Looking for a creative video editor for recurring social media highlight reels I run Inclusion Fusion, a social club for neurodivergent young adults. We're built around inclusivity and belonging, and are a space where our members come to connect, make friends, have fun, and feel like they're part of something. We host regular events like Trivia Nights, Craft Nights, Girls Nights, parties, and more. After each event, I need someone to take the raw footage I filmed and turn it into a polished, high-energy highlight reel to post on our Instagram. The goal is to capture the fun, the energy, and the community vibe, so that people who weren't there wish they had been, and our members feel celebrated. Here's how it works: After each event, I'll send you a folder of all the raw video clips I took You edit them into a short, engaging highlight reel that fits Instagram (Reels format) The edit should match our brand identity and social media style (I'll provide examples of past content) Turnaround needs to be quick so we can post while the event is still fresh I'm looking for someone with a fun, creative eye for short-form social content & someone who can bring energy and personality to the edit, not just cut clips together. Ideally this becomes an ongoing working relationship as we host events regularly (almost weekly) throughout the year. Here's our Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/inclusionfusion

I gotta be honest with you right up front: this job takes a lot. If you're looking for something chill you can do half-asleep, this isn't it. If you're the person whose friends say "where do you GET all that energy" keep reading. Who we are We help mission-driven voices blow up on social. Coaches, agency owners, doctors, faith leaders real people with real businesses who want to be known online. We handle everything around them: the research, the scripts, the editing, the posting. They just have to hit record. And that "just have to hit record" part? That's where you come in. What you'll actually do You're the coach. Every client on your board is counting on you for three things: Find what's winning. The niche is researched for you ahead of time with videos that are already working within the client's niche, and they're broken down for why they work. Real videos, real view counts, real proof. Our research team pre-loads options for you overnight, so you're curating with taste, not starting from zero. But the discernment is yours. You're the filter between "this popped off" and "this is right for THIS client." Line up their next videos. From that research, you pick the 3-5 concepts each client should record next ranked, in order, each one backed by a video that already got six figures of views. Then you send it to them through our platform (it's genuinely slick — you'll like working in it). Transfer the energy. This is the whole job, honestly. Before your picks go out, you record a Loom walking the client through them — why each one wins, how to make it theirs, what to say, how to say it. Here's the thing: your client watches that Loom alone at their desk, probably nervous about being on camera. Your video has to reach through the screen and make them EXCITED to record. If your Loom has big energy, they record. If it's flat, they stall, and their whole month stalls with them. We call it energy transfer and we mean it literally. Then you keep them moving: check-ins through our built-in chat, feedback on their first videos, keeping them on pace with their monthly quota, and iterating new concepts until one of their videos pops off. When it does, it goes in their trophy case and you find the next one. What it takes You live in short-form. Reels, TikTok you know why a hook works and you can explain it in plain English Camera confidence. You'll record multiple Looms every week and they need to hit Energy that doesn't run out at client #6. You'll carry a full board of clients, each with deadlines Organized for real new clients get your full research and first delivery within days, not "when you get to it" Great written communication (client chat is part of the daily rhythm) US time zones strongly preferred you'll be working closely with US clients and our team What you get A system that does the heavy lifting around you researchers feeding you material, AI tools drafting alongside you, editors finishing what your clients record. You do the part only a human with taste and energy can do Clients whose businesses genuinely change when a video hits you'll see it happen and know it was your pick A team that ships fast and treats this like the early days of something big, because it is

I'm an architect and the founder of a new disability nonprofit (Disability 3.0) launching this summer. I'm looking for a skilled, detail-oriented editor who can grow with a small but high-quality, mission-driven project. 1. Primary work -- video editing: I have iPhone footage shot simultaneously in three angles (forward-facing, rear-facing, and combo) from a recent trip. I need someone to: • Do a cleanup pass on 10–12 minute talking-head videos: remove filler words, false starts, dead air, and repeated phrases. • Rough-cut the cleaned footage into watchable segments, with basic decisions about when to cut between angles. • Produce platform-specific versions: YouTube (longer form), Instagram Reels (under 90 seconds), TikTok, and LinkedIn. • Add text overlays appropriate to each platform. 2. Secondary work -- web migration: • Recreate existing project profile pages from one website platform into an existing Wix site, following established design patterns. This is straight recreation work, not original design. 3. Possible additional work -- print design: • Create short PDF guides in Adobe Illustrator following provided brand guidelines. What I'm looking for: • Strong video editing portfolio, ideally talking-head or documentary-style content. • Comfortable working with multi-angle footage. • Honest about which skill areas are strongest -- I'd rather know upfront than discover it midproject. • Good communicator. This is iterative, feedback-driven work. • Available for an ongoing relationship as the nonprofit and firm grow. I have rough footage ready to work on, but have not decided which footage should become short vs medium vs long pieces. We'll collaborate on those decisions based on an initial cleanup of the footage, and I want to get your insights and suggestions, so experience in creating good social media content is crucial. Rate: $20-30/hr depending on experience. This is nonprofit work with a lean budget, but a cause worth being part of. Must be fluent in English and available during Pacific Time business hours for communication. Please include: a brief note on which skill areas you're strongest in, links to 2–3 relevant portfolio samples, and your availability.

We’re looking for a talented content creator and video editor with a strong automotive background to help create high-quality social media content promoting a newly launched mobile app. This is not just a video editing role—we’re looking for someone who understands the car community, current social media trends, and knows how to create content that feels organic and gets people to stop scrolling. If you’re passionate about cars and know how to create content that performs on social media, we’d love to work with you. To apply, please include: 1. Your automotive portfolio (required) 2. Links to Instagram/TikTok accounts you’ve created content for 3. Your favorite automotive edit you’ve made and why 4. NO FACELESS YOUTUBE EDITING OR AI! WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO EDIT REAL PEOPLE. I’m looking for a skilled YouTube editor who understands more than just cutting clips — I need someone who knows how to edit for retention, engagement, and real subscriber growth. This role is for someone who can help my videos gain authentic viewers, real subscribers, meaningful comments, likes, and shares through smart editing and YouTube-first strategy (no bots, no fake engagement). What You’ll Do: • Edit long-form and/or short-form YouTube videos for maximum watch time • Add clean graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and zooms where appropriate • Optimize videos for viewer retention and algorithm performance • Collaborate on thumbnails, titles, and overall video structure • Understand YouTube trends and how to turn content into shareable moments We would be looking for something that’s a mix of these videos actually. I am an independent romance author seeking an experienced freelance social media manager and short-form video editor to support the growing Francesca Frost author brand and my novel, The Crypto King’s Muse. The brand is sophisticated, cinematic, emotionally charged, romantic, and visually cohesive—combining themes of luxury, fashion, cryptocurrency, danger, desire, grief, transformation, and unforgettable love. This will begin as a one-month hourly trial, with the potential to become an ongoing part-time position. Independent freelancers only, please—no agencies. The Role The position has three primary components: 1. Weekly Social Media Management Prepare and publish approximately three posts per week, primarily on Instagram and TikTok. I create the concepts, imagery, captions, and much of the core content. You will be responsible for turning those materials into polished, platform-ready posts, including: Editing and formatting Reels, carousels, and short-form videos Adding specific or approved music and audio clips Creating transitions, pacing, text overlays, and platform-appropriate variations Scheduling and publishing content Adapting posts appropriately for Instagram and TikTok rather than simply duplicating them Maintaining a consistent visual identity, voice, and emotional tone 2. Audiobook Release Campaign Help plan and execute a coordinated social media campaign for the upcoming audiobook release of The Crypto King’s Muse. The campaign will include: Audiobook announcement and launch buildup Narrator reveals Character-focused teasers Strategically selected audiobook excerpts Release countdown and launch content Post-release content that continues to showcase the narrators, chemistry, themes, and world of the novel I am looking for someone who can help shape these assets into a cohesive campaign—not simply post isolated promotional clips. 3. Book Trailer Content Strategy Professionally produced video book trailers are also planned. You will help determine how to use them effectively across social media by creating and scheduling: Full trailer releases Shortened edits and teaser clips Character- or theme-specific excerpts Stills, text-led posts, and carousel content derived from the trailers A rollout strategy that extends the life of each trailer without becoming repetitive Ideal Experience and Skills Demonstrated experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts Strong short-form video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar tools Experience editing music, spoken-word audio, captions, and text overlays An excellent eye for pacing, typography, visual storytelling, and brand consistency Ability to follow an established creative direction without imposing generic templates or trends that do not suit the brand Knowledge of platform-native audio, music use, hashtags, scheduling, and current best practices Organized, dependable, communicative, and comfortable working through an approval process Experience with authors, books, audiobooks, entertainment, romance, fashion, or luxury brands is strongly preferred Initial Trial Deliverables During the one-month trial, I anticipate: Approximately three completed and published posts per week A simple monthly content calendar An initial audiobook campaign outline Recommendations for repurposing book trailer content A brief weekly performance summary with practical recommendations Consistent communication and reliable turnaround times To Apply Please include: Links to three relevant examples of social media content you personally edited or managed, including at least one Reel or TikTok. A brief explanation of your role in creating each example. Your initial ideas for building anticipation around an audiobook narrator reveal. The software you use, your time zone, current availability, hourly rate, and estimated weekly hours for this scope. Please also confirm that you are applying as an individual freelancer and not through an agency.
