Overview Transit & Flow is a fast-scaling Columbus home services company (plumbing, HVAC, drain, sewer, water heater, sump pump) building a premium, AI-powered operation. We are wiring together a set of best-in-class platforms into one self-functioning system that captures, books, reschedules, reminds, invoices, and follows up with customers automatically across phone, website chat, and Thumbtack. We need a senior integration specialist to stand this up cleanly, end to end, on a short-term contract. This is an execution role for someone who has built production voice-AI and automation systems before, not a learner. Detailed architecture blueprints will be provided to the hired contractor under NDA. What you will build A connected stack with no manual re-entry between systems: • Bland AI voice agents (several agents: inbound scheduler, after-hours and emergency handling, Thumbtack lead agent, and an outbound reminders and follow-up agent) • A website chat agent running the same booking logic in text • Thumbtack Live Connect bridged to a Bland agent via API and webhook, plus the Thumbtack lead feed into our automation bus • Quo.com as the telephony and SMS layer (call forwarding to Bland, SMS send via API, one consistent business number) • GoHighLevel CRM integration (contact sync, pipelines, nurture) • Make.com as the orchestration layer (scenarios for booking, rescheduling, reminders, estimates, invoicing, lead intake, error handling) • Scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, and automated appointment reminders against our field service management platform (currently Jobber, migrating to OctopusPro, so platform-flexible API work is required) • Email automation including emailing and resending invoices and receipts on request Core responsibilities • Configure Bland pathways, custom tools, and webhooks that read and write to our systems mid-call (check availability, book, reschedule, cancel) • Build robust Make.com scenarios with idempotency, retries, error handling, and alerting • Integrate REST APIs and webhooks across Bland, Quo, GoHighLevel, Thumbtack, the FSM, and email • Bridge Thumbtack Live Connect to a dedicated Bland number so leads are answered live • Implement automated SMS and voice reminders with confirm and reschedule handling • Document everything and deliver a clean handoff so the system is maintainable and scalable Must-have skills • Proven production experience with a voice-AI platform: Bland strongly preferred, or Vapi, Retell, or Synthflow with transferable skill • Advanced Make.com (or n8n) including webhooks, data stores, error handling, and routing • Strong REST API and webhook integration skills, JSON, authentication, signing • GoHighLevel API experience • Telephony and SMS concepts: call forwarding, SIP or number routing, A2P • Ability to design for scale and reliability, not just a demo that works once Nice to have • Quo.com or comparable VoIP platform experience • Thumbtack pro tooling or lead-response automation experience • Home services or field service management background • OctopusPro, Jobber, or similar FSM API experience Engagement • Short-term contract, estimated 3 to 5 weeks • Milestone-based fixed price preferred, hourly considered for the right expert • Async daily updates, a few live working sessions per week • NDA and scoped system access required; you will not receive owner credentials How to apply Do not send a generic proposal. Answer these in your application: 1. Link or describe a voice-AI agent you built that booked or scheduled against a live external API mid-call. What platform, what API, what was the hardest part? 2. How do you make Make.com or n8n scenarios idempotent and resilient to duplicate webhooks and failed calls? 3. In two or three sentences, how would you bridge Thumbtack Live Connect to a voice AI agent so the agent answers the lead live? 4. Your proposed milestone breakdown and realistic timeline for the scope above. 5. How you handle client credentials and secrets securely. Strong applications that show real systems thinking move to a short paid test task before the full award.

Project type: Small fixed-scope technical SEO project to start. We run a B2B SaaS website on WordPress. The theme is Divi, but parts of the site are built in custom/hand-coded HTML, so we need someone comfortable working across both, not just inside the Divi builder. We're looking for someone with real technical SEO experience plus AEO/GEO (answer-engine and generative-engine optimization) expertise. We care about how our pages get crawled, indexed, and cited by both search engines and LLMs. To start, we have three specific issues to resolve: 1. Staging site is publicly indexed. Our staging environment is showing up in search results alongside the live site. This splits ranking/citation authority and creates duplicate-content risk. It needs to be noindexed (or password-gated) and cleaned out of the index. 2. Blog index isn't fully crawlable. Only two of our blog posts are discoverable, even though several are live and indexed. The blog index is JavaScript-rendered, and our XML sitemap is only listing a fraction of the posts (the newer ones, which appear to be a different post type, are missing). We need the full blog properly exposed via sitemap/feed so every post is crawlable by search engines and LLM crawlers. We can share our initial findings to give you a head start. 3. Diagnose other indexing gaps. Beyond the blog, we want you to identify why other pages aren't being indexed and recommend fixes. You should have: Strong technical SEO background (crawling, indexing, sitemaps, Search Console) AEO/GEO experience (optimizing for AI/LLM citation, not just classic rankings) Hands-on WordPress experience, including Divi and custom-coded pages Ability to diagnose and clearly explain root causes, not just apply generic checklists To apply: Briefly describe a similar technical SEO/indexing issue you've resolved, and your experience with AEO/GEO. Please confirm you're comfortable working in both Divi and raw code.

Search & Recovery Drone Pilots, Remote Multi-Day Fieldwork (Western US: NV, CA, UT, ID, AZ) About us and the work DivasAI is a multi-domain aerial imagery operation built around an AI-assisted analysis platform. The work we're hiring for right now is search and recovery: capturing high-resolution imagery across remote terrain to help locate missing persons and evidence, with your imagery feeding our platform for analysis. Clean, consistent, well-geotagged captures matter more than anything else. We're expanding into other aerial mapping and imaging domains over time, so getting on the roster now is the ground floor. We currently operate across Nevada, California, Utah, Idaho, and Arizona. If you're based in or can work within those states, we'd like to hear from you. Current work, and where we're headed Right now, every active project is search and recovery: remote, multi-day field deployments described below. As the operation grows we'll be expanding into these domains, and roster pilots will get first look at that work: Aerial mapping, photogrammetry, and orthomosaics Infrastructure and asset inspection (roofs, towers, solar, utilities) Construction and site documentation Agriculture and land assessment Real estate and property imaging Environmental and land-change monitoring Field deployments (what the current work actually is) This work takes place deep in the backcountry, far from roads, lodging, or power. It's demanding fieldwork and we need people genuinely built for it. For these projects you would: Travel long distances to remote sites, often 200+ miles from the nearest town Camp on or near the site and stay out for up to 5 days at a time, sometimes longer, fully self-sufficient and off-grid. You should genuinely enjoy camping and remote fieldwork. This is a core part of the role, not an occasional inconvenience Have an off-road-capable 4x4, and ideally an ATV or side-by-side, to reach sites over rough, rocky, sometimes dangerous terrain that ordinary vehicles can't handle Bring your own field power and charging (gas or propane generator, high-capacity battery bank) to keep flying full days with no grid power, often multiple missions per day Fly systematic low-altitude terrain-following missions, capture geotagged stills with full EXIF (RTK or PPK preferred), and upload them to our platform Work under an NDA, since this is sensitive. If you come across anything significant, you document and report the location to us, and do not approach or disturb the site We always give advance notice and cover or build in expenses. What we're looking for Equipment The required rig for this work is a DJI Matrice 350 or 400 paired with a Zenmuse P1 camera (45MP full-frame, mechanical shutter), with RTK or PPK geotagging. This is the standard for the search-and-recovery work, not a preference As we expand into the lighter domains (real estate, inspection, construction documentation), lighter and thermal-capable rigs will come into play, so tell us what else you fly Credentials Current FAA Part 107, aircraft registration, and Remote ID compliance Commercial liability insurance ($1M minimum) Field capability You genuinely enjoy camping and multi-day backcountry work, and can stay out up to 5 days at a stretch, fully self-sufficient and off-grid An off-road 4x4, ideally with an ATV or side-by-side for rough access Your own field power and charging (gas or propane generator, high-capacity battery bank) Willing to travel 200+ miles to remote sites Deliverables and traits Clean, geotagged stills with full EXIF, uploaded as each project specifies Reliability and clear communication, the traits our repeat clients value most Engagement Independent contractor, per-project, intended as long-term and ongoing. We keep a roster and re-engage reliable pilots as work comes up. No exclusivity and no guaranteed volume, so you stay free to run your own business and take other clients. Compensation Pay depends on how far you have to travel to our current search areas. It runs from $50 to $150 per hour, or up to a maximum of $1,000 per day. Pilots based near our active sites fall toward the lower end; those traveling longer distances fall toward the higher end and the day rate, capped at $1,000 per day. We give advance notice and cover or build in expenses. Tell us your home base so we can place you in that range. In your proposal, please include Your equipment: whether you have a Matrice 350 or 400 with a Zenmuse P1, plus any other airframes and cameras (megapixels, sensor size, mechanical or rolling shutter), RTK/PPK, and thermal if you have it FAA Part 107 number and proof of insurance Your home base and how far you'll travel (this sets where you land in the pay range) Whether you can and want to do remote multi-day field deployments, and your full field setup: vehicle (4x4, ATV, side-by-side), power and charging, camping capability, and how many days you can stay out at a stretch The domains you specialize in, with a short portfolio or sample work Your rate expectations (hourly and day rate)

Role Overview You are the Executive AI Enablement Lead at AIVC, the person whose job is to make the executives at AIVC’s client businesses true power users of Claude, Cowork, and code- and agent-driven workflows. AIVC partners with operator businesses to drive AI-led EBITDA growth, and part of that work is bringing each company’s most senior leaders up the AI curve. You’re the person who personally designs and runs that path on every engagement: assessing where a given client executive is today; curating the right materials, videos, and course content; running 1:1 coaching; building executive playbooks; and acting as their daily operator-in-the-loop until the new workflows stick. The first concrete instance is already lined up, a named client managing partner has explicitly asked for the fastest path to becoming a power user of Claude, Cowork, and Claude Code / Skills. From there you scale: same treatment to additional client executives across the portfolio, then a documented set of executive-grade playbooks and patterns that compound across every future engagement. You are bias-toward-results – a win is the client executive’s calendar-week looking different, not a beautifully written rubric nobody uses. What You’ll Own (Outcomes) • Within 30 days of pairing with the first client managing partner, they have a working daily routine in Claude, Cowork, and Code/Skills that’s already replacing or improving how they handle at least three recurring tasks • Within the first quarter of the engagement, the client executive is a true power user — running multi-step workflows, custom Skills/Projects, and agent-assisted tasks without needing coaching scaffolding for the basics • A documented set of executive playbooks (research, writing, analysis, synthesis, workflow automation, agent-assisted tasks) that compound across every client engagement, not one-offs • A curated, current library of learning materials, videos, example workflows, and Claude-native patterns — including a clear point of view on which external courses, tutors, or expert resources are worth plugging in • Observable change in how client executive cohorts use AI: from reactive chat to repeatable, structured, outcome-oriented workflows • A foundation of training assets and patterns that scales beyond executive coaching into broader client teams in year two • A reputation among AIVC’s clients as the trusted go-to for “how do I do this better in Claude” — measured by inbound demand and engagement expansion What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) • In the first weeks: build the first client managing partner’s tailored upskilling plan — assess current usage, identify the highest-leverage workflows for their day-to-day, curate the right mix of materials / videos / course content, and recommend any tutor or expert-guided support to fold in • Provide 1:1 coaching for client executives — managing partners, founders, C-suite leaders — on Claude, Cowork, and code- and agent-based workflows • Design tailored training plans per executive that go beyond basic onboarding into advanced usage, with explicit progression from chat → workflows → agents • Curate the best external materials (videos, courses, blog posts, example projects) and rewrap them into client-ready, AIVC-flavored learning paths • Teach practical, high-leverage use cases live: research, writing, analysis, synthesis, workflow automation, and agent-assisted tasks • Help client executives move from general chat usage into repeatable workflows — Claude Projects, Skills, scheduled Cowork tasks, MCP integrations, custom agents • Serve as a real-time tutor and expert resource for client executives — over Slack, in meetings, on-site, and in async written feedback • Run office hours, workshops, and informal Q&A sessions inside client teams to keep adoption sticky between coaching sessions What We’re Looking For (Required) • Deep hands-on expertise with Claude across every surface (Claude.ai, Claude Projects, Claude Code, Claude Skills, Claude API) — and an active habit of pushing the edges of each • Strong working fluency with Claude Cowork specifically, including scheduled tasks, connected apps / MCPs, and the broader workflow surface • Strong capability with code-enabled AI workflows: you can write Python and/or TypeScript, build agents, configure MCP integrations, and ship a working internal automation end-to-end without needing an engineer • Demonstrated ability to teach non-technical but highly demanding users — you’ve made executives, founders, or senior operators meaningfully better at something complicated, not just trained engineers • Strong workflow design instinct — you can translate messy business questions into clean prompts, workflows, and systems • Polished, discreet, and effective in high-touch client executive settings — high EQ, low ego, comfortable representing AIVC inside senior client environments and around senior decision-makers • Strong bias toward practical results over theoretical AI knowledge — the metric is the client executive’s behavior change, not the elegance of the explanation • Excellent written and verbal communication; you can write a playbook a client executive will actually read and use • Comfort with significant travel to client sites and embedded, on-site engagement work • 5+ years of professional experience across some mix of: applied AI / ML, technical training and enablement, developer relations, solutions engineering, executive coaching, management consulting, or chief of staff / senior operator roles to executives Helpful If You Have (Preferred) • Prior experience coaching or supporting C-level executives, founders, or managing partners as a client-facing professional — executive coach, principal solutions engineer to executive customers, chief of staff to a CXO, or partner-level consultant • Background that combines technical depth with people skills — developer relations, solutions engineering, technical training, or learning & development at a frontier AI or developer-tools company • Direct experience building executive-facing training programs or curricula that demonstrably moved adoption inside other organizations • Hands-on familiarity with the Anthropic product surface specifically: Claude Projects, Claude Skills, Claude Code, MCP server development, Claude API • Track record of getting non-technical users to genuinely adopt a technical tool — i.e., users who chose to keep using it after the training ended • Background in management consulting, professional services, executive coaching, or learning & development — especially in environments where the customer was a senior external client • An active personal portfolio of AI work (workflows, automations, blog posts, talks, open-source contributions) you can point to • Comfort building light tooling (a Notion playbook system, a Claude Skills catalog, a small dashboard) without needing engineering support • Familiarity with AIVC’s model — operator business engagements, EBITDA-led measurement, and the broader compounding intelligence layer — or eagerness to come up the curve quickly
