StoryVid is looking for a strategic Marketing Director to help build and optimize our entire customer acquisition engine. This is not a social media manager role. This is not a content creator role. We are looking for someone who understands how all the pieces connect: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, landing pages, retargeting, CRM automation, attribution, conversion tracking, lead nurturing, and the customer journey from first click to signed contract. Our goal is simple: create a predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities for a growing video production and creative agency. About StoryVid: StoryVid is a Kentucky-based video production and creative agency that helps businesses tell better stories and achieve measurable business outcomes through strategic content, video production, photography, and marketing support. We’ve worked with retailers, healthcare organizations, manufacturers, nonprofits, educational institutions, and professional service firms. We are currently refining our service offerings, pricing structure, and marketing systems to support long-term growth. What We Need Help With: We are building a full-funnel marketing system and need someone who can help architect, implement, and optimize: * Google Search campaigns * Google Display and retargeting campaigns * LinkedIn advertising * Audience development * Funnel architecture * Landing page strategy * Conversion optimization * Lead nurturing * CRM automation * Attribution tracking * Reporting dashboards * Customer journey mapping We care less about platform certifications and more about your ability to connect all of these pieces into a system that generates revenue. Responsibilities: * Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy * Manage Google Ads campaigns * Manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns * Build and optimize retargeting audiences * Improve landing page conversion rates * Analyze user behavior and funnel performance * Develop reporting and KPI dashboards * Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey * Recommend creative testing opportunities * Collaborate with StoryVid leadership * Provide strategic recommendations based on performance data * Connect marketing activity directly to revenue outcomes What Success Looks Like (Within 30 Days): * Clear customer acquisition strategy established * Conversion tracking properly configured * Google Ads campaigns launched and optimized * Retargeting campaigns launched * LinkedIn campaigns structured correctly * Funnel reporting established * Qualified leads increasing month-over-month * Cost per lead improving over time * Clear visibility into marketing ROI Ideal Candidate: * 5+ years of digital marketing experience * Strong Google Ads experience * Strong LinkedIn Ads experience * Experience with B2B lead generation * Experience with service-based businesses * Experience building multi-touch customer journeys * Comfortable analyzing data and making decisions * Understands attribution and conversion tracking * Strategic thinker who can connect marketing activities to revenue outcomes Nice to Have: * Agency experience * HighLevel experience * HubSpot experience * Meta Ads experience * Google Tag Manager experience * GA4 experience * CRM automation experience * Experience managing client marketing accounts Future Opportunity: While the initial focus will be building and optimizing StoryVid’s own marketing and customer acquisition systems, there may be opportunities to support select StoryVid clients as well. Many of our clients require assistance with advertising strategy, campaign setup, audience targeting, funnel development, conversion tracking, lead generation, CRM automation, and ongoing marketing optimization. For the right candidate, this role could expand into additional consulting, campaign management, or fractional marketing leadership opportunities for StoryVid clients. We are particularly interested in candidates who can bridge the gap between creative content and measurable business outcomes.

JOB DESCRIPTION We're a B2B healthcare SaaS company building out our outbound sales development function, and we're looking for an experienced SDR/BDR to help us build it right. We're specifically looking for someone who has already done this at a high level — a proven SDR/BDR who has run structured, multi-touch outbound at real volume and can point to concrete numbers from past roles. This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy exercise — come ready to talk specifics about what's actually worked for you, not what you'd try. The work: structured, multi-touch outbound (LinkedIn, email, call, and a closing direct-ask) against a curated list of multi-site healthcare provider organizations, run inside HubSpot, with Apollo.io for contact verification and enrichment and AI tools for personalization and research. We're an AI-native company, and we mean that operationally, not as a buzzword: our own go-to-market runs on AI tools the same way our product runs revenue cycle work on AI. You're expected to use AI tools (we use Claude) daily — to personalize outreach at speed without it reading as templated, and to speed up account research. This isn't optional tooling; it's core to how the role is run. What you'll be doing, day to day: Running a systematic multi-touch outbound sequence (LinkedIn connect → email → call/voicemail → LinkedIn message → closing direct-ask email) against a curated account list Verifying and enriching contact data in Apollo.io before any account enters a sequence — confirmed title, direct email, and role tenure, not a guess Using AI tools (Claude) daily to personalize outreach at speed and accelerate account research — every send still needs a genuine, account-specific first line, not a swapped-in variable Managing a dedicated HubSpot pipeline — building out Company, Deal, and Contact records, logging every touch within 10 minutes of completing it Running passive monitoring (alerts and LinkedIn Sales Navigator account tracking) to catch timing signals and responding quickly when one fires Running a parallel outreach track to the billing/revenue-cycle champion when the economic buyer (CFO/VP Finance) doesn't respond Booking Discovery Calls with economic buyers at qualifying accounts, and handing them off with full context to our CCO Joining a weekly pipeline review to talk through what's working and what isn't Must-have: -3+ years of dedicated, quota-carrying SDR/BDR experience — ideally B2B SaaS, and healthcare experience is a strong plus A track record you can back up with real numbers: quota attainment, meetings booked per month, or pipeline $ generated in past roles — not just a list of responsibilities Hands-on HubSpot experience: building and maintaining Company/Deal/Contact records, pipeline hygiene, accurate logging Fluency with Apollo.io for contact verification and enrichment Fluency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator — Lead and Account filters, saved/shared lists, alerts Genuine daily use of an AI tool (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) for personalizing outreach and speeding up research — with real examples, not just a claimed familiarity Strong cold-call and cold-email skills, comfortable with high daily outreach volume Excellent written communication — able to personalize a template convincingly rather than sending it verbatim Comfortable working against firm SLAs — same-day first touch on new accounts, 24-hour response on timing signals, 10-minute activity logging Nice-to-have: Prior experience in healthcare, medical/dental, or behavioral-health sales Specific hands-on experience with Claude (rather than AI tools generally) — it's what we run on internally Experience running parallel "economic buyer + champion" outreach tracks Experience building or shaping an SDR process, not just working inside an existing one Engagement details: Hours: up to ~40 hours/week, based on fit Duration: Ongoing — initial contract period, with strong potential to extend based on performance Budget: $60–$100/hr, commensurate with experience Start: ASAP Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer

We’re looking for a strong cold caller / appointment setter to help us book meetings with real estate technology companies, IDX providers, PropTech companies, and real estate website developers. Our product helps real estate websites add high-quality school and neighborhood data. We compete against GreatSchools, Niche, and LocalLogic by being much easier to install and offering a revenue share for partners. Because email and LinkedIn have not worked well, we’re shifting focus to phone outreach. The goal is to call companies, speak with lower-level contacts when needed, and work our way up to decision makers. Compensation: $12 per hour base $100 bonus for every qualified meeting booked with a decision maker We expect this role to be mostly cold calling with some follow-up via Instantly.ai What We Need: Make outbound cold calls to real estate tech and PropTech companies Work through gatekeepers and lower-level team members to reach decision makers (founders, Heads of Product, VPs of Sales, etc.) Book qualified discovery calls Use Instantly.ai for sequencing and follow-up after calls Track activity and results What Counts as a Qualified Meeting: A meeting counts toward the $100 bonus only if it is with a decision maker (e.g. Founder, CEO, Head of Product, VP of Sales, or similar). Meetings with assistants, junior staff, or non-decision makers do not qualify for the bonus. Ideal Candidate: Strong experience with cold calling and booking meetings over the phone Clear, professional, and easy-to-understand English (neutral American accent preferred) Comfortable working through gatekeepers and navigating company structures Experience using tools like Instantly.ai, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar Previous experience in B2B SaaS or real estate technology outreach is a big plus Self-motivated and consistent What Success Looks Like: Booking 6–12 qualified meetings per week with decision makers Good connect rates and persistence on calls Details: This is a part-time or full-time contract role We already have lead lists and Instantly.ai sequences ready We’re looking for someone who can start relatively quickly Please apply with: Your experience with cold calling and appointment setting Any results or metrics you can share (meetings booked per week, etc.) Tools you’ve used for calling and follow-up

Cubbie.com is looking for a partnerships/outreach professional to help recruit professional clubs, associations, organizations, societies, and niche communities to create their tech stack on Cubbie. This is not a traditional “community manager” moderation role. The main job is outbound recruiting: finding relevant community leaders, reaching out to them through LinkedIn, explaining why Cubbie is useful for their members, and helping them get started. Examples of ideal communities include groups like CMO Bay Area Club, founder groups, professional societies, local business clubs, industry associations, and other trusted member-based organizations. Cubbie helps these communities showcase the software tools their members use, build useful community pages, and create more engagement around tech stacks, vendors, recommendations, and perks. Here is an example: https://www.cubbie.com/collections/bay-area-cmo-club-stack ** Responsibilities ** - Research and build lists of relevant clubs, associations, societies, and professional communities. - Use LinkedIn for direct outbound outreach to community leaders and organizers. - Pitch Cubbie clearly and professionally. - Drive signups for communities to create their tech stack on Cubbie. - Track outreach, responses, follow-ups, and results. - Help refine messaging based on what prospects respond to. ** Important LinkedIn Requirement ** This role requires using your own LinkedIn account for outbound outreach. For legitimacy, you must be comfortable adding Elian Ventures Group, the newly launched company that owns and operates Cubbie.com, to your LinkedIn profile as a current contract role or affiliation. If your LinkedIn profile currently represents another company, agency, or employer in a way that would conflict with representing Elian Ventures Group/Cubbie, this role will not be a fit. ** Ideal Candidate ** - Strong LinkedIn outreach experience. - Comfortable doing manual, personalized outbound. - Experience with partnerships, community growth, lead generation, or B2B outreach. - Able to work independently and report progress clearly. - Familiarity with professional communities, associations, or SaaS is a plus. ** To Apply ** Please include: - Examples of LinkedIn outbound or partnership outreach you have done. - How you would find and contact communities like CMO Bay Area Club. - Whether you are comfortable adding Elian Ventures Group / Cubbie.com to your LinkedIn profile for this role. - Any conflicts on your current LinkedIn profile that would prevent you from representing Cubbie.

Generous commission and bonus opportunity! No hourly rate. Hi there! I’m looking for a friendly, professional, results-driven sales partner to help sell my children’s book, *Okay I’ll Try*, in volume to schools, companies, nonprofits, clinics, children’s programs, literacy organizations, and other mission-aligned buyers. This is a **100% commission-based opportunity**, and I am willing to pay a strong commission for great results. This should be a very approachable product to sell because the book is connected to **SEL, growth mindset, resilience, and helping children build confidence when trying hard things**. Even better, the book comes with a **free lesson plan and 10+ SEL activities**, which makes it easier for educators, schools, counselors, and children’s organizations to use right away. ## About the Book *Okay I’ll Try* is a children’s leadership book with a positive social-emotional learning message. It helps children practice trying, learning, building confidence, and developing a healthy response to challenges. The book is especially well-suited for: * SEL programs * Classroom read-alouds * School counseling lessons * Early childhood programs * Literacy events * Family engagement programs * Pediatric and dental offices * Nonprofit programs serving children and families * Corporate gifting or community-impact programs Because it includes a free lesson plan and more than 10 SEL activities, buyers are not just purchasing a book. They are receiving a ready-to-use children’s learning resource. ## What I’m Looking For I’m looking for someone who can help sell bulk orders of the book to organizations such as: * Elementary schools * Preschools and early childhood centers * School districts * School counselors and social workers * SEL coordinators * Literacy programs * PTO/PTA groups * Children’s hospitals and pediatric practices * Dental and orthodontic offices * Nonprofits serving children and families * Foundations and community organizations * Companies that support children’s literacy, education, or community giving * Corporate social responsibility programs A background in education, teaching, school counseling, SEL, children’s programming, or educational sales is a major plus. See the hardback and softback on Amazon. Note: These are not wholesale prices, and the audiobook is an outdated version of the book. https://www.amazon.com/Okay-Ill-Try-Leadership-Mindset/dp/B0GRNJQSZP/ref=tmm_pap_swatch_0 ## Responsibilities The right person will help with some or all of the following: * Identify organizations that may be a good fit for bulk purchases, write approved proposals, and close the deal * Build targeted prospect lists with decision-makers * Reach out by email, LinkedIn, phone, or other professional channels * Pitch the book as an SEL resource, not just a children’s book * Explain the value of the free lesson plan and 10+ SEL activities * Close orders directly * Track outreach, responses, follow-ups, and sales opportunities * Recommend ways to improve the sales message and target list * Help create a repeatable system for selling the book in volume ## Ideal Candidate You may be a great fit if you: * Have experience with B2B sales, education sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or partnership development * Have experience as a teacher, school counselor, school administrator, SEL coordinator, curriculum specialist, or education consultant * Understand how schools, districts, nonprofits, or children’s programs make purchasing decisions * Can communicate the value of SEL resources in a warm and credible way * Are comfortable with commission-based work * Know how to sell to organizations, not just individual consumers * Can write professional, friendly, persuasive outreach messages * Are organized and consistent with follow-up * Have experience selling books, educational products, classroom resources, children’s products, nonprofit programs, or corporate gifts * Enjoy mission-driven work and believe in helping children build confidence and resilience ## Compensation This is a **100% commission-based role**. I am willing to pay a generous commission for closed bulk orders. Commission can be structured based on the size and type of sale. I am open to discussing a fair structure with the right person, such as: * A percentage of net revenue from closed bulk orders * A flat commission per closed volume buyer * A tiered commission that increases with larger orders The goal is simple: if you help sell a meaningful number of books, I want you to be well compensated. ## Why This Opportunity Is Different This is not just a book. It is a classroom-ready SEL resource with a positive message, a free lesson plan, and more than 10 activities that make it easy for schools and organizations to use. That gives you a strong selling angle: * The book supports SEL. * It is easy to explain. * It has a clear educational use. * It comes with ready-to-use activities. * It can be sold in volume to schools, nonprofits, clinics, and companies. * It has a warm, mission-driven message that decision-makers can feel good about supporting. I have a great reputation, a professional approach, and a meaningful product. I am easy to work with, responsive, and serious about supporting the right person with the materials, credibility, and information they need to succeed. ## To Apply Please send a short proposal that includes: 1. Your experience with B2B sales, education sales, lead generation, or bulk-order sales 2. Any experience as a teacher, educator, school counselor, school administrator, curriculum specialist, or SEL professional 3. Any experience selling books, educational products, children’s products, nonprofit programs, classroom resources, or corporate gifts 4. How you would approach finding bulk buyers for *Okay I’ll Try* 5. What commission structure would motivate you 6. One example of a target buyer or organization you would pursue first Please start your proposal with the words **“Okay I’ll Try”** so I know you read the full post. I’m looking for someone who is professional, creative, persistent, and genuinely excited to help get a meaningful SEL children’s book into more hands.

Channel and demand-generation strategy appropriate for our buyers and sales cycle (LinkedIn, ABM, content, search) Website messaging and structure input (recommendations, not hands-on build). Digital advertising review and analysis of existing campaigns. A KPI and measurement framework with a reporting cadence. ENGAGEMENT STRUCTURE We would like to begin with a small paid diagnostic (a teardown of our current site, messaging, and one ad campaign, plus your initial hypotheses) before scoping a larger strategy engagement. Strong performance there can lead to a fixed-price strategy project and an ongoing light advisory retainer. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Demonstrated B2B services marketing experience selling into enterprise buyers. Experience marketing to HR, compliance, operations, or similar functional buyers. Experience refining or evolving how an established company presents itself is a strong plus. Healthcare or B2B HR exposure is a meaningful bonus.
