About Us We are building a high-volume virtual recruiting system for a rapidly growing insurance organization. Our goal is to create a streamlined, automated recruiting process that takes candidates from initial outreach through interview scheduling, pre-licensing, onboarding, and long-term nurturing. Manage every candidate inside HubSpot as the single source of truth. Send outreach through: Email (Instantly) SMS (EZ Texting) LinkedIn (handled manually when applicable) Candidates schedule interviews through Cal.com. Automated email and SMS reminders are sent before the interview. Recruiters conduct the interview. Candidates are moved into one of two paths: Pre-Licensing Pipeline Long-Term Newsletter Nurture Candidates who are not ready immediately continue receiving weekly educational content and webinar invitations through Beehiiv until they decide to move forward.
