordPress performance optimization expert to improve the speed and load times of two corporate websites. Both sites have poor GTmetrix scores due to years of accumulated technical debt, including outdated code, excessive plugins, and other performance bottlenecks. We need someone who can identify the root causes of the issues and implement long-term solutions, not just install another optimization plugin. The goal is to significantly improve page speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall user experience while ensuring both websites remain fully functional.

Description: I’m a non-technical founder building SoCalForeclosures.net — a subscription platform for Southern California real estate investors. Lead Members pay $149.99/month (capped at 8,000) to access scored off-market foreclosure and pre-foreclosure leads. Members work leads in a built-in CRM and sell deals through an internal marketplace to cash buyers (free tier or $99.99/month First Look). A working prototype is already built and deployed. Core features including user authentication, PayPal payments, marketplace (SoCalDeals), MyCRM pipeline, Phantom lead scoring engine, admin tools, and bot management screens are functional with demo data on a professional dark theme. Current honest status: The automated “bot army” that will pull real public distress signals from county recorders, courts, tax collectors, legal newspapers, trustees, and paid data sources is scaffolded but not yet actively ingesting live leads. A detailed signal catalog and county data sources are already documented. Project Scope (Fixed Price): I need an experienced senior full-stack developer to take the existing prototype and deliver a fully functioning, production-ready platform that is live and online. This is a single fixed-price engagement. Key deliverables for this project: Full code review and audit of the current Next.js + Express + PostgreSQL + Prisma codebase Polish and improve visual design and user experience across the member dashboard, lead feed, CRM, and marketplace so it looks professional for serious real estate investors Activate and productionize the real data pipeline (bot army) so it can ingest actual leads from public and paid sources according to the existing signal catalog Fix bugs, performance issues, technical debt, and operational problems Migrate hosting from the current European server to a reliable US-based provider with proper deployment pipeline, monitoring, and backups Stabilize the site so it runs reliably in production Deliver clear documentation and handover Important notes: This is not a from-scratch build. A substantial amount of the website and backend already exists and is deployed. The goal of this fixed-price project is to complete the remaining work and launch a fully functioning, live platform with real data capabilities. Once the website is successfully deployed live and online, we will negotiate a separate ongoing contract for maintenance, upgrades, new features, and additional work (including potential iOS and Android mobile apps). Tech stack: Next.js 14 (App Router) + TypeScript + Tailwind Express backend + PostgreSQL + Prisma Existing TypeScript bot framework (Playwright / Cheerio) PayPal payments, Twilio, Resend, Mapbox Ideal candidate: Senior full-stack developer with strong experience in TypeScript, Next.js, Prisma/PostgreSQL, and data pipelines or web scraping (public/government data sources) Experience taking prototypes to production, including hosting migrations and operational stability Comfortable working with an existing codebase and delivering clear recommendations to a non-technical founder Proactive, reliable, and quality-focused Project type: Fixed Price (one set price for the full scope above to get the platform fully live and functioning). To apply, please: Propose your fixed price for completing this project (review + polish + activate data pipeline + hosting migration + full production launch). Share 1–2 examples of similar past work (taking existing code to production, data platforms, or marketplaces). Briefly describe how you would approach reviewing and completing an existing prototype. Confirm your experience with US hosting providers and data pipeline / scraping work. Any questions about the current state or scope. Serious applicants will receive the full technical documents (Developer Brief, Signal Catalog, and County Data Sources) under NDA. Project owner is based in Southern California. US time zones preferred for easier communication.

Preferably the web developer would live in or near Minneapolis, MN. The website would be simple and clean with the ability to have user logins. Once logged in, there would need to be a database (updated instantly throughout) of what is available to the users to rent/lease from each other. The website would just be the facilitator between company #1 and company #2. It would need the ability to pay on the site but it would only need to be for yearly memberships, not daily purchases. Also, each user will need an easy-to-use portal to add or remove their available inventory. As well as be able to describe their inventory with some detail and maybe a photo. Nothing special, just wanted to give some more details. Looking for a mobile friendly website as I don't believe I need to go full app with this business. I don't have the specific timeline I would need it done by but that can be discussed once we chat more about this.

Looking for a web designer to design and set up a simple site for a business. The business has a live website today (www.ariesmediaproject.com), but I'm hoping to refresh the style and update the functionality of the site based on the new direction that the business is going in. I've made some rough mock-ups in PowerPoint to illustrate the outline I'm hoping to build out. There are 6 main pages: - Home - About - Portfolio - Leadership - Press - Work With Us The "Press" section is where announcements and articles will be published, so that's the one section where there should be functionality to add more sub-pages in the future.

Overview I’m the Founder & CEO of an early stage firm working at the intersection of digital intelligence and institutional risk management. I’m looking for a Framer specialist to turn an already developed narrative into a clean, professional landing page that helps us credibly approach enterprise and institutional partners. This is a focused, execution heavy project: we are not looking for a rebrand or a full product redesign, but for a high quality “digital front door” that can be built and shipped in under a week. Scope of Work • Set up a 1–2 page marketing site (primary landing page + simple “About / Contact” or anchor sections) in Framer. • Implement a layout that feels appropriate for an early B2B / institutional startup (not consumer / agency style): o Clear hero section with value proposition and primary CTA. o Sections for: problem framing, what Faro Meridian does, who it’s for, founder/credibility, and contact. o Optional: simple “How it works” or “Use cases” strip. • Translate provided copy and structure into a visually coherent, responsive design. • Ensure mobile responsiveness and basic accessibility (legible type, contrast, keyboard friendly buttons/links). • Light visual identity work as needed: o Selecting typography and color palette aligned with our existing tone. o Using existing logo/visuals (if provided) or creating simple, tasteful stand in treatments (no heavy illustration work required). • Integrate: o Contact form (can be native tool, Formspree, etc.). o Basic analytics (Google Analytics, Plausible, or similar — I’ll provide credentials). • Handoff: o Transfer ownership of the project to my account. o Short Loom or written walkthrough of how to edit copy, add sections, and publish changes. Deliverables • A live, production ready Framer site on a temporary URL. • All source project files handed over to my account. • Simple style guide inside the tool (font choices, color tokens, button styles, etc.). • Up to 1–2 rounds of minor visual and copy layout revisions within the 1 week window. Ideal Profile • 3+ production sites built with Framer (please share links). • Experience with B2B / SaaS / institutional or “thoughtful, editorial” landing pages (not just ecommerce or portfolios). • Strong eye for typography, spacing, and restraint — bias toward clean, minimal, high trust design. • Comfortable working from relatively detailed copy and wireframe guidance; able to push back or refine if something won’t read well on the page. • Able to start within a few days and hit a firm 3–5 day delivery timeline for v1. Technical Requirements • Fully responsive design (desktop, tablet, mobile). • Fast loading page (sensible asset sizes, no unnecessary animation bloat). • Basic SEO hygiene: title tags, meta description, open graph image, heading hierarchy. • Clear, maintainable structure so I can tweak text and sections myself after handoff. Timeline • Hire: within the next few days. • First draft: within 2-3 days of kickoff. • Final revisions & handoff: by day 5 at the latest. Please apply only if this window is realistic for you. Budget & Rates For this kind of focused landing page build, I’m expecting: • Estimated total: in the $500 USD range for the complete scope above (1–2 pages, light brand implementation, and revisions).

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are a digital strategy firm managing website builds for B2B clients. We are not looking for a one-off hire — we are looking for a reliable WordPress developer or small team to become our go-to partner for an ongoing pipeline of work. This posting is for our first project. We have three additional similar projects coming in the next few weeks, all with the same profile: React prototype to WordPress conversion, custom interactive components, deployment to client hosting. If this first project goes well, we will bring you all of them. After each launch, we expect ongoing maintenance and update work on a per-project basis. If you are looking for a single project, this is not the right fit. If you want a consistent source of well-specified work with a team that communicates clearly and pays on time, read on. THE PROJECT We have a fully designed and approved React/Vite website prototype for a B2B commercial services company. The design is finished and client-approved. We need it converted into a production-ready custom WordPress theme and deployed to the client's hosting account (GoDaddy or SiteGround). This is a conversion project, not a design project. Your job is to build what already exists in the prototype — exactly as it looks, exactly as it behaves. No design decisions required from you. Full technical documentation including the prototype URL, page specifications, and a detailed component spec will be shared with qualified applicants after an initial screening conversation. SCOPE The site is 15 pages. The most complex component is an interactive Google Maps portfolio map showing 400+ real project locations with marker clustering, state-level shading, a filter panel, and a click-to-expand project detail view. There is also a multi-step JavaScript ROI calculator on the homepage that must be rebuilt with full functional parity. The theme must be a fully custom WordPress theme — no Elementor, no Divi, no WPBakery, no page builders of any kind. The client needs to make basic text edits through Gutenberg without breaking the design. Advanced Custom Fields or equivalent is required for structured content. You will also handle deployment: WordPress install, theme setup, DNS coordination, and go-live confirmation on the client's hosting account. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS The site must hit a PageSpeed mobile score of 75 or higher. Google Fonts must be self-hosted — not loaded from the CDN. Images must be served in WebP with proper srcset. The Google Maps script must load asynchronously and only on the portfolio page. The design uses sharp corners throughout (border-radius zero) and a specific color system that must be preserved exactly. Every page needs individually configurable meta titles, meta descriptions, and Open Graph tags. The theme must be compatible with Yoast SEO or Rank Math. ONGOING RELATIONSHIP After each project launches, we will bring you maintenance and update work on a per-request basis — content updates, new pages, plugin updates, client revisions. We scope and pay per request, no retainer required. We are looking for someone who wants to be our first call, not a one-time vendor.
