We run 4 bakery locations and buy supplies through one Walmart Business+ account. When we place an order, Walmart splits it into multiple shipments that arrive as separate charges. When they ship separately it even further complicates it and separates it from the original bulk order. We already use PO numbers in our orders to identify which store placed the order. We need a script that: (1) pulls our Walmart order history on a schedule, (2) groups shipments by PO number and consolidates the line items, and (3) creates one vendor bill per PO in QuickBooks Online via the QBO API. We need it to run weekly or nightly, ideally on a simple cloud scheduler. Ideally the developer has experience with Bill and Bill Payment solutions on QBO APIs. We want to own the code.

We have an internal AI cohost system for a TikTok Shop live commerce workflow that needs a focused senior engineering bug-fix pass before the next test stream. The current system involves live audio/video ingestion, AI-generated cohost responses, card identification, comp lookup, and OBS audio routing. The goal of this task is not to rebuild the platform. We need a senior software engineer to diagnose and fix the immediate blockers so the MVP can run reliably during a live test. Likely areas to review: - Stream/audio ingestion reliability - STT response timing and transcript handling - LLM response generation flow - TTS playback or OBS audio routing issues - WebSocket/session stability - Error handling around card identification or comp lookup - Basic logging so failures are visible during a live stream - Any obvious latency bottlenecks affecting the cohost response loop Expected outcome: - Identify the root cause of the current issue - Patch the bug cleanly - Add minimal logging or safeguards where needed - Verify the live cohost flow works end-to-end in a local or staging test - Provide a short summary of what was fixed and any remaining risks This should be a 3-5 hour task for a senior engineer who is comfortable with real-time systems, Python/Node.js, APIs, WebSockets, AI service integrations, and production debugging. Please apply only if you can jump into an existing codebase, isolate the issue quickly, and ship a practical fix without turning this into a large rebuild. Helpful experience: - Python / FastAPI - Node.js - WebSockets - LLM API integrations - STT/TTS systems - OBS or live-stream tooling - Low-latency debugging - Computer vision or live video pipelines is a plus

I'm looking for a skilled developer who can move fast, think creatively, and act more like a partner than a contractor. If you're someone who builds things quickly, brings ideas to the table without being asked, and genuinely cares about creating great experiences for end users, keep reading. -—————- **What You'll Be Working On:** This product sits at the intersection of AI, data, and customer experience. At its core, it needs to: - Monitor and process large volumes of data** in or near real time — surfacing insights, anomalies, and patterns that matter. - Send automated personalized outreach via SMS and email — based on the data signals and triggers, the system should be able to generate and send personalized messages to the right person at the right time, without manual intervention - Integrate with POS systems and CRMs** — pulling, syncing, and acting on data across platforms - Deliver a seamless, intuitive customer-facing experience** — this isn't just a backend tool, how users feel when they interact with it matters enormously - Be built on top of **Claude (Anthropic's AI)** using **Claude Code** as a core part of the development workflow We're in early stages, which means we're figuring things out as we go. That's not a warning — it's an opportunity for the right person. --- **What I'm Looking For:** - Hands-on Claude Code experience** — you've actually built with it, not just read about it. Experts only please - CRM and POS integration experience** — you've connected to platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Square, Toast, Lightspeed, or similar, and you know the quirks - Data monitoring and pipeline experience** — you've built systems that ingest, process, and surface meaningful signals from large datasets - Customer experience mindset** — you think about the end user constantly, and you've built tools that real customers interact with - Fast builder, fast thinker** — you're comfortable with ambiguity, can ship quickly, and know how to iterate without everything being perfectly defined upfront - Collaborative and opinionated** — I want someone who pushes back, brings ideas, and helps shape where this goes — not someone waiting for a spec I also want to **learn as we build** — so being able to explain what you're doing and why, in plain terms, is important to me. --- A Note Before You Apply: Please only submit a proposal if you have deep, hands-on experience with Claude Code — not surface-level familiarity, not currently learning it. We're looking for someone who has already put in the reps, knows the ins and outs, and can hit the ground running from day one. We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. If Claude Code isn't already a tool you've mastered, this isn't the right fit. **When You Apply, Please Include:** - Specific examples of tools you've built that involve **CRM or POS integrations** — name the platforms and describe what you built - Examples of **data monitoring or real-time data tools** you've worked on — what did it track, how did it work, what was the scale? - Any **AI-powered products** you've shipped, especially using Claude or other LLM APIs — links, screenshots, or descriptions - How you approach building something when the full picture isn't defined yet - A thought or two on what makes a truly great AI-powered customer experience — I want to see how you think --- **What This Could Become:** This is the beginning of something bigger. The right person won't just be a hire — they'll grow with the product. There's real potential for a long-term working relationship as this evolves.

I’m running a real estate investment platform called ToInvested.com. The project is about 90% finished, and most of the code was built with Claude together with another engineer. Now I need a senior engineer to step in, review the full product carefully, test every major workflow, and help verify that everything is working correctly before it goes live. This is not just a “write more code” role. I need someone who can look at the platform like a real product, find hidden bugs, catch weak logic, test edge cases, review the AI-generated code, and tell me honestly what is ready and what still needs fixing. Because this is a real estate investment platform, accuracy and trust matter a lot. Users may rely on property data, investment logic, calculations, and AI-driven insights, so even small issues can create a serious problem later. The ideal person has strong full-stack experience, understands AI-assisted development, and has a good testing mindset. Real estate tech experience would be a big plus, especially with property platforms, investment tools, marketplaces, mortgage systems, or financial workflows. My main goal is simple: I want someone to break the project before real users do. If you’re the kind of engineer who can take a nearly finished product, test it deeply, clean up weak areas, and help make it production-ready, I’d be happy to talk.

Title: Fractional Backend Engineer Needed to Own 3rd-Party API Integrations Overview We’re looking for a strong fractional engineer to help own and scale our API integrations with third-party platforms. This role is ideal for a backend-leaning engineer who is comfortable working independently, reading API documentation, designing durable integration patterns, and moving quickly from requirements to production-ready implementation. The workflow will be dependent on new customer onboarding, and is unlikely to be consistent however opportunity is long-term. You’ll be responsible for helping us connect our product to external platforms, manage authentication flows, handle data ingestion and synchronization, and ensure integrations are reliable, well-documented, and maintainable. What You’ll Do Own API integrations with third-party platforms from discovery through implementation Review external API documentation and recommend the best integration approach Build, test, and maintain backend services that connect to external systems Implement authentication flows, including OAuth, API keys, webhooks, and token refresh logic Design data mapping, ingestion, sync, and error-handling workflows Build reliable retry, logging, and monitoring patterns for integrations Debug API issues, edge cases, rate limits, and data inconsistencies Document integration architecture, assumptions, setup steps, and known limitations Work directly with the founder/product lead to prioritize integrations and tradeoffs Ideal Background Strong backend engineering experience Experience building and maintaining third-party API integrations Comfortable working with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, JSON, rate limits, and async jobs Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or similar backend stacks Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and modern backend architecture Ability to work independently and communicate clearly Strong attention to detail, especially around data accuracy and reliability Startup experience preferred Nice to Have Experience integrating with sports, ticketing, calendar, CRM, marketing, media, or commerce platforms Experience with calendar APIs, event data, or scheduling systems Experience with AI-assisted development workflows Experience setting up monitoring, logging, and integration health dashboards Engagement Structure This is a fractional role, likely starting at 10–20 hours per week, with the opportunity for ongoing work if the fit is strong. Add Tests, Security Audit for Credit Cards, Possible Refactor: Vibe-coded Social Graphify + Lovable: Do not use ai to write your proposal, or for any of your communication. I do not need AI or an AI detection tool to know. It's obscene. I can't trust Claude to make tests. It always slyly reverts when making a productive change to changing the tests to mock data. So I need a human to implement them. Full-stack web dev js, python, llm's. Additional background or interest in: Graph Theory, Graph Neural Nets, Graphical Probabilistic Models, Bayesian Neural Nets, Category Theory, Pre-Deep Learning Natural Language Processing (Cfg's, etc.), Semantic Web Tech (rdf/owl/xbrl), Library Sciences, Pre-LLM Machine Learning (+Stat/Econometrics/etc.), Federated Learning and Crypto is appreciated. Our goal: Turn every missed call into a booked job with smart voice agents, seamless SMS follow-ups, and rock-solid telephony. We're early-stage, fast-moving, and need someone who can own the voice backbone and make it bulletproof. The Challenge Our telephony setup (currently with Telnyx DIDs) has issues — inbound routing, call handling, and reliability problems that are blocking smooth missed-call recovery and voice agent automation. We need an experienced backend engineer to diagnose/fix it or migrate to Twilio (or a hybrid) so we can reliably: Capture missed calls and auto-respond with AI voice agents Enable instant booking via voice or SMS Support outbound reminders/confirmations Scale to hundreds of tradie users with high uptime What You'll Do Fix & Optimize Telnyx Integration: Troubleshoot DID inbound routing, SIP/WebRTC issues, call flows, and reliability. Ensure DIDs work flawlessly for inbound voice. Evaluate & Migrate (if needed): Compare and potentially switch to Twilio Programmable Voice for better ecosystem support, easier AI agent integration, or hybrid setup. Build Voice Automation Core: Inbound/outbound call handling (missed call → voicemail → AI agent → booking) Integrate with AI voice platforms (e.g., Retell AI, Vapi, or custom) Real-time call routing, IVR flows, transcription, and post-call actions (create jobs, send quotes) Backend Development: Node.js/Python (or your strong preference) services, webhooks, databases (likely Supabase/Postgres), API endpoints for the mobile app. Reliability & Compliance: Call recording consent, STT/TTS, error handling, monitoring, and scaling. Collaborate with the founder and mobile team to deliver end-to-end flows that feel magical for tradies. Requirements Strong experience with Twilio or Telnyx (both is a big plus) — Programmable Voice, SIP trunks, DIDs, webhooks, Media Streams. Proven track record building production voice/IVR/AI agent systems (missed call handling, conversational agents, booking flows). Solid backend skills (Node.js, Python, or Go preferred) + experience with real-time systems and webhooks. Familiarity with AI voice tools (Retell, Vapi, Bland, etc.) and telephony best practices. Ability to debug complex call flow issues quickly.

Recall.ai handles the Zoom infrastructure — your job is to build the integration layer between Recall.ai, Zoom, and our database. THE PROJECT IN ONE SENTENCE Build a working Recall.ai bot integration that joins Zoom meetings (including breakout rooms), captures meeting data, and delivers it to our backend, with clean documentation so the codebase is maintainable long-term. SCOPE OF WORK Recall.ai account setup and configuration Bot deployment logic: one bot per breakout room, dynamically assigned Zoom SDK integration where Recall.ai needs supplementing Webhook handling for bot lifecycle events (join, leave, error) Backend endpoint(s) to receive and store meeting data Basic error handling and logging Written documentation for long-term maintainability. One round of testing during a live session with our actual users WHAT'S OUT OF SCOPE (DO NOT QUOTE THESE) Front-end UI design Membership site or member portal Mobile app Custom AI/LLM analysis of meeting content Anything beyond the bot integration itself TIMELINE 4-6 weeks from kickoff. We have a detailed Phase 1 Scope of Work document (DOCX) ready to share with selected candidates. YOUR EXPERIENCE Required: Hands-on experience with Recall.ai (please mention specific projects in your proposal) Strong Zoom SDK / Zoom API background Backend integration experience (Python or Node.js) Webhook handling and event-driven architecture Clear written English communication Strongly preferred: US-based for time zone overlap during testing Experience with multi-room or breakout-room scenarios Examples of past meeting-bot work in your portfolio HOW TO APPLY In your proposal, please answer these three questions briefly: Have you worked with Recall.ai before? Link or describe one project. What's your typical approach to handling Zoom breakout room scenarios? What's your availability over the next 4-6 weeks? Generic "I can do this!" proposals will be skipped. We'll send the full Phase 1 Scope of Work document to candidates whose proposals demonstrate real Recall.ai familiarity. ABOUT US We run a live group practice program with 10-12 simultaneous breakout rooms per session. The bot integration is Phase 1 of a multi-phase build, and we're looking for someone we can work with long-term across future phases if this goes well.
